- Joan (10/5): - L'habitació àmplia i còmoda. I molt bona pinya colada!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay at Llvorsi - Very clean hotel, with very nice and helpful staff. Amazing mountain views
- Laura (10/5): - MARAVILLOSO.
- jordi (8/5): - Excelente Ubicacion.
Muy mejorable Calidad Gastronomica!!
- 946christinaw (10/5): Top Notch stay - A superb stay. The spa/sauna and indoor pool were ace. Also the outdoor pool was cold but clean, very refreshing having a cold dip after a sauna. Even a member of staff brought us towels as we were using our bathroom towels, never asked but he just brought them, top guy.
The staff were a delight and went out their way to please guests.
The room was very clean and had all you needed.
As we were a group of bikers, we had the sole use of a secure parking facility that used a programmed card to open up from outside. It was great having dry bikes in the morning.
Food was excellent with a breakfast buffet, and a huge evening meal that was perfectly cooked.
- Beth (8/5): A nice place to stay in the Pyrenee's mountains - Front desk was very helpful. I got in after their dining room was closed and they opened it to make me a sandwich which was delicious!
- stevejnb (10/5): Fab stay in the Pirineos - Just returned from 3 nights here for the Día de España puente. It’s a lovely find, 20 mins from Espot and the entrance to the national park. It was very busy most nights but the hotel coped well. The only downside was Covid restrictions limited access to the Spa, and we couldn’t find a good time for us. The room was a “confort” with enough space for the huge double bed and an additional bed for our son. Beds were very confortable, the room very quiet. Shower pressure was amazing and the hotel went all out on breakfast. The best I’ve had in a hotel this year. We were even treated to an earthquake…a 3.8 on the Richter scale. I can’t recommend this enough. We ate each night in the restaurant with a great choice of menu and wines, all at very reasonable prices. If you’re heading for the park for the day, ask for a picnic.
- 873gavind (8/5): Spa Hotel - I was here for 3 nights as part of large group who were out exploring the fantastic local trails.
We had almost exclusive use of the hotel.
The rooms were excellent, with huge double
beds and ours had views over the pool.
All the staff we encountered were superb and the facilities were of a good standard and very powerful showers.
As we were a large group I think our meals were a much smaller selection of what is usually available- however everything we had was great. Bar prices were also reasonable.
- Russell (10/5): Excellent stay will come again - Lovely location, friendly staff very clean and excellent food.
- SquelchSomerset (6/5): Nice rooms, great service, Restaurant not so good - This hotel has very nice rooms and all of the staff are very kind and helpful, The girl running the bar (Estephanie?) was super helpful throughout our stay she is a real asset to the hotel. Unfortunately the food in the restaurant is not good. Bland, unimaginative and really dumbed down, I am sure the food of this region of Catalunya is better than we were served.
- mattsson (2/5): - Room without any light! Not according to Photos at all.
The coffee is awful. They call themselves a spa but there is a mini pool in the garden and all other facilities you have to pay Extraspace for - even the jacuzzi.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - good parking for motorcycles
good breakfast area and selection
quite location
- SteveB316 (8/5): Fabulous location - Stayed for three nights as part of a bird watching tour. Very accommodating, on the first night we arrived late due to unforeseen circumstances , but they still stayed open and fed us a good dinner. It is a great location for exploring the area and has plenty to offer from the front door too.
Would happily recommend, clean comfortable and very helpful
- Verified traveler (8/5): - buenas instalaciones habitaciones limpias y correctas
- Omri (10/5): Best hotel in the area - Great staff and atmosphere
- keithhd888 (8/5): Good location for touring by motorcycle - Secure parking on site, decent sized rooms with secluded area around the pool to sit and relax with a very large G&T. Breakfast is very good and is refreshed as soon as anything runs out.
All of the roads around here are a bikers dream with several towns to find a good lunch at. Not far from here on the C14 road is a great bike museum in Bassella, its a days ride out with a couple of hours in the museum and attached cafe.
- bobbys596 (10/5): In the mountains - We were visiting friends in the area and were recommended this hotel for my wife, my 2 kids, mother in law and me.
Plan was to chill, walk about and generally soak up a part of the big blue I had never seen close up before.
The mountains are spectacular and the road from Gerona was continually jaw dropping. The hotel was first class from the moment we arrived.
Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we were also immediately upgraded as it is company policy to use the superior rooms first.
The rooms were great, plenty of space and very comfortable beds.
They even keep any wines for you to save having to rush to finish them at meal times. A nice touch that added to the relaxation.
The kids had a ball in the games room and were able to use the spa facilities in the mornings.
There are few places I have been that I would look forward to returning to. This is one.
