• Luke (10/5): Really great hotel large spacious and helpful and friendly staff - The property was in a central location and was very spacious. the property was really clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was clean and nice in the room. I definitely recommend the hotel, especially the suit room with balcony. All was perfect.

Broken aircon, dining room immediately above room with people moving chairs noisily, internet only worked intermittently plus you had to renter password every time. No action taken on aircon, very noisy from the street.

The breakfast buffet was good and offered in the rooftop restaurant, providing a good view of the area. Although hotel staff did park the car for us, it was not secure and was simply public street parking.

The furnishings in the rooms are a bit outdated, But they are clean and some have sea views. If you have a car, the staff will help you park near the hotel.

• Dimitar (9/5): Superb - The staff was very polite, and the room and common areas were clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. Breakfast is included in the price of the room, with a buffet that offers plenty of food. They upgraded our room to an apartment at no extra charge because they didn’t have any other rooms with a double bed. The oven/toaster was too powerful and burned the bread, leaving it black. It would also be a good idea to add scrambled eggs to the breakfast and to rotate the cakes daily. The Wi-Fi was weak in the bedroom of our apartment, but I think it would have enough coverage in a standard room.

• Graham (5/5): Passable - There wasn't much to like at this hotel but apart from the room smelling of smoke it was comfortable. The only good thing I can say We arrived at 8.30pm after 8 hours on a bus tired and hungry, on going to the restaurant we were told it was closed yet it was supposed to be open until 10.30pm. Our room smelt strongly of smoke yet it was supposed to be smoke free. There were several other things we didn't like sufficient to say we would never stay there again.

• Mustafa (7/5): It was nice but didn’t quite reach my expectations. - I liked the breakfast, nice variety of food (also the view where the restaurant is, 7th floor, is amazing) I liked the location, very centered, next to the seafront. The lobby had a stunning perfume The staff was really nice, they got your car in and out of the parking space which was really good ! I didn’t like the smell that the towels had, i also didn t like that in out bathroom the toilet cleaning brush was really dirty (but maybe this was an exception and only our room was like this) We had a balcony, yes, but it was mostly occupied by the air conditioning. Another thing about the air conditioning, because it was located in the balcony, at night when you were trying to sleep it was really loud and discomforting.

Breakfast was enough to start the day, buffet style with cereal, toast, turkish breakfast foods. Beds were uncomfortable, too hard for us. Wifi is terrible and constantly cuts out and only works in part of room

• Adudb (10/5): Exceptional - It was very good to stay. The view is perfect with balcony to the sea. The restaurant is on top floor and you will benefit from a very good view. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also good. Moderate breakfast. But was good overall No hotel parking. You have to park on the street.
• Yuliya (8/5): Perfect location - Location is perfect - right next to the ferry station and quay. I had a room on the 6th floor with a nice view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and pillows. Right next to the hotel there are lots of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was not good, I went only once and didn't want to go anymore. Not tasty and poor choice. But the terrace of the restaurant has a beautiful view. There is a balcony, but it's small and the engine of the air-conditioner is there. So you have to make a choice between being at the balcony and air-conditioning. But I had a big window in the room, so I practically was using it as a balcony 😁
• BAHADIR (8/5): - Gayet temiz ve güzel bir oteldi. Klimalar biraz eski ve gürültülü ancak klima takıntınız yoksa sorun etmezsiniz. Kahvaltı çok güzel, konum çok güzel, resepsiyon ve kat görevlisi arkadaşlar son derece ilgili ve yardımcı.
• Leigh-Ann (8/5): - Shower had a lot of mould. Rest of the room seemed pretty clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were not. Area is very convenient with lots of dining, bars, and shops close by. Right near the ferries and water.
• Cristina (8/5): Very good - Good transit hotel, accessible location. Hotel staff would handle parking on your behalf/ valet parking. Smoking seems to be allowed for some hotels in Turkey, and we noticed the cigarettes smell in the room. We stayed just one night, so it wasn't a big issue, this time.

The corner rooms are very specious, 1 bedroom apartments actually with 2 small balconies and 1 larger windowed with a nice view to the ferry docks. Cleaning was daily and impeccable. Nice pool table. Fantastic top floor panorama restaurant where breakfast is served. No private parking, but I guess this is to be expected for such central location. Guests receive daily tickets from reception for the paid public parking area across the street. No scrambled eggs for breakfast, no excuses for that! :)

• Ahmet (6/5): Great location, Noise from barking dogs - Its right in the city centre. Receptionist was very helpful. Recommended a guided tour in Gallipoli. Very affordable day tour. Ferry, bus, tourguide, lunch for only 13 euros. Was amazing. Rooms are somewhat old. Many barking dogs at night nearby. They make it impossible to have good nights sleep. Turkey has to do something about this problem.

• Tai Hsiou-Hsia (8/5): - The hotel is convenient for everything, 3 minutes walk to the ferry pier, 10 to the mini-bus station for Troy, and just across the street for bus to and from bus terminal. The staff at the reception is fluent in English and very helpful. The WiFi is weak and frustrating at times.
