• Brittany (8/5): Overall, trip was really nice bedrooms were clean and quiet - We liked the rooms. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The hotel and lobby was clean and quiet and the free breakfast was a nice touch. Our first night we ate at the Terra restaurant and our waitress was rude and unprofessional towards us. She slammed my bill down on the table and took forever to bring our food and service our dinner. We only ordered pizza and the food gave us really bad gas the night of unfortunately.

If you like rooms where you’re surrounded a wedding party we’re drunk people are up till four in the morning slamming doors talking in the hallway yelling then this is the place foryou. Oh I especially like how loud the TVs are in the adjoining room. Room is nice and clean, but if you want to sleep, don’t stay here.

• Kimberly (10/5): Lovely hotel. I will be back again! - Pet friendly. Lovely lobby/patio area. Quiet, secluded feel to the grounds. Not on top of other hotels or businesses. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and modern (furnishings were new). Elevator is key coded which adds a layer of security. Had lunch in restaurant on site - good food! $100 pet fee is a bit Irish, if I do say so myself. You would not know a dog had been in the room.

• Lynne (9/5): Excellent hotel for a reasonable price - Location was great. Close to the highway and to Ridgefield where we had a concert to attend. Them main lobby was welcoming and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Will go back in the warmer weather to experience the beautiful deck on the back of the building. Front staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Bartenders were great. Did not have any of the breakfast foods but got coffee and appreciate the offerings.

We stayed there for our wedding weekend and Sarah was so friendly and helpful in helping us book and make a wedding block. The staff were so kind and left us a bottle of prosecco an a sweet congratulatory note. The hotel was also clean and decorated beautifully especially with the holiday decor. Can’t wait to go back!!

• DSL (9/5): Nice stay. - The hotel has a nice decor. We missed having a proper restaurant for breakfast, but the limited choices were ok - a coffee and tea station and some food selection of yoghurts and pastries. We had a beautiful view to the forest. We were overall happy with our stay. A bit more atmosphere during the evening.
• mountainrd134 (2/5): Crappy management - Worst customer service ever. After arriving and getting into the lobby we waited over 20 minutes to check in while the only person apparently working was on the phone dealing with a customer. Once checked in we began the long long walk to our room. If you are limited in physicality ask for a room closest to the elevator. The room was nice at best. Walls are very very thin and we could hear every step the people took above us. Upon waking the first morning we realized we had no hot water, like not even warm but ice cold. I tried to call down to the front desk but alas our phone didn’t work in our room. So I had to use my personal phone to call down to be immediately told I was being put on hold. After waiting 5 ish minutes on hold (I could’ve walked down but I was half dressed just wanting to take a shower) the desk person told me they would send someone up from maintenance to bring a new phone and check the water. We waited, and waited and no one came. I then had to call the front desk again (on my personal phone) to ask them not send anyone as we’re had to get on with our day. So after having to get on with our day we decide to take cold showers. Awesome!!! Upon leaving for the day we checked in with the desk and they assured us management would be contacting us, great. The day went by with no contact. Fast forward to the following day, still no hotter, still no phone still no call from management. Upon checkout the assures again that management would be contacting us…… days later still nothing!!! DO BETTER! Don’t wast ur money and stay here!!!!!

• Victoria (10/5): Great Hotel - Very lovely modern rustic hotel. Common areas are beautiful. Lots of gathering spaces inside and out. Very cool vibe. Restaurant was excellent. Rooms were very spacious, we had a double queen and beds were very comfortable. Room amenities were very nice, electric teapot with nice selection of teas! Bathroom was well appointed.
• B. Kewl (10/5): - My stay was amazing. I booked the room for a relaxing day for my wife after having a medical procedure done. The staff was amazing. They allowed us to check in early which helped so much with my wife's recovery process. She was able to rest all day. The bed and pillows were so comfortable!!!! The elevators are a bit slow and I wish there were more being that the room floor hallways are so long. You definitely get your steps in walking to the elevator. But that is just a preference thing for myself. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and I will definitely be returning in the future.

• Getaway05051349302 (10/5): Awesome service, beautiful hotel & fun after party at Terra! - I recently got married in NY and Hotel Zero hosted us and our guests who attended the wedding. They were attentive to our needs and we were able to have our after party in the restaurant, Terra, in their lobby. All of our guests had a wonderful time and they were so impressed with the service and how beautiful Hotel Zero is. We definitely plan on returning for a little staycation!

We had a room block for the guests attending our wedding as well as an after party and the staff was extremely accommodating. The venue is beautiful and rooms were fantastic. The team was so easy to work with and we can’t wait to go back!!

The guest room was also beautifully decorated and most importantly clean. I'm looking forward to booking again at this hotel and I've recommended it to family and friends.

I wished I had another day to stay after my business purpose was over. The front desk staff could've been a little more upbeat/engaged, but I suppose Danbury is a pretty low-key place compared to other places I've traveled.

It offers an experience akin to a small resort, making it ideal for a weekend getaway or business travel. I have experienced both, and I always look forward to returning, hoping it will be as wonderful as before. Fortunately, this place consistently exceeds expectations.

• Sudeep (2/5): Jerk attitude customer service - My neighboring room was snoring so loud I woke up at 140 am and contacted the front desk at 3am. I understand the hotel can't do much. But when I checked out at 345 am with no sleep they front desk did not even apologize let alone provide a partial refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAME TO SLEEP AND GOY NONE.

• joseph (10/5): Best hotel hands down! - Every time our family come to town there is only one place we have them stay,,, Hotel Zero Degrees. Staff, location, the restaurant there,, the whole place. Best hotel within MILES! This week, we had family flying in from California and were to stay at Zero of course. Well, their fly was postponed 3 times within a three hour span and then cancelled. Forcing them to take a next day flight. When I called Zero at 11p to inform them I’d need to cancel the reservation, a young man (wish I could remember his name) said to me not to worry and that he felt bad our family spent 10 hours at an airport for no reason. That’s customer service and that’s why our family and friends will never stay anywhere else. ALSO,, Sunday brunch and the holiday brunches at the Terra Restaurant there, are AMAZING!
