- Katie (8/5): Nice but not great - It was a great place to stay. Very convenient for us as I am a patient at UofM. Only down fall was we were promised a hot breakfast. I had a day full of tests starting at 725 am and we went down for breakfast at 640. There was no breakfast being served and I had it included in my room charge. I talked the the host at the front desk and he said that we could have a sandwich from the cooler but no thank you. I was charged $16 per person for breakfast. I am not getting a sandwich from the cooler. I did call and ask for the manager. I left him a message asking for some kind of reimbursement but but he hasn't returned my call.

The parking left a little to be desired. Not many spaces in the ramp. But it did feel secure there. I understand where the property is located that there is limited spaces. I just wish it didn’t cost $30 a night for parking.

- Ellen (10/5): - Will you have stayed at this property several times and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The first time I thought there was an issue with mold in our shower, but the staff addressed it in assured me it was just black sealant. The rooms are not as clean as I would like, but I have fairly high standards. I always just freshen up the room once I enter it. This property has an excellent staff, all very friendly and helpful and is well worth the money for the location, size of room, and wonderful staff. I’m extremely disheartened by Hilton properties overall in then supporting/housing ICE immigration, and customs enforcement. It’s very disheartening. I can’t imagine what the Hilton staff feels like every day worrying about being traumatized and possibly thrown out of this country without due process. I’d appreciate if the Hilton corporation would take a better stance and not 1 foot in 1 foot out it’s time to stand ground NA

Unfortunately, due to Hilton properties now housing ICE in the Twin Cities, the hotel was virtually empty and they canceled breakfast for the week. We had prepaid for breakfast so they honored our payment and offered us dinner instead. We were unaware of the ICE situation and to be honest if we would have known, we would not have stayed at the Hilton property.

But biggest issue was that we were charged for drinking the water that was in the room . Noticed when we got home that there was a small fee . Called and that’s what they said charges for. Problem is we didn’t drink there water in the room. Must be there little scam .

- Ellen (6/5): Wonderful staff great location but kind of gross the shower mold - The staff was absolutely wonderful!, every single one of the staff that we came in contact with was beyond kind and helpful!! Molly checked us in and she was so efficient, kind, and unhelpful, she’s a gem. We also really liked the size of the room and the spaciousness of the bathroom. Also, you can’t beat the location proximity to the U and the campus activities. Unfortunately, the room was somewhat dirty. The florist were not that clean. The drawers were not that clean. In the bathroom, the faucet and the sink were dirty and the shower pan had mold in the ceilings. I do believe the shower was somewhat of a health hazard with the black mold. Also, the coffee maker in the room did not work for tea and it was dirty and needed to be cleaned or replaced.

- Ed (8/5): - The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff was awesome as always! But we were in room 228 and there was the loudest noise we kept hearing. We finally figured out it was the AC! It buzzes very loudly. It was a bit distracting and difficult to fall asleep to. Otherwise. A great facility we have stayed at before and will stay at again.

- Catie (6/5): - Parking was awful (and expensive) if you were coming in later in the evening. Available parking lot across the street, but you have to go all the way around of walk through a drainage ditch to get to the street. Hotel itself was nice and staff were nice.

Not having access to waters/ ice machine was also disappointing and the coffee maker at the bar/ dining area was broke our entire stay.. :(

- Stacey (9/5): Great Place! - Great location, near a college, we felt comfortable walking around in the unfamiliar area. Our room was clean, no Bathtub if you have kids, very quiet not much town traffic at night. . We enjoyed having the restaurant in the hotel, however very limited options. Not many options for breakfast and you only get to choose 1 item off the meal, it was a hot breakfast.

- Heather (8/5): - The TV did not work despite the staff's diligent efforts. Was disappointed that the quick complimentary breakfast is no longer available. A guest parked in the access spot next to the handicap parking making it impossible to get into the vehicle without backing out of the space.

- Scott (2/5): - Staff are very unprofessional and extremely insensitive to you and other people at the property. Witnesses the front desk staff completely disrespect a guest. Also, they oversold parking and refused to refund you. They basically told people to go park on the street. Staff was horrible…and a reason I will nil go back

- Audrey (8/5): - Nice size room (one king bed) for a city hotel. There is dining on the property, even though the dinner menu was limited and the breakfast was not included (as stated on Expedia). We had to pay a lot for breakfast and the kitchen was out of some items (like the fruit topping for French toast/waffles). Since my husband and I are both diabetic we like a buffet breakfast with a variety of foods to get protein and fiber but not a lot of carbs. The parking was also extra -- $30 a night and in a parking garage. The garage had two levels and space was tight just getting around the ramps. It was quiet and clean, but I would probably stay in a different location next time, with more restaurant options, free parking and breakfast included.

- Michael Thomas (4/5): - Dining options were not adequate. The menu did not reflect availability. While staff was pleasant, there was no dinner! The air conditioner in the room was directed AT THE BED. It made sleeping miserable. When attempting to correct temperature, the thermostat was difficult to navigate and the room reached 88 degrees at one point. The television did not work properly. I was told it was interruption from the rainstorm, yet some channels were not effected. Overall, this Hilton experience was VERY POOR.
