C'erano croissant con marmellata miele o cioccolata, degli ottimi cinnamon rolls, pane per toast, burro salumi e formaggi, cereali monoporzione della kellogg's, una selezione di te di marca e tisane varie, cappuccini e caffè dal bar. La colazione inoltre era servita in uno spazio confortevole e suggestivo, molto ben curato, da due componenti dello staff molto simpatiche. Il posto è meraviglioso, soprattutto per chi ama la natura e gli animali,la mattina le bellissime passeggiate prima di fare colazione, un emozione unica nell'ammirare la fauna locale travolti dalla luce dell'alba che illuminava gli edifici di questa fantastica tenuta migliorerei alcune cosine per rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole ,come per esempio , il bollitore in camera ,prerogativa ormai di quasi tutti gli alberghi con un certo costo e da sottolineare la mancanza di qualche presa di corrente in più , ma sono sicuro che con il tempo questa struttura sarà un punto di riferimento per chi vuole alloggiare in quelle bellissime zone . C'è da dire che lo staff della tenuta ha comunque fatto di tutto per accontentare le nostre esigenze ,soprattutto nel caso del bollitore, hanno fatto in modo che ne avessimo uno per la sera.

Predvsem nama je bil v redu oskrbnik Riccardo, ki nama je pomagal poiskati restavracije in rezervirati nekatere aktivnosti. Zelo prav bi prišel bar glede na odročnost lokacije, saj je posest zelo lepa in bi pasalo tudi kaj več časa preživeti tam.

Alberto alla reception ci illustrato la struttura e la nostra camera, dimostrandosi molto cortese e cordiale. La tenuta è una struttura centenaria che necessita di ulteriori interventi per raggiungere livelli di altissima qualità tra cui le strade e gli esterni, ma per chi è alla ricerca di un luogo in cui si ricerca il connubio tra natura e storia, tenuta La Fratta è il posto giusto.

Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato l'edificio in cui abbiamo alloggiato non solo per la camera confortevole assegnataci, ma anche per le varie sale d'epoca con camino. - Francesca (7/5): Un bel soggiorno con il proprio animale domestico, che può migliorare - Il complesso è molto bello e si respira l’aria di storia che lo contraddistingue, si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare la Val d’Orcia. Struttura ideale per soggiornare con i propri animali (senza costi aggiuntivi). Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite, con letti comodissimi. La colazione è abbastanza variegata e per tutti i gusti. Il personale davvero gentile. Abbiamo visto anche la piscina (chiusa in questo periodo) davvero meravigliosa e grandissima. Se si è fortunati, è possibile anche incontrare un pavone. La nostra prerogativa era soggiornare comodamente con la nostra cagnolina e vedere gli animali e, tutto sommato, ci siamo trovati bene sotto questo punto di vista, ma sarebbe necessario apportare delle migliorie. In generale, credo che le foto siano un pochino datate e da aggiornare, perché gran parte della proprietà sembra in disuso, come animali è presente solo un asino, un pony ed un pavone. All’arrivo non è chiaro dove sia la reception, occorrerebbe segnalarlo con precisione. Inoltre, non è presente alcun tipo di servizio in struttura. Suggerirei di creare un numero dedicato alla comunicazione con il cliente perché purtroppo non sono riuscita ad avere risposta quando ne ho avuto bisogno. Capisco l’ampiezza della proprietà da gestire (davvero immensa) ma nelle stagioni in cui non è possibile usufruire della piscina il prezzo a notte è davvero troppo alto.

Információkkal gazdagon és készséggel bármikor ellátott bennünket. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, fantasztikus a környék és az épületek hangulata, igazi időutazás. Biztos jó lett volna a medencét is kipróbálni, az időjárás miatt ezt nem tudtuk kipróbálni. Olykor egy kosztümös filmben éreztük magunkat. :D Az épület korát figyelembe véve nem meglepő, hogy a víz és lefolyó hálózat hangja nem olyan, mint egy új szállodában, nem is célszerű ezzel összevetni. Akit zavar a szomszéd szobában a WC lehúzása, másfelé keresgéljen. A környezet, a szállás nyugalma, csendje, klasszikus hangulata minket kárpótolt mindenért.

