Die Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Es liegt im Zentrum, aber auch direkt neben Clubs und Bars. Bis morgens um 3 Uhr war die Musik der Clubs unüberhörbar. Preis Leistung hat nicht ganz gepasst.

A zona da piscina é simplesmente magnífica — um cenário de tranquilidade e beleza, perfeito para relaxar. O bar junto à piscina eleva ainda mais a experiência, oferecendo um espaço distinto onde tudo convida a desfrutar sem pressa. O pequeno-almoço é outro ponto de excelência: servido com enorme cuidado e requinte, com uma apresentação irrepreensível que transforma cada manhã num momento especial. A localização é perfeita, no coração da cidade, perto de tudo. No entanto, o mais surpreendente é a sensação de refúgio absoluto: ao atravessar a porta para a rua, deixamos para trás um verdadeiro oásis de serenidade e sofisticação, protegido do ritmo vibrante de Cartagena. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the location was convenient, close to the city center. The pool areas were pleasant and well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. It is also worth noting that the hotel has many stairs, which may not suit all guests. Additionally, it is located next to several bars, so some noise at night should be expected. There was also a lack of soap in the room, and when it ran out, the young cleaner did not refill it. After we mentioned this, only a small amount of soap was provided for the shower and none for handwashing, which felt somewhat inattentive.

The rooftop pool and bar were heavenly. There wasn't dedicated service at the bar so there was a bit of a wait, but there were also few or no other guests in the pool while we were there, so it really was unnecessary. • Lauren (10/5): Beautifully Decorated Property in the Heart of Centro - Beautiful property in an incredible location in Centro! We came here for my birthday celebration, and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and accommodating (English speaking), and the property itself clearly has been envisioned and decorated from a design perspective. There were so many curated details for an overall calm and luxurious aesthetic during the day, and it felt like a twinkling oasis at night. The view from the rooftop pool was superb with a direct view of the iconic clock tower, and there is any area for both shade and sun to lounge at, as well as a bar. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with so many thoughtful touches from made-to-order hot food, fresh bread, and fresh-pressed juice from their in-house chef to the detailed presentation of the buffet and dining area. The boutique is stocked with local Colombian artisanal goods and brand name items, and there is a small gym as well. Not least, the location was in the heart of Centro, in a busy and safe area with tons of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby, yet quiet inside. We were so thankful to Nixon the concierge for upgrading our room to a giant space with high ceilings when we extended our stay. The beds were insanely comfortable and we liked the naturally sourced products provided. We also appreciated that the concierge is available via text to help with anything you need at the hotel or to help with bookings at restaurants, beach clubs, or other things you might need during your stay. Overall, we loved this property and definitely come back! For us the stairs were great exercise, but I would caution anyone with mobility issues that the dining area and pool are only accessible by stairs. I would like to mention, in case it is a concern, that luggage is not an issue, as the staff brings it up to your room if you aren't located on the ground floor. Our first room on the ground floor was also spacious, but was lacking in natural light, although there was enough artificial light.

Room and bathroom was huge. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was 10/10, easy to walk everywhere including to Getsemeni. Felt very safe in this hotel. My only issue is there is a night club close by and some nights the music was very loud. An issue If you’re a very light sleeper. But, likely have similar issues at most boutique hotels right in the centre. Regardless, I would stay here again! Everything

The hotel is beautiful, clean, in a great location (perfect for attending a wedding a few doors along) with all the facilities you could want. Our pool and rooftop were the envy of all our friends staying in other hotels. The room was air conditioned and the bed so comfortable it was difficult to leave in the morning! I also made use of the fitness facilities which exceeded what I was expecting. The staff were also exceptional and could not do enough for us. We would certainly return and recommend. I couldn’t find a single fault.

• anne (5/5): Horrible nuit dans un hôtel de rêve: ça s’appelle un cauchemar! - La déco et la vue sur la cathédrale depuis le rooftop. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons reçu une des deux chambres au rez -de -chaussée, près de la réception. Dès l’ouverture de la porte nous avons senti une odeur de moisissures liée à l’humidité . Nous avons essayé d’ouvrir la fenêtre mais elle est condamnée car elle donne sur la rue qui est bruyante. J’ai demandé immédiatement une autre chambre mais ça n’a pas été possible l’hôtel était complet d’après le réceptionniste. Nous sommes allés nous promener en ville et pendant ce temps il ont mis un “ purificateur d’air ou déshumidificateur” dans la chambre… mais rien n’y a fait. La nuit a été horrible. Non seulement la chambre était malodorante mais le bruit de la boîte de nuit voisine nous a incommodé jusqu’à 3h du matin. Les deux épaisseurs de double vitrage ne suffisaient pas! Les vibrations des basses se transmettent par le sol jusque dans nos tympans! On n’a pu s’endormir qu’après 3h!

