- Natalia (8/5): Скрытые доплаты - Замечательный маленький отельчик с прекрасным расположением, до всех основных достопримечательностей рукой подать. Хороший, чистый номер. Единственное, что так и осталось не ясным, почему при поиске номера на трёх человек hotels.com выдаёт номер и его стоимость, а после выясняется, что за доп раскладушку придётся на месте доплатить 700р/сутки. Завтраки рядом, но к 11 уже не остаётся ничего, кроме йогурта )

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great location. But very noisy. Every evening until 11 pm street musicians play almost under the windows. Also, the room is clean but very small in the photographs, they seem larger.
- Helmut (2/5): Room without window - I got a room without window. There was absolutely no information about that in the booking app. I will not book this hotel again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel is reworked appartment located nicely right in the city center. Rooms are quite good, although tiny. But personnel is terible: since the hotel is an appartment it requires you to dial intercom to access the floor and then ring a bell on the door. One night on Saturday around 3 am reception staff was sleeping and we could not get in for over an hour and had to freeze in the cold trying to get in. The property did appologize but it ruined the whole experience.
- Hilda (8/5): Location! - Great cosy hotel close to a lot of attractions! However it was difficult to find. Make sure to ask for directions before you get there. No fridge or microwave in rooms.
- Leyla (10/5): Чудный отдых в Питере - Очень хороший, стильный отель в самом центре Питера. Вид с балкона на Казанский собор. Номер чистый, с большой удобной кроватью, плазмой, есть сейф, халат и тапочки. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Михайловский театр и Русский музей в 5 минутах ходьбы.

- Timur (8/5): Nice location - There is not available entrence keys. Need always wait when receptionist will open the door. Also it would be better to have some notice at least like "here you are" or "hotel in this building". Because there is no any signs of hotel.

- ㅈㅈㅇ (2/5): 최악최악최악!! - 생애 최악의 숙소였음. 주소에 맞게 찾아갔음에도 불구하고 호텔을 찾을 수 없었고 인근에 거주하는 현지인도 호텔의 존재를 모름. 호텔측에 전화연결도 안되어서 비싼 국제전화요금 써가며 호텔스닷컴 고객센터에 전화해서 겨우 출입구를 찾았으나 호텔 간판은 커녕 출입구에 어떤 표시도 없고 심지어 초인종 누르는 번호도 전화를 하지않고서는 알아낼 수가 없는 것이었음. 호텔 직원에게 왜 간판도없냐고 물으니 미안하다는 한마디가 전부. 간판이 없으면 호텔정보에 미리 고지라도 하든가. 이러고 영업하는게 이해할 수없을 지경
- JI HOON (10/5): 최고의 위치와 서비스 - 위치와 서비스가 정말 좋았습니다. 여기 직원들은 영어가 가능했고 친절했습니다. 호텔에서 조금만 나가면 주요 관광지가 있고 배를 탈수 있는 선착장이 있습니다. 그리고 이십사시간 영업하는 가게들이 즐비합니다. 뿐만 아니라 지하철도 바로 앞에 있어요. 이 모든게 오분도 안되는 거리에 있습니다. 조식은 먹어보지 못 했지만 짐보관 서비스는 만족스러웠습니다. 체크아웃하고 짐을 맡기고 나갔습니다. 몇시간 뒤 돌아왔는데 제 짐들은 안전하게 보관되고 있었습니다. 다음에 상트페테르부르크를 오게 된다면 또 방문하고 싶습니다. 호텔스타일은 비즈니스 호텔 같았습니다
- Verified traveler (2/5): Svårt att hitta hotellet och mycket lite säng - Hotellet har inga skylta. Så när chaufför lämnade oss i adressen, hittade vi ändå inte hotellet.Det spöregnade och min man gick fram och tillbaka och försökte frågade någon men ingen visste och kan pratar engelska. Vi hade bara ett paraply med oss så vi och våra resväskor är helt blötta. Till slut en flicka i en butik hjälper oss in i hotellet. Vi bokade två enkelsängar för hela familj men de har världens minst enkelsängar och det är nästan omöjligt att sova med mitt barn på en enkelsäng. Personalen är trevligt och städning är fint gjorde. Men vi kunde inte sova alla nätter och fick sova på dagar istället. I de andra hotell vi bodde förut, klarade vi alltid med två enkelsängar, men inte här. Vi tycker inte det har varit bra för oss som familj semester.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Top Lage! Helles Zimmer. Bequemes Bett. Bodenheizung im Bad. Sehr sauber!!! Kaffe + Tee umsonst jederzeit. Allerdings viel zu wenig Raum für Klamotten und andere Sachen. Der Schrank ist definitiv zu klein wenn man zuzweit reist. All der Rest - einfach perfekt!!! Sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!