- Serena Cambiaggio (6/5): Migliorabile - La struttura é molto grande ed é un insieme di edifici di origine molto antica, vi é traccia della tenuta già dal 1200. É situata lungo la via lauretana e si é completamente immersi nel verde in un oasi di pace. La colazione a buffet é molto ricca con brioche di qualità e prodotti tipici (formaggio toscano) ed altro. La piscina é molto grande e confortevole, passeggiare per la tenuta é davvero piacevole e ci si imbatte in numerosi animali: gatti, pavoni, poni, galline e non lontano si trova anche un allevamento di Chianina. Il personale, seppur poco, é molto gentile cordiale, disponibile ed accogliente. Purtroppo mi sono trovata in difficoltà, in quanto cercavo una struttura che fosse dotata di determinati servizi, di cui la tenuta sembrava fornita in base alle indicazioni fornite su booking, mentre così non é stato. In particolare cercavo una struttura dotata di ristorante dove poter cenare la sera... ma nella tenuta non é presente, seppur le foto lo mostrassero... c'è un ristornate a pochi minuti a piedi dalla tenuta, ma non sono stati in grado di accoglierci per mancanza di personale. Solitamente non mi avrebbe creato grossi problemi la situazione, ma avendo una bimba di pochi mesi questo ci ha messo in difficoltà. In generale, abbiamo avvertito difficoltà di gestione legate appunto alla presenza di poco personale... peccato, perchè la location é davvero meravigliosa, una vera oasi di pace.

- Luca (8/5): Consigliata come esperienza in una tenuta storica - La Tenuta è sicuramente molto bella, emerge tutta la sua storia e autenticità. Alcune zone sono completamente abbandonate e non più valorizzate. Bella e molto ampia la zona della piscina, aggiunge un tocco di relax ad una struttura che non ha molto da offrire in termini di servizi. Colazione tutto sommato completa, migliorabile ma con ampia scelta. Peccato per alcune zone completamente abbandonate e trascurate. Le camere belle nella loro autenticità ma allo stesso tempo poco curate e non pulitissime. Ti devi adeguare all'idea di essere in una struttura molto vecchia e non pensare troppo ai dettagli o a tutti i rumori che senti quando cammini. Lo consiglio come esperienza non tanto per il soggiorno.

La posizione della tenuta l'ho trovata ideale per le nostre visite programmate. La struttura all'interno meriterebbe soltanto un piccolo restauro.
- Francesca (6/5): Con piccoli accorgimenti, la struttura potrebbe migliorare parecchio - La struttura era molto bella, sembrava di essere in un tempo passato. La zona della piscina molto bella, anche se i lettini di legno sono un po’ scomodi per chi ha una certa età. La colazione inclusa era buona, si avvalgono di buoni fornitori. Eravamo nella suite (nel sottotetto) e non ci hanno comunicato l’assenza di finestre, mancanza importante in agosto. C’erano i lucernari che non facevano areare sufficientemente l’ambiente. Mancanza di personale all’interno della struttura durante il giorno (erano presenti solo a colazione). Nonostante ci siano stati problemi con l’erogazione dell’acqua (è mancata due volte per ben due giorni) e l’interruzione del servizio elettrico causa temporale, non ci è stato applicato nessuno sconto sul prezzo.

È presente una piscina. Durante tutto il week end non ho visto nessun altro utilizzarla, tutta la tenuta è silenziosa e rilassante. La posizione è strategica: da qui abbiamo potuto visitare Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano. A tratti sembra un luogo abbandonato

- Maria Laura (4/5): - Camera spaziosa e pulita Purtroppo giorni prima dell'arrivo ho avvisato che da 3 saremmo diventati 2 e la proprietaria pur avvisandomi che il prezzo non poteva essere variato mi ha informato che avrebbe tenuto conto di ciò. Nei giorni successivi ed al pagamento non è cambiato assolutamente niente..la tenuta vendeva anche prodotti e magari anche un piccolo pensiero sarebbe stato gradito. Indipendentemente da ciò purtroppo la tenuta è completamente abbandonata..la mattina offrono la colazione ma dopo questo servizio e la consegna delle stanze la proprietaria sparisce. La tenuta è composta da vari casali con giardini che comunicano tra loro..di questi solo uno viene usato per dormire..a parte le persone che vi soggiornano se si ha bisogno di qualsiasi cosa sei completamente abbandonato. La sera vi è un pó di illuminazione ma solo all'entrata. Sconsigliato per famiglie con bambini ed anche per chi oltre ai tour nei dintorni vuole passare magari qualche ora la sera a chiacchiere in un posto comune..

- Francesca (5/5): - La struttura storica, gli ampi spazi, la piscina, la natura Nonostante il poco staff presente sul posto per poche ore al giorno abbia fatto il possibile per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole, la location ha seri problemi con i servizi offerti: il bar della piscina è chiuso; sul luogo non è presente la possibilità di mangiare a pranzo, neanche un light lunch, neanche un bicchiere d’acqua; il percorso per raggiungere l’unico ristorante vicino di notte è completamente buio. Molto potenziale affatto valorizzato e foto su booking non corrispondenti al reale attuale stato dei luoghi. Eccessivo il prezzo per i servizi offerti.
