• Guan Jiun (9/5): - Highly recommended to book the room with meals (breakfast and dinner). Dinner was so good with local food and the staffs are also very friendly! The location was convenient to go skiing and take cable car. The hot spring was quite old-equipped, but clean.

• Ida (7/5): Adequate hotel in convenient area for a short ski trip - Really close to the chairlift. Has an onsen. Rooms are clean. Staff very friendly. Has locker room at entry for snow sport items-skis,boots,etc which made it easy to get in/out for our ski trip. Also close walking distance to a ski rental store. For the price it could use an update. Facilities are old. Onsen could be better- very simple indoor single soak area. We weren’t able to add on dinner plan to our stay after booking although we did request it only 1 day before.

• Yee Khun (10/5): Nice place to stay for Zao ski resort! - Good facility with a nice onsen on site. Friendly staff and located near to the ski resort. There was a false fire alarm during my our stay and the PA announcement was in Japanese only. Luckily nothing bad happened but would be great if the announcement can be bilingual.

Family of 5 in an “extended” room where parents slept in the beds and kids on the tatami floor with mattresses in the living room Hotel is a bit dated, provision of disposable bedroom slippers would’ve been good

• John (7/5): Best staff in Zao. - Well located for access to ski lifts. Very helpful and friendly staff who did everything they could to make us welcome. Hotel is need of a refresh and is looking a bit rough around the edges.

Restaurant staffs were very nice :) the hotel has onsen so after ski/snowboarding, it was a perfect place to stay! The hallway was a little cold.

Room was clean, staff were nice, and location was right in front of ski lift - also was very close to a ski/snowboard rental store. The breakfast and dinner was delicious, we had something different for dinner everyday. Only issue for me was that outside of your room, in the hallways, was quite cold.

Very easy! Great half board with the Japanese set dinner for one night and and shabu shabu next. Onsen a bit small but still good.

• Reza (4/5): Good and clean rooms but disappointed with the hotel staff's language and attitude - rooms are nice and clean Coffee is good The WiFi is not working The Chat system is not working The staff rejected my address and name details even though I am the one booking at booking.com. They insisted to have someone Japanese to be the main contact of the booking. This caused problem and confusion and I had to use the other person (japanese) name to be the primary contact. None of the staff speaks english and rather disappointing considering that it was booked in foreign website by foreigner If you can't afford to hire someone who can speak English then why bother listing your property to be booked by foreigners?
• Li (8/5): Good dinner and comfortable stay in Suite. - The Suite is spacious and comfortable with a view of the Ski lifts. Dinners were delicious and we were attended to by friendly attentive staff. Room was stuffy with heater on so we switched it off and opened the windows to ventilate.

They provided a Japanese and Western option buffet, but a very limited choice We opted for the half board option. Dinners were very good with multiple small courses. We were able to select from a variety of options. Sunday night was the exception. It offered the Kaiseki option only More choice

• Sol (9/5): I would like to come back! - Amazing location and views. The gondola is just in front of the hotel. The pasen inside the hotel is also good. The beds were not very confortable. I would have loved some good coffee in the morning with the breakfast. The staff could not speak y hay much English.

• Vasileios (5/5): THIS HOTEL IS OK BUT NOT RECOMMENDED - It was a few min walk from the ski resort and only a 10 min walk from the village. The suite was very comfortable. The concrete building itself feels so cold you d think it should be more ideal in a warmer place like Thailand. I love modern buildings but the hotel should have a cosy feel in its facilities. It’s poorly decorated and outdated. You walk fast past the lobby to your room because you think it’s colder than outside. Lack of fabric, wood, carpets etc. I wouldn’t stay here again especially for the price we ve paid.

• Sheila (5/5): Very dated hotel though the staff is helpful. - I would say the location is near the ropeway and they provide free shuttle to the bus terminal is a plus. Not value for money with the room rate that they charged and it did not include dinner. I have to pay separately for dinner set. The hotel is very dated and some of the stuff are rusty and old furnishing. The carpet seem unclean and what offer in the room is really basic.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff are phenomenal. Unfortunately the room was not worth the money. Extremely stained carpet, wallpaper coming loose, toilet not working properly, old dated and not very inviting. The same goes for the onsen area. There is no laundry service either and it does smell smokey. The location is great, only 7min walk from bus terminal, right opposite of ski lifts and again the staff are phenomenal.

• Verified traveler (6/5): スキー場隣接ホテルならある程度の諦めも必要。 - 夕食をとるところが近くに少なく、強いて言えば満足な質の料理を食べれるところがない(我慢すればいいかもしれないが)。 ホテルの夕食は事前予約制で、当日は事前であっても予約を受け付けてくれないので要注意。朝食はビジネスホテルよりも種類があるが、質のほどは中の下レベル。スキー場隣接ホテルならこれくらいなのかと。 遅いチェックインだったが、温泉に入れたのは良かった。

• Mikey (10/5): Nice hotel across from Zao Ropeway - Awesome friendly staff, I enjoyed the hot springs and hiking at the top of the ropeway. Taxi dropped me at the wrong hotel and someone came right away to pick me up. They went out of their way to have a staff member that spoke English there when I checked in.
