Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta o recomendación. El check-in fue rápido y todo el proceso resultó muy cómodo, algo que se agradece mucho después de un viaje largo. La habitación estaba impecable, muy bien decorada y con una vista hermosa. La cama era extremadamente cómoda y todo se sentía limpio y cuidado hasta en los pequeños detalles. También me sorprendió lo silencioso que era el ambiente por las noches, lo que permitió descansar perfectamente. El baño era amplio, moderno y siempre estaba perfectamente abastecido. La ubicación del hotel es otro punto fuerte. Está cerca de muchísimos lugares para comer, hacer compras y disfrutar de la ciudad, pero al mismo tiempo mantiene un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. Las áreas comunes también estaban muy bien mantenidas y daban una sensación de lujo y comodidad constante. El desayuno fue excelente, con mucha variedad y productos frescos. Además, las instalaciones como la piscina y los espacios para relajarse estaban siempre impecables. Realmente se nota cuando un hotel se preocupa por brindar una experiencia completa y de calidad. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite Miami, ya sea por vacaciones o trabajo. Es de esos lugares donde uno se siente cómodo desde el primer momento y donde todo funciona tal como uno espera, o incluso mejor. Sinceramente intenté encontrar algo negativo para mencionar sobre este hotel en Miami, pero después de toda mi estadía me resulta bastante difícil. Normalmente siempre hay algún detalle para mejorar, ya sea la limpieza, el ruido, la atención o la ubicación, pero en este caso todo estuvo realmente muy bien organizado y cuidado. Desde el primer día el personal fue amable, profesional y muy atento. Cada vez que necesitábamos algo respondían rápidamente y siempre con buena disposición. La habitación estaba impecable todos los días, la cama era comodísima y las instalaciones se mantenían en perfecto estado. Incluso los espacios comunes, que muchas veces suelen descuidarse en hoteles grandes, estaban siempre limpios y agradables. La ubicación también fue excelente porque permitía moverse fácilmente por la ciudad y tener restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones cerca. Además, el ambiente general del hotel era tranquilo y relajante, ideal tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de unos días en Miami. Si realmente tuviera que “criticar” algo, diría que el tiempo pasó demasiado rápido y me hubiese gustado quedarme más días. Pero fuera de eso, honestamente no encontré ningún aspecto negativo importante para mencionar. Fue una experiencia muy positiva de principio a fin y definitivamente volvería sin dudarlo.

They immediately asked if I had additional travel needs and arranged for my transport to the airport the next morning. Our room was large with high ceilings and very comfortable beds. After being out of the country for a week before, it was the most comfortable bed we had for a while. Food was next door and across the street. We could see the airport, so it was very convenient. Further, we were able to have a drink with other travelers in the lobby over some games. Nothing. Suggest changing the black out curtains soon but no problems or challenges.

- John (6/5): My stay was just okay as I only spent one night on a layover for my long flight the following day. - The room and The Front Desk Staff were very pleasant. I stayed at this location about 4years ago, this area appears to be a new development. I would stay here again as the price matches the level of the accomordation. The Lobby could do with an upgrade, the reception desk was like it is misplaced like a second thouught it has no presence, the reception desk could be a little more inviting.

The whole staff was warm and friendly and just made me want to come back more often. I would like to say thank you to the whole staff. And i would highly recommend for anyone coming to Miami to stay at this hotel. .

Unfortunately we were on the street side of the building and the noise is extremely bad. A room on the back side of the building would be much more desirable. Additionally at check in the clerk offered me discounted parking if I signed up for Marriott Bonvoy and by the time I got settled into my been charged 100 dollars for 4 nights of parking even though we were there for four nights.

It was nasty and a dump, it appeared to be the kind of place that rents rooms by the hour if you get my drift.

(Smell alcohol) told us to wait 30 minutes because the system was updating (shift change probably) and then after 10 minutes he gave us the keys. Terrible terrible attitude. Not coming back. Usually go there 2 to 4 nights a month. Also, they always send an email saying that they could not use the card in booking and they are cancelling the reservation. Poor service on that as well. Not coming again. Comfort inn good option similar location, price, and friendlier.

Receptionist working 4/8 afternoon shift changed our rate without notification because I booked a double queen room with two small children and two adults. She never mentioned the price change until I looked at the charge on my credit card.

La atención excelente. Muchísimo ruido, se escucha todo lo de las habitaciones de arriba y a los lados, las pusadas retumban, no es para descansar.

- Richard (9/5): Good hotel near the Miami airport - Our room was good size and had a comfortable king bed, a functional work desk, bedside tables with electrical outlets, good AC, and an excellent walk-in shower. The UBER from the airport to the hotel was complementary. WE did not have breakfast there.

- Mary (8/5): Nice, Clean, Quiet location close to the airport. - Convenient to the airport. Friendly staff. We didn't use the pool, but it looked really nice. Several kids were in it and having fun. Nice selection of pillows. One of the beds was very squishy, the second bed was very comfortable, but the air conditioning vent blew over the bed. Didn't bother me, but my husband was cold, so moved to the other bed.

Had a bad back ache the next morning. The room was under construction and did not smell fresh. The room was very gloomy and dark. The lights was deem and I could not see to makeup my face. The color of the walls was depressing.

I wanted especially shoutout Danielle she was very accommodating to me as well as my son during our stay. It’s a very convenient location to the airport & also not too far from the beach (about 20 mins) . If you want a quick bite there are a few food places very close. They have pool as well as fitness center & a bar located right on the first floor! Overall I would recommend the hotel, Ive never had a bad experience at any aloft hotel so there’s that. lol .
