• Sherlock (8/5): - Comfortable beds, clean and well supplied with amenities There was no additional toilet roll in the bathroom and only half a roll in the bathroom. Rang reception and was told no staff on until 8am. No answer on cleaning staff phone. My husband had to go to reception and was then given one roll of toilet paper. Also, in the kitchenette sink, there was a sink drainer but no actual sink plug, so, although dishwasher detergent, dishcloth and tea towel were all present, we couldn't wash up because the sink couldn't hold water.

• Frederick (10/5): - Close to everything, very quiet and other guests respectable, and most importantly during our stay there were no screaming kids which was a bonus. I’m assuming staying during school holidays would be a different story. Our stay unfortunately was a sad occasion as a family member had passed and we had to stay for funeral etc, so the discretion and quiet environment was very much appreciated. Thank you to all the staff also for being so accommodating and friendly during our entire stay. I highly recommend Quest Macquarie Park for a comfortable and accomodating stay. Absolutely nothing

• Virginia (9/5): Good value for money - We were given a free upgrade from a studio to a 1 bed apartment. Apartment was very clean and the bed was comfy. We had a late check-in and the evening staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for nearby restaurants. Entry to location was not easy to find after dark. On check-out, the morning staff could not even manage a smile, let alone say "good morning", despite not being busy.

• Designs (4/5): Was pleasant but the fruit flies was off-putting! - The staff were excellent! The room was clean when we arrived. However the lack of airflow meant that the room smelled stale and I would've appreciated the windows open upon arrival as a breeze of fresh air would've made the place far more welcoming. Fruit flies. They were everyone. In the bathroom they were all over the mirror, the roof, our towels, the drains. It was actually disgusting and why we're most likely not going to stay at Quest again. This was a disappointment.

• Lisa (9/5): - Great location for us wanting to go to uni for graduation of son at Macquarie university. Beds were comfortable and quite. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was nice. Would like to have bigger towels. Bath sheets.
• Noel (10/5): In summary no complainants. Book now without hesitation. - From check in to check out, everything went like clock work. The room was clean and presentable. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Yes I would recommend it a stay for either business or private travellers. There is nothing really to complain about. I feel to say something, but to show that i am being picky. Each time we are here it is all good. Something that could be checked is the quaniety of cutlery items are up to date with even amounts. I did not ask if there should be an lifter for flipping eggs or meat or a vegetable knife. These are minor, its only we use the good cooking facilities.

Also has parking which was great The only thing that I can fault is that they didn’t supply enough toilet paper especially as there was a public holiday and the cleaners weren’t working they should of given and extra roll to allow for that.

• jazzbale72 (10/5): Well positioned - Well positioned apartment when having to use the Macquarie hospital. The unit was clean and have everything we needed.
• macca001234 (10/5): Organized, clean, & the staff very caring and helpful - We had to take our dog to a local vet hospital SASH, that was close by, and were very happy with our stay at Quest Macquarie Park. It is very organized, the staff kind & courteous, and everything was clean, tidy & worked as intended. We would recommend these apartments as a great place to stay and will be returning there in the future.

• Bronwyn (7/5): Our family stayed for a week and found Quest modern, clean and spacious. Friendly helpful staff and free parking. It wou - 2 bed apartment is spacious, it’s modern and clean, well equipped kitchen, free parking and gym Beds too hard for us, decor is a bit office like and sterile. There’s no lamp or soft lighting in the living or dining area so we either had to sit under bright lights or in the dark. No coffee machine.

• Chris (5/5): Ok, but could've been so much better! - POSITIVES: Again, a commendation for Terry, who proactively upgraded the room I was allocated and also provided an 11am check-out (always very much appreciated). The room was very spacious and favourably appointed. Crispy clean sheets. Clean fridge & kitchenette, fairly good shower / water pressure. Block-out curtains in main living room area as well as a blind in the bedroom. Also, Lisa's understanding, respectful & congenial disposition when Hammad hadn't transferred over the 11:00am check-out to the additional night's booking I made online. NEGATIVES: Once again, altho’ I specifically requested the room & bathroom be vacuumed, cleaned, attended to, once again, this seemed to have been overlooked. There was also a big crack on the coffee table which I called front desk & told Terry about. Terry confirmed that they knew about this. However, later I also found, what looked like a rolled up sock under the sofa and egg yolk spatter on the floor & on the wall. Again, the dirty tiles couldn’t be ignored. As previously mentioned in another review, indicatively these tiles haven’t been scrubbed or mopped in a very, very long time. So the tiles on high traffic areas are much darker than the tiles on low traffic areas. About 10 mins after I had arrived to the room, I heard a loud knock on the door & someone yelled: “Do you need any provisions?” I called back: “No thank you”. I’d placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door which that person obviously ignored. A little while later, as my plans had changed, I had to book an additional night so I called front desk to let them know that I had done this online. Hammad answered & I asked him whether I could stay in the same room I was in the following night. Hammad told me that he’d have to check & placed me on hold. He came back a few mins later confirming it would be fine for me to stay in that room. I thanked him & we said our goodbyes. Exhausted, I was finally in the process of preparing to sleep when the phone rang (very loud ring tone too) it was Hammad. He said: “Just letting you know that everything is ok with the room, you can stay in the same room tomorrow.” Very puzzled, I told Hammad that he'd already confirmed this when I called him earlier to tell him know that I had booked another night’s stay online. He told me again that he wanted to let me know that I could stay in the room. So again, I had to repeat what I had said earlier regarding his confirmation...We again said our goodbyes.

• Samantha (9/5): best place for city conference with parking - the location was great for travel to the city for conference, and parking was free and had cameras for security not easy to find with a hotel in sydney. The suburb is very safe and seems more business parks than residential but loads of transport options within walking distance. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a few days They could offer breakfast would be a plus as there are not many food options within walking distance. There is only one chair in the room and the table does not move from the side board not great to eat a meal together.