Great breakfast, lovely pool area, good selection of weights / equipment in small gym - including little pots of nuts and dried fruits. Bed was super comfy. Humidifier, air con, fridge, safe and hot water in rooms. I’ve been to Cartagena many times and this was my favourite hotel by far. Minor point - would be good to have towels / wet wipes in gym area Was a bit noisy late in the evening but with the white noise of the humidifier and air con, I barely heard it. But that isn’t the hotel’s fault either - just cos of central location

Me encontré con personas genuinas, amables, cercanas y profundamente humanas, que lograron que me sintiera verdaderamente como en casa. Mis más sinceras felicitaciones para Richard, el bartender, por su excelente atención; para Carolina, quien me atendió con tanta dedicación y cariño; para Jay, siempre atento y cordial; y para Alfredo, el chef, cuya cocina fue simplemente espectacular e impecable. Gracias por hacer de esta experiencia algo tan especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver.

• Emina (8/5): Great location. Lots of stairs to climb to/ from - Excellent location, in the middle of the old city. Rooftop view and pool are really nice. Staff is very friendly. The room has a window, but you cannot open it, as it looks towards the court, where A/C boxes are, snd where people are passing to get to their room. You need to climb 50 stairs to get to the breakfast room, and additional 20 to the rooftop. For us it was fine, but some guests would not appreciate it. TV didn't work, but we didn't watch ut anyway. The biggest issues for us was, that the hotel charged our credit card twice for the entire stay. It took us nearly 2 months to get the money back, after several calls/ mails/ messages with the property and booking platform. Very annoying.

Gorgeous rooms with high ceilings and comfy amenities. Great breakfast every morning and coffee and water in the rooms. Amazing and helpful staff. Can walk to literally any place in Cartagena and removes a lot of stress around Ubers/taxis.

El personal del desayuno y la recepción unos amorosos. Sinceramente no hubiese dejado nunca una calificación negativa de no haber sido por que el día antes de irnos alguien metió la mano en nuestras cosas y nos robaron dinero. Hablé con el personal del hotel y Ana me dijo que tras varias “investigaciones” no habían dado con el ladrón por lo que la devolución nunca estuvo como posibilidad. Lamentablemente fue una lástima terminar el viaje así, pero insistieron con que nosotras habíamos perdido el dinero o lo habíamos gastado cuando teníamos muy claro donde estaba guardado y cuánto era. La verdad que quemarte así cuando es un hotel de lujo en Cartagena me parece de cuarta. Me fui muy decepcionada, no me esperaba una reacción así desde un hotel que se supone que ofrece lujo y confort.

The breakfasts were so good and carefully prepared every day. The rooms were comfortable. Nothing. There was some noise from a neighbouring club but we found the same in a lot of central located hotels.
• Nadia (8/5): Great hotel, but very disappointing breakfast experience - The location, the view from the hotel, the kindness of the reception staff, and the bartender on the rooftop (his cocktails were AMAZING). Breakfast. There was literally nothing to eat. Every time, we had to ask the person in charge of breakfast for bread, fruit, etc., because everything was empty. We were always fewer than three or four people at breakfast, yet he took at least 10 minutes to make a single omelette per person. He was very unpleasant, and we clearly felt like we were bothering him every time we asked for something. It was a horrible experience, and I have never had a problem like this in a hotel before.
• Ryan (3/5): It was style over substance. - Location was excellent and style was nice. Staff were extremely aloof. Also, there was building work going on which made relaxing impossible. Also, workmen leering at you when at the pool.

• Nathan (10/5): Stay - Good location in walled city Staff was very kind and helpful Some English spoken Allowed me to leave bags after checkout which was a huge plus. Safe and secure Also allowed me to stay a few hours after checkout while I waited for plane. Would stay again Room was huge There were slotted windows in bathroom leading to the walkway which were unsecured. I wasn't bothered but could be a concern if not fully shut. Other reviews stated this too but otherwise no issues.

