• Catherine (7/5): Cabin bed a squeeze - Price, location, good. Main bed comfortable. Tiny old built in bunks not really long enough for adults. Not ideal for 2 single adults. Ok for little kids under 12. A little less kitchen would enable longer beds in a cabin situation.

There was a fire burn on the splash back, peeling paint on the edges of walls the towels edges were shredded with age.

• John (5/5): It was OK & suited our needs for this trip. - Have stayed at this park many times and have always found the facilities to be clean and appealing. Tegan is always very helpful & obliging. The location suits our needs. We stayed in a cabin on this visit to North Haven. Have stayed in a cabins previously & found them to be affordable yet average. Some need a bit of attention & TLC. Which was the case in this instance. I appreciate that it's a pet friendly park, our adjoining neighbours had a yappy dog that apparently didn't like us being next door. So, for those of us who don't have pets with us it can be disturbing, disruptive and doesn't invoke a feeling of a peaceful getaway.

• Taylah (8/5): Overall pleasant experience and we would definitely come back and rebook at this accommodation. - Beautiful location, staff super friendly, beautiful 2 bedroom cabin for my 1 year old daughter, myself and partner. Pool was perfect temperature and we loved that we could hear the beach from the caravan park My only complaint is whilst the cabin was super clean in most areas, the floor was absolutely filthy; after less than 5 minutes of my 1 year old being on the ground playing with her toys her hands, legs and feet were covered in black dirt/grime. It was quite disappointing as we couldn’t let her play around on the ground with her toys. The floor was definitely vacuumed however was definitely not mopped.

• Phil (9/5): Two Bed Cosy Cabin at North Haven Holiday Village - North Haven Holiday Park is tidy, well-equipped, spotless and relaxed. The pool was appreciated, warmer than the surf! Cabin was comfy and spotless. All basic gear provided.
• Sarah (4/5): - It was quiet, close to the beach. Childrens bed linen had dirt, black marks and stains. Bunk beds weren't made up on arrival, for the price, I did not expect to be making beds. Cabinetry was literally rotting, curtains have black mould, all corner areas have built up grime and dirt and needs a good clean, provided 2 towels for 4 people and had to get more the following day, no privacy curtain on kitchen window meant neighbouring cabin could see in including into bathroom, was very cramped, air con wasnt on before arrival and room was very hot, dining chairs need to be steam cleaned as stains all over them and need to be wiped down - they were sticky to touch, ramp and balcony is rotting and had nails sticking out. Lighting is exceptionally bright in all rooms as those long led lights are used, like the ones in sheds.

The sugar was in a medicine cup with fluff and dust in the bottom. The cabins were old and rusty some cobwebs in the corners of the cabin. The amenities block was tidy.

I didn't expect there to be weirdness about me having a cat (though the receptionist was lovely and I still could stay) I didn't expect hours of noise from the groundsman cleaning the driveway near my cabin with a leaf blower. It meant I couldn't sleep in or relax with a coffee on the deck I was paying for. What's wrong with a broom? Small issues, and overall the place was fine... But as it was a birthday treat for myself, I felt slightly let down.

The lady on the front desk is so friendly and even remembered us from a previous trip. We were given a free upgrade to a larger cabin, which was so lovely. Only 700m to the beach.

Room had a 4 burner cooktop, electric frypan, pans, plates, bowls etc. Despite being a bit dated and showing wear & tear, the cabin was very clean, incl the spa. The lady at reception was so lovely and friendly. Location was great, could go straight across the road to a walkway at the inlet and down to the beach.
