- Neslihan (5/5): - İç dekorasyonu çok güzel, merkeze çok yakın, ulaşımı rahat. Konaklamam sırasında yaşadığım bir hijyen problemi hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek istiyorum. Odamda bulunan çay bardağının yanındaki kaşıkla bal tükettim ve kullandığım kaşığı masada bırakarak odadan ayrıldım. Bu sırada oda temizliği yapıldı. Ertesi gün odaya geri döndüğümde, aynı kaşığın tekrar bardak yanında bırakıldığını ve üzerinde hâlâ bal kalıntısı bulunduğunu fark ettim. Kullanılmış ekipmanların temizlenmeden yeniden yerleştirilmesi ve yüzeylerin temizlenmemesi, hijyen standartları açısından kabul edilemezdir.

- V (4/5): Disappointing and overpriced - Location and lobby This is my third and final stay at this hotel. The hotel building and main areas are charming, but I am disappointed with the basic level of the hotel. I have held several rooms and now went for a 1 person room after first time being stuck in the attic room where there is almost no space to stand upright. For 300 euro a night, I did not expect to step into a prison cell sized room, with only a bed, a desk and a chair and small bathroom, in a corner directly above the stairs with the feel of a staff rest room. The view out of the window was directly to another building with windows. The aircon showed an E4 error, so I had to open the window for cool air, but there was noise from traffic and people being loud in the alleyway outside. All three times I have stayed here I was at breakfast around 8.45 and the eggs and bacon were finished, I waited for 40 minutes and only the egg was refilled, the bacon was not. Besides that there are no healthy options to get some protein in. Sugary options are there. Also, from early in the morning a cleaning cart was stalled directly outside of my door in an already small passage way and remained there until I went to check out. All in all I would not rate any of this 4 stars and it does not justify the high price. This is the last time here for me, unfortunately because the check in staff is great and location is lovely.

Aussicht gewöhnungsbedürftig sonst war es gut. - Das Frühstück war sehr schön, eine grosse Menge an verschiedenen Essen konnte man auswählen. Der Kaffee wurde gebracht, das was man wollte. Also das war Top Der Preis im Haus eigenen Restaurant war bisschen sehr teuer, und die Auswahl war nicht grade sehr gross. Da könnte man bisschen mehr darauf machen. Das Angebot attraktiver machen, auch für nicht Geschäfftsmemschen.

- ena (10/5): - I absolutely loved Hotel Ochsen. The staff were all amazing, super kind and helpful. They really do go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well kept, cleaned daily with nice shampoos and teas - we loved the mix between old authentic Swiss style and modern. The breakfast was great, fresh and lots of variety. Spa facilities were also fantastic and you can reserve for free so you have a private time allocated. Overall this hotel was perfect, I will be recommending to friends and family too. Thank you/Danke to the lovely staff too.

- Helen (10/5): A welcoming atmosphere by all staff - The welcome you get in City Hotel Ochsen is what would make you come back ! The little things they do great - requesting a little jug of milk when you arrive late is no problem will deliver to your room , to showing you the map of Zug. Both the man and lady on reception are brilliant and should be commended , same with the owner whom I met one of the nights . Better than any of the more expensive hotels in Zug which I’ve stayed at ! I will be back ! Rooms are well laid out , clean and cosy with beautiful modern bathroom - a pleasure .

- Aline (8/5): Très bon séjour, très bonne adresse! - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super, proche du parking casino pour lequel nous avions payé 15.- pour tout le séjour. Carte donnée par l'hôtel. Bel hôtel, style épuré, aéré et très propre. Jolie chambre avec une climatisation efficace, salle de bains parfaite, spacieuse, douche italienne. Literie très bien. Très bon petit déjeuner, varié, frais. Bon café. La porte de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas très bien (un peu moins d intimité) et pas de stores. Malgré le rideau la lumière illumine la chambre tôt le matin. Sinon R.A.S

- Ulf (10/5): Historiskt hotell med toppenservice! - Hotellet har funnits sedan 1500-talet, nu naturligtvis moderniserat. Mycket gemytligt. Servicen var toppen, likaså frukost och lunch. Läget är perfekt mitt i Gamla stan och nära Zugsjön.
