• William (9/5): - This was the 3rd time we have stayed at Quest Fremantle. It's in an excellent location, within walking distance of public transport and the cruiseship terminal. Coles is only a 5 minute walk away also. The rooms are a great size with well appointed kitchenette and it's very quiet.😃 Absolutely nothing!

• Marsh (9/5): Loved Fremantle, lovely sunny days except for one, watch for the uneven paths, crossovers etc. I took 2 tumbles due to - The position of the apartment was excellent, staff were friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating,nothing was too much trouble. Very clean property, towels etc changed daily or when required. Rubbish bins emptied daily. Dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, washing machine powder and other necessities supplied as required. Apartments were quiet and spacious enough to be comfortable. The couches in each room were extremely uncomfortable. After being out sightseeing for the day it would have been lovely to relax on a comfortable chair or couch with a cuppa, especially if you have back or leg issues. Not possible on these couches sadly…….. they were the only real drawback of the apartment really.

The room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed including microwave, kitchenette, bathroom supplies etc it is positioned perfectly for the boats to Rottnest and easy walking to shops and the markets. It also had a gym, which was almost sufficient for my needs. I would have loved some dumbells in the gym however was able to manage with the cables.

• Justine (7/5): - Room was very clean and the location is very central in Fremantle. Despite the fact there's no onsite parking, the nearest carpark is a short walk away across the trainline. The air conditioner was so noisy and sounded broken so we had to turn it off, so there was no airflow in the room as you can't open a window. We did not discover this until returning from our booked event so couldn't contact staff to change rooms.

The whole complex is exceptionally clean our apartment was comfortable and cleaned every day with everything you could wish for. It was lovely to have such dedicated staff who make you feel welcome and looked after throughout your whole stay. Having a balcony on your room free washing/drying machines, bike hire, BBQ and courtyard areas were an extra touch which made our long stay a home from home. Thank you Quest for making our stay so special. We will definitely be booking you again for our next visit. Nothing not to like.

The room was on the ground floor, and there was a peculiar smell present which could have been from drains in the bathroom. No view to speak of. Parking in the area is a bit tricky.

• jayne4d (10/5): Spacious, clean and ideal location in the heart of Fremantle - Our one bedroom apartment proved modern and comfortable for our 4 night stay. It had really high ceilings and large windows adding to the air of spaciousness. Everything was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised to have daily room service. There was no on-site dining and so it was handy to have the kitchen facilities and dining table for occasional snacks. However for most of the time we made use of the superb location in the heart of Fremantle to eat out at great selection of nearby cafes and restaurants. It only took us 10 minutes to walk from there to the ferry terminal for Rottnest Island. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

• YingCongL1 (10/5): A Gem in Fremantle, though the Luggage Storage is a bit ‘Wild’ - Overall a great stay! The location is unbeatable—everything (wharf, station, shops) is within a 5 - 12 minute stroll. Love the fully equipped kitchen in the room! The staff were lovely and the rooms were nice and quiet. My only concern is the luggage storage security. Bags are simply lined up in the hallway without any tags or receipt system. When I returned to pick up my luggage, there were many bags there; I just found mine and walked out with it, and no one even checked. It makes me wonder—has no one ever had their bags stolen here? Is the safety in Fremantle really that exceptional? If this were in Perth / Melbourne City, I’m pretty sure my bags would be gone by now. I strongly suggest implementing a proper tagging and storage system to protect guests' belongings.

• MCJAG19 (10/5): Large Rooms - Great Stay for Groups and Families - Great stay here in Fremantle and such a convenient base for visiting Rottnest and exploring the area. Everything was as expected and the facilities were great. It’s well suited for guests with needs to cater for older guests, Very central and ideal for active travelers with restaurants, Coles and IGA all close by. The location is perfect for Coffee Street and easy transport back into Perth. Rooms A and B are connecting with lockable doors, which makes it perfect for families or friends travelling together while still maintaining privacy. Lastly, the staff were very accommodating, and we would happily stay here again.

• Mwithersee (10/5): Nice property, great vibe, awesome staff. - I have had the pleasure of staying here twice, the first time was last Nov-Dec for 4 weeks, the second was for the 3 nights just gone in February. The property itself is centrally located without having intrusive noise to deal with, it is clean, fresh and well presented with a really trendy vibe to it. Rooms have high ceilings, the kitchettes do the trick in saving you from night after night of takeaway and the beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. The thing that shines brightest here is the staff. Front of house are a genuine team who are friendly, efficient and take the time to say hello. Nothing seems to ruffle their feathers, they just do their thing with a smile. The level of service from housekeeping is brilliant. They're just as warm and friendly and really seem to take pride in their work as the rooms are reset without fuss. Coming back to a made bed, fresh towels and the kitchette straightened up just makes all the difference. Having spent 4 weeks there, I can honestly say that the experience was consistent from start to finish. I didn't just catch good staff on a good day. I can't recommend this place enough and will absolutely be staying here when I'm down in Fremantle again. Hot tip for parking. Download the EasyPark app as there is plenty of street parking at a reasonable overnight price, or it's a short walk to the ferry where there is even better priced long term and day time parking.

The customer service was below expectations, we were given a warm sparkling wine for new years with no ice and suggested to go across the road to get ice to cool it down. The air conditioning was terrible and in the hot summers day of 40 degrees heat you expect to feel comfortable inside your hotel room. The bags were held in storage and told we would have them in the room ready on arrival which was not the case and there were nil amenities in the room.