Die Deluxe Zimmer sind nicht zur Straße sondern Richtung ruhigem Innenhof.Vom Flair her eines der schönsten Hotels in denen ich in meinem Leben war Das wir so Früh abreisen mussten 😇
• Jessica (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten in Cartagena! - Ein wunderschönes Hotel mitten in Cartagena und ein richtiger Erholungsort. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam - besonders Carolina und Nixon waren herausragend. Sie haben uns Tipps gegeben, waren immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker - das Omelett war die beste Eierspeise, die wir in Kolumbien hatten. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! :) Das WLAN wäre noch ausbaufähig! Das lief nicht immer flüssig in unserem Zimmer.
• Maria Alejandra (7/5): - El personal maravilloso , demasiado amables , la decoración el ambiente muy lindo , muy rico el desayuno y las amenidades de la piscina pero el colchón casi mata mi espalda , es demasiado blando , se unde demasiado entonces no es bueno para la columna , no pude descansar como debería y la calle es muy ruidosa y llena de gente alicorada y mujeres que trabajan en prostitution , eso no es culpa del hotel pero es como una apreciación de todo en general

• Victor Andres (8/5): Cómodo, buena calidad precio y muy lindos espacios. - El cuarto es muy cómodo, las camas son súper cómodas y todo está muy limpio. La zona de piscina es mucho más pequeña de lo que luce en la foto. De hecho da la impresión de no ser el mismo lugar 😅. Del resto todo estuvo perfecto.
• Katharina (4/5): Terraza y piscina cerrada temporalmente - Nos permitieron cancelar la reservación. Estaba cerrada la terraza principal con la piscina por mantenimiento ä. Es la razón por la que queríamos ir a ese hotel. No informaron antes de llegar. Al final después de discutir approx. una hora nos dejaron cancelar gratis, pero teníamos que buscar otro hotel.

• Antonela (7/5): - Property was in the heart of the city, really convenient location. View from the top terrace is 360 degrees and its beautiful. I liked that it was quiet and not crowded so it gives you feeling of being at home , decorations in the hotel are also lovely Rooms are quite old and there are traces of the mold on some of the walls, our room was ok ( except the noise of the ac boxes from different rooms placed in front of our window) but my friends needed to change the room as it smelled really bad and even with the new room there was mold visible but it wasn’t bas as first one.
• Gabriele (1/5): Terribile. State lontani. - La camera che mi è stata data era ricoperta di muffa sulle pareti. Non aveva neanche una finestra. Loro la definivano superior ma non coincide con quella che mostrano sul sito. C’era un odore terrificante. Non ho mai lasciato un albergo, ma questa volta era impossibile restarci. Bruciavano gli occhi nella stanza.

• Alejandra (10/5): Magnifique - Magnifique maison. De blanc vêtue et superbe déco, chaque pièce, chaque recoin et un enchantement pour les yeux. La chambre, très confortable. Les terrasses du rooftop proposent de jolis espaces pour chiller, se rafraîchir dans la piscine et admirer les couchers de soleils...
• Maria Paula (9/5): Hotel divino en el centro de Cartagena. Por mejorar: el desayuno. - El hotel es precioso. El personal es adorable. La decoración del lugar es divina. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el desayuno pues fue escaso y cuando lo tomamos se habían acabado los panes, había poca fruta y en general fue lo único que nos decepcionó. El desayuno nos decepcionó. Se habían acabado los panes, muy demorados en prepararnos unos huevos y en general escaso.
• Ine (7/5): Leuk hotel met super ligging - Super ligging, midden in El Centro. Heel tof om gewoon buiten te wandelen en midden in het historisch centrum te zitten. Het zwembad heeft echt een heel mooi uitzicht en is zeer verfrissend in het warme Cartagena. Qua prijs zijn ze vrij schappelijk voor de ligging. Goed functionerende airco was heel aangenaam. Dit is geen 5 sterren hotel. Ga hier niet heen als je die ervaring zoekt. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar ook niet meer dan dat. Wij hebben onze bagage helemaal zelf naar onze kamer moeten dragen, geen aanbod voor hulp. Onze creditkaart werd per ongeluk twee keer belast zonder enige melding en we hadden dus dubbel betaalt. We hebben dit gelukkig gezien en ze zullen dit rechttrekken door het terug te laten draaien maar meer dan een sorry hebben we niet gekregen. Het zwembad was niet heel proper. Als we vroegen om een taxi te regelen voor de luchthaven kregen we het antwoord dat het goedkoper was als we dit zelf deden (we hebben het dan ook zelf gedaan). Het ontbijt was niet altijd vers, het fruit dat er lag was twee van de drie dagen beschimmeld en er werd ook niet altijd aangevuld, dus als je later ging ontbijten had je niet altijd meer alle keuze. Er was ook een spa aanwezig. Hierover hebben we 0 informatie gekregen. Er is ook geen lift en alle faciliteiten liggen op hogere verdiepingen dus het hotel is niet geschikt voor personen die slecht te been zijn.