- Lea (10/5): Best hotel in Northern Spain so far! - The room was really nice with a big bathroom and a HUGE bed! Having a dip in the pool, with the mountains surrounding you, after hiking in the national park all day was just perfect!
- DKoleDK (10/5): Great place - Very nice hotel with a small but well situated pool. Lovely room with a huuuuge bed - not bad after a long stroll in the nearby National Park.
Also, the hotel restaurant serves decent breakfast and sublime dinner.
- onzeblau (8/5): Lovely location - Hotel very well located, Ideal for rest and relax. The staff was very polite. The room were really clean, modern and comfortable with a good views. The breakfast buffet was correct. I would recommend.
- fredericod2016 (8/5): Great but could be better - It is great confortável hotel in the middle of the mountains. Tua rooms are very quiet and confortable. The hotel sorroundings views até great but the hotel Garden isn't great.Food is good but could na better.
- la_lagartija_rayada (8/5): Recommendable - We've spent 5 nights in this hotel and left very satisfied. The room was really big and clean with enormous bed.
Seems like the walls are thick since we never heard our neighbors.
The breakfast was good, with lots of different types of hams, sausages, eggs etc. For me as a vegetarian is was a bit complicated though. Scrambled eggs for breakfast five days in a row was too much for me :)
Spa is small but very decent. The pool with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and some more. We've really enjoyed our time there. Though Turkish bath smells funny, we didn't dare to enter.
The outdoor pool area is very beautiful and quiet, perfect to spend a day there relaxing.
Staff is very polite and treats each guest in a proper way.
- JedandDiana (6/5): Lovely location with potential to be great - We stayed for three nights and enjoyed local hikes, rafting and canyoning. Reception staff were fantastic on arrival and the rooms were very comfortable with decent views. Breakfast was also nice although some muesli would have made it better. Dinner one evening was disappointing although portions a good size the execution was lacking either in reheating the food or poor cut of meat.
They are missing a trick by the pool as we struggled to get drinks. Poor service annoys me when it is clear that the business would make more money if they sorted it out.
- JGordicho (4/5): Voucher finally approved - Cold Experience (inside and outside) - We were finally able to use the voucher we had with this hotel. The experience included one night with spa and breakfast. At check-in we were upgraded from Rustik to Comfort room what was nice, unfortunately it was the last room from the hall. The wifi in our room was ridiculous and the A/C was not throwing any hot air. We used the Spa later that day and no 'bubble spa equipment' was working so basically we used it as a pool. The place was really cold so it was either inside of the pool or not there at all. When we explained this to the receptionist he told us that they were "not charging this" but as we were using the voucher, nothing was given as exchange. The hotel is nice and it could be the perfect mountain retreat but with all the bad experience unfortunately we cannot recommend it
- leahw911 (10/5): Perfect for honeymooners - During our drive of the Pyrenees, this was one of the hotels we chose to spend a night at. It was absolutely amazing.
We arrived late at night in the dark, but the hotel was easy to find and the staff were very welcoming. We were checked in quickly and then recommended a booking at the spa. I cannot recommend the spa enough. We were completely on our own and given our long drive the staff were happy to let us have a late booking.
When we woke up the next day we were stunned at the scenery from our window! The hotel is in a beautiful location and is truly perfect for relaxation.
The breakfast was fine but was not as good as most places we had stayed, but this was a minor criticism.
All in all we wished we had longer to stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
- JGordicho (2/5): Bad customer service - I cannot understand why it isn't possible to reserve an hotel with a Dakota Box voucher after checking by phone that the hotel has availability for a Rustik room in the first night and for a Comfort room in the second night... A different reservations agent informed us by email that if we wanted to reserve the room we needed to reserve using booking.com?! No hotel has a policy of blocked allotment with Booking.com. The hotel owns the rooms and decides how many rooms are available for sale in Booking.com... Bad excuse, bad costumer service...
- 650JohnR (10/5): Great Stay - Spent 3 nights here 26/27/28 Sep. A lovely hotel with friendly and efficient staff. The room (comfort) was amazing, large, with one of the biggest beds I have seen in a hotel. It was very clean. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner with nice choices. I cannot fault the hotel, although I would like to see them provide bathrobes as they provide slippers in the room. We used the Spa facilities which were great. The Manager is certainly trying to please his guests. Thumbs up from us !
- keithhd888 (8/5): Great location - Stayed here on an MSL motor cycle tour of the four corners of Spain, been here before and it's still very good. Llavorsi is only a small village but easy access to some of the best biking roads in Northern Spain.
Good bar prices and great service, friendly staff, plenty of activities if that's what your after.
