- Sally (9/5): Our favorite Sheridan spot - Location, close to freeway but not too close, good food near by. Clean and the rooms get full dark, perfect for sleeping. Our shower door leaked but I've never had a problem, I'm sure it will be fixed asap.

The shower door leaked and water was on the bathroom floor after our showers....alot of water! We dried it as best we could...the shower door didn't close tight enough. Staff notified. Room's heater was too noisy and not mechanically balanced.

The staff was very friendly and polite and helped us find many options for restaurants. The breakfast was a basic help yourself continental, nothing too fancy but convenient enough for our stay.

- Donna (9/5): Even though it’s a long drive to the Park gates, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. - Lovely hotel with beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms overlooking the lake. They served an excellent breakfast and had very helpful and efficient staff. The lobby bar is lively and serves good pub food. The bartenders on both the nights we stayed were excellent with both food and drinks. We were in the area to visit Yellowstone NP, and this hotel is a full 25 minute drive from the West gate.

The location was also good, no difficulty reaching the hotel from the highway. Also, housekeeping did a great job! The hotel and our room were clean and well maintained. First, we discovered that there was no hot water in our room! So, we couldn’t take a shower at all. When we called the front desk, we were told to, “Try running the water longer”! Also, the associate who checked us in was ‘different’. She didn’t welcome us, and walked away to help some other guests, who were also checking in before us, and left us standing there! We stood there for probably 10 minutes before she returned. I tried ringing the bell at the desk to summon someone to help us. But, no one responded. She made no apologies, had no identifying badge or hotel ID. Very poor check in process.

I was concerned we'd be charged twice, but the only issue was the charges amount didn't include the discount which they refunded. Room was not peaceful and relaxing due to noise level from loud people people, tvs, and slamming doors even after 10 pm and throughout the night while trying to sleep. The breakfast was quite disappointing as well.

- Jason (8/5): Overall, good parking lot is difficult - clean The cleaning lady knocked on the door at 9 o'clock, and we had to do not disturb sign out. This isn't the only property that this has happened recently though. Difficult to maneuver in the parking lot if you have anything but a small car

- Laura (6/5): - trying to pay for some food the night i checked in after being in an accident with semi and released from the ER there in Sheridan, was a terrible experience. i stayed 2 nights because of my injuries and trying to arrange transportation back to my state. the woman that was working that 1st night, was sitting out in a car right outside the entrance in a running, white vehicle. i got some food from the hotel pantry and was waiting for a while to pay. i called the hotel desk 3 times from my cell while in the lobby, said "helloooo" a few times, and rang the bell, i think, two or three times. no one answered the phone. no one came to the desk. i was in pain and starving. she finally exited the white vehicle with what appeared to be a laundry bag and a male stepped into view from the driver's side but didnt come inside the hotel. i would have just left it all there on the counter if i wasnt hungry from not eating since the morning and my sugar wasn't already very low, and everything being closed to order anything. checking out, i asked for a ride to a car rental place upon check out and was told only shuttles to the airport were done for guests. i simply asked for a ride diagonally across the wide busy road to the Enterprise car rental. i couldn't walk with my back and neck and ankle being injured, and the huge hematoma on my right forearm, lugging my suitcase. there was snow and jagged ice everywhere. thank God Enterprise across the road when called. be wary of WYO Rides.

- Susan (9/5): Superb - The room was nice. And the motel was conveniently located for us. I had requested a crib, reminded the girl when I checked in, and never did receive a crib for my granddaughter.
- Kimberly (6/5): - The room layout was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was fantastic for what we needed. The bed was very comfortable minus the to small sheet that kept coming off while we slept. The room was one of the grossest rooms I’ve stayed in and I’m prior military and have stayed in some cheap hole in the wall places. This wasn’t cheap but it was as gross as a cheap place. I was so shook by the dirtiness, I took pictures and videos. The fridge has food and dirt in the cracks or corners of the fridge that looks like someone wiped it and just moved the dirt instead of removing it. I went to use a coffee cup and it stuck to the cabinet, as did all the others. Gross! The floors were not vaccumed and had food and LOTS of hair on them. The counters, desk and the bathrooms had soooo much hair. Different colors and types of hair. It was gross. The corners of the floors were full of piles of dirt. There was a large puddle of urine on one of the toilets in the area before the floor. There were stains on the pillows, at least we hope they were stains. The light/fan in one bathroom was so loud we could not use it at night for fear we’d wake up others. I wore slippers while there that I will not wear in my own home now since the room was so gross and I left the food I brought, including bowls, as I didn’t want the germs going home with me. Both are first for me. If I’m honest, I expected more from the Marriott name but I also understand the times we live in.
