- Tingyu Bi (4/5): - The place is secluded and rather calm. I also enjoyed the sauna+swimming pool+outdoor tubs. May be a great experience to do that under aurora. Big windows to see the views outside in case you want to watch out for aurora. Spacious living room with board games. There's no warning on the booking page regarding the fact that their reception is in Saariselka, 3km away from the actual resort. For people traveling without cars, this means you either have to pay an extra fee to get a taxi, or figure out the buses to get to Saariselka just to get the keys, and then find a way to reach Laanila (I checked matkahuolto, there's no bus from Saariselka to Laanila! Maybe the Skibus could get there, but you have to dig, or get a taxi), which may be very inconvenient especially if you have luggages with you. The Laanila bus stations are also about 10 or more minutes walk from the resort with sands on the path (there are two, the further one is about 1.2km walk away). The WiFi also doesn't work. The fridge in the room is very noisy. The place smells newly renovated, which doesn’t feel very healthy.

- IsabellaO (10/5): Cozy Stay in Beautiful Nature with Amazing Spa - A cozy and relaxing stay with a lovely atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the overall experience felt very authentic. The location near a beautiful river and wonderful forest trails made it even more special. The spa was amazing and enjoying the sauna with a view of reindeers was a truly unique experience. The breakfast was great. Everything was comfortable and easy during our stay. Nothing to mention, we had a very pleasant stay😍

L'espace sauna est vraiment super avec plusieurs grands sauna, piscine intérieure, bain chaud, bain froid, jacuzzi. Le sauna extérieur donne sur l'enclos avec les rennes c'est vraiment magique. Petit déjeuner très complet et de qualité. Nous avons bien apprécié le buffet du soir aussi car tout semblait fait maison y compris les desserts. Tout était propre mais attention à ce que les espaces communs comme salle de bain et toilettes soient bien nettoyées tous les jours ce qui n'est à mon avis pas le cas. Il y avait très peu de monde sur notre période donc ça allait.

Inoltre la spa aveva orari obbligatori(21.00/23.00) per gli ospiti dell hotel cosa specificata in fase di prenotazione
- Barbara (9/5): Beautiful location. - Great option if you want to stay a little outside of the main hub - it's quiet and the location is beautiful, but I highly recommend having a car to get around. The room was spacious and it was nice to have access to the kitchen and common area. The bathroom is shared but it was never an issue. The sauna was in a separate building but so nice at the end of a day. The breakfast is served at the main cafe in town - it's plentiful and tasty, just keep in mind that you either need to drive there or arrange the shuttle. Would be be nice to have extra towels for the sauna.

Die öffentliche Sauna ist erst ab 21:00Uhr nutzbar für Hotelgäste. Tagsüber werden dort nur Tagesgäste reingelassen. Die öffentliche Sauna ist aber sehr schön.

Lage ist mit dem Auto tiptop. Das Zimmer ist etwas veraltet und die Küche sowieso. Aber es tut den Zweck. Das Bad ist zwar neu, aber hat einen leichten Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Etwas schade, dass das Wellness vor 21:00 Uhr für Private Guests blockiert sind.

- Isla (10/5): An incredible place - We had an amazing 4 night stay at this accommodation, which was great value for money! We stayed in the twin room with WC - shared showers weren't an issue at all and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. We loved waking up in the morning and seeing the reindeer, use of the sauna/hot tubs in the evening and being slightly remote so we could wander into the trees without light pollution and see the auroras. The living room with fireplace was lovely and the whole place very cosy! Beds were comfortable and we were always warm indoors. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend this place - it is one of my favourite accommodations I have ever stayed in! Nothing!

- France (10/5): Logement magnifique que je conseille vivement - le logement est magnifique et rend les longues soirées très agréables avec un énorme superbe salon, une grande cuisine super équipée et surtout la possibilité de profiter le soir des 3 sauna, piscine intérieure, bassins d'eau chaude et froide. si je retourne un jour en laponie, je retourne d'office dans ce logement. le seul point négatif est le fait que le petit dej est à 10 min en voiture. Ca oblige une certaine organisation. Donc, je conseille de ne pas réserver de petit déjeuner.

Breakfast was exceptionally good with high quality ingredients. Staff were very kind. Check-in was very complex and took too much time. All of the kitchen dishes and glasses ,cups etc were dirty. In such a high-priced place, I would expect better.

Mukaville ulkoilureiteille pääsee heti pihasta. Huoneiston yhteydessä oli siistit ja lämpimät vasta remontoidut suihku ja wc tilat. Vain yksi WC oli käytettävissä viiden huoneen asukkaille.
- Marcos (9/5): Cabaña en plena naturaleza - Cabaña en medio del bosque, con zonas comunes muy cómodas de las cuales pudimos disfrutar tranquilamente, por qué estábamos solos. Dispone de una amplia cocina y un acogedor comedor comunitario, además de sauna, una pequeña piscina cubierta y baños de agua fría y caliente. Nuestra habitación era amplia y cómoda para una pareja con dos niños. Lo único que nos terminó de gustar es que el desayuno se ofrece en un centro comercial que está a unos 5 minutos en coche.

- Mcarmen (10/5): Estancia de ensueño - La limpieza de todos y cada uno de los rincones. Cocina súper equipada con todo lo necesario y más. Habitación súper cómoda, amplia y silenciosa. El comedor, un lugar de ensueño para descansar y disfrutar de la paz y la calma. Todo! Continuad haciéndolo así de bien 🥰
- Sanna-Kaisa (8/5): Yhden yön majoitus - Mukava yhden yön paikka keskellä kaunista ympäristöä. Kaikki perustarpeet oli hyvät. Huone oli perushyvä, joskin pikaisesti siivottu. Ilmanvaihtoa ei ollut, mutta ikkunan sai avattua. Aamupala tarjottiin 4min ajomatkan päässä yöpymispaikasta, oli hyvä.

- Lukas (8/5): Fun log cabin - Spent two nights here, the room was clean and comfortable and the shared facilities were too. There seemed to be only one WC for the whole shared building though which wasn’t a problem as we were the only ones but not sure what this would be like if the place was full! Great to be able to use the sauna facilities too!

- Ianovici (9/5): Highly recommend! - The location is really nice, buildings are really nicely built with big open space where you can chill around the fireplace, and a big space for socializing. Smoke sauna was the best i had so far. Totally recommend! The sauna and pool schedule should be longer Extra beds wasn't conformable and a bit to short
- Daniel (10/5): Unforgettable - Breakfast was really good, the room was exceptionally clean, the staff and other tenants were so kind, the facilities were great, the fireplace was nice, access to a sauna and spa during the night in the middle of the snow was amazing, and the overall vibe was fantastic. We also managed to see the northern lights very strongly from the accomodation. Love the all wood log cabin vibe! The wifi was really quite slow, about 5-9 mbps, but sufficient enough for a holiday like this - it was still fine to call friends and family, and to load the occasional video. This really shouldn’t be an important factor, especially if you’re staying in a place like this!
- Jeroen (4/5): Terrible hygiene - The location is beautiful, away from the town and the common areas are very comfortable. The free usage of the sauna and pool area are also nice additions. The bathroom of our room had an awful sewage smell in it, that we couldn't flush away. The water of the hot tub of the sauna area is so old, it has turned green and smells like algae.
- N (7/5): Nice cabin - Nice cabin with everything you need and beautiful surroundings. Sauna place was good too. It was too far away from the centre without a car and no good facilities to get there. Breakfast taxi was nice but unpredictable. Think it’s a shame that guests need to pay €15 or more for Kuukkeli taxi of 5 minutes to town.
