- Hans-joachim (8/5): Good budget accommodation - The room was spacious. Furniture is simple but I did not expect more. The bed was average, I have had worse but also better. The kitchen was equipped just with the bare minimum but we didn’t use it. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location appeared to be calm and we didn’t feel unsafe. It was typically easy to get an Uber quickly. If you do not look for luxury and are ok with a simple room that is reasonably priced I can recommend this place. There was a fan or air conditioning equipment on the roof that was audible all the time, even with windows closed. For very light sleepers this could be annoying.

Cons: The beds are very uncomfortable. The property feels a bit old and could use some updates. Overall: A good place to stay if you need to be in the area and plan to be out most of the day. It's clean and well-located, but don't expect much comfort from the beds.

- jonathan (10/5): - Es un excelente lugar para descansar, el personal suele ser muy amable y a la hora de abrir la puerta el de seguridad no pone peros ni caras, el único detalle está en que para la suite junior suele ser un poco confuso llegar a la habitación ya que se tiene que rodear el gimnasio y sala de juntas que están hasta el último piso aparte que suele ser un poco pequeña la habitación pero está limpia y el personal que hace la limpieza lo hace muy bien. Lo recomiendo aún que por el precio esperaba algo más amplio

I also liked that there was a spacious bathroom. The kitchen was small however, it was easy for me and my friend to stay at this place, because there was two different rooms. The living room is separate from the bedroom, so it was almost like a two bedroom although it was a small two bedroom, however, a large Normal size one bedroom Honestly, the staff kept trying to sex traffic me I know that sounds really weird. It’s definitely really weird for me. Also there was drug dealers downstairs and the staff is super afraid of them and the staff kept trying to sex traffic me constantly.

The persistent door-knocking was an unwelcome interruption, and the receptionist's constant financial concerns created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The two-week stay was marred by NO AC, non-functional INTERNET and room phone, making communication impossible. The only saving grace was the dedicated cleaning and security staff and the location. A reconsideration of management practices might improve the overall guest experience at this establishment. (The woman in reception) Avoid this place; it's a nightmare!!! And complaining will cause the receptionist lady saying: We don’t want you here, literally telling me to go?? There’s no one else who to talk to other than her unfortunately

- Kurt (7/5): Good central location, large bed - Kitchen & wifi could do with improvement - Good central location, just off of Reforma, opposite a small shop, and near to restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spacious with a large bed too. Collecting keys was fairly straight forward, though reception didn't speak english - broken Spanish is enough to get by with though! The wifi wasn't strong enough to work on so we had to venture out to cafes instead. While it was nice to have a kitchen, it was poorly equipped and you could tell that no one had thought about how people actually use kitchens when putting it together. The floors also seemed to be quite dirty, to wear shoes indoors or end up with black feet.

They were there all the time, gave us a heater for the room for the colder nights and also opened the door for for us when we were leaving even though they didn't have to. The place is very clean and we felt safe. A very good location for our interests as well. There are also lots of diferrent food stands on that street. A very good and cheap local breakfast.

- Sandra (10/5): - The location of this facility is very convenient to the park and museums. The walk is fairly level and easy to stroll to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are very quiet. Never heard anyone else in the building even though they were there, judging by the garbage left out on pick up day. Daily maid service and fresh towels, fully furnished kitchen plus twice the square footage of the average hotel room included. Maintenance a little wanting but easy trade off for all the pluses. Would stay again.

Provided free drinking water. My studio was in the quiet top floor of the hotel. Small kitchenette looked useful although I didn't use it. 24/7 reception. Fairly quiet neighbourhood but close to where the bars and restaurants are. WiFi could be better. Shower drains water a bit slowly. Small window by the door doesn't lock. Although the 24/7 staff meant security into the building was pretty secure.

- Perla (10/5): - The place is in a perfect location, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Victor and Luis were wonderful. The room was so beautiful and super clean. We are definitely coming back to Rio Elba suites and will recommend it to anyone planning a trip to CDMX.

- Jonathan (10/5): - Very very nice and sparkling clean hotel close walking distance to Chapultepec metro station. I got to airport and took metro station all the way to the hotel for 50 pesos. Hotel has convenience store, pharmacy, Krispy Kreme, many food vendors a minute away. Walking distance to páseo de la reforma and Angel de la independencia. Suite had clean towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, warm water. My own fridge, microwave, ironing board, coffee machine with coffee kit, electronic safe. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet during the nights your able to get a great night sleep hotel has 24 hour security surveillance system plus door man that guards entrance. It doesn’t have AC but nights are very chilly due to elevation 7,200 feet above sea level so you won’t need one really but room did have a fan. This is my 2nd time staying here and will definitely continue to stay here since their personnel and staff are very warm, friendly and welcoming. It also has an open terrace on the 4th floor with a gym for exercising. What I love about this hotel is that it is very modern with an elevator it also has parking garage for your cars. Thank you Rio Elba Suites for making me feel at home.
