- chisono (8/5): - 部屋もホテルも古いですが、家族五人で泊まれる部屋があり、食事も温泉もよかったです。 2泊したので飲み放題と、2日目にお刺身盛り合わせのサービスがあり嬉しかったです。 気になる点は、暖房しか入らず部屋が暑く寝苦しかったです。 また、寝ていても起こされるくらいトイレの流水音が大きいので困りました。

- Steven (1/5): Read before staying here!!! - The staff was kind and helpful. I had a bad experience here. The service was good but the rooms were very old, stained everywhere, and badly needed renovations. I came in late July but the air conditioning barely worked even though I had it on 18 and max power. The bathroom drained could only take minimal water before flooding, and the free breakfast ended at 8:30 AM. The pillow had straws in them and hurt my neck a lot. I had to pay for a room upgrade to get a room that I wasn’t really satisfied with. The staff was nice but some in management or the ownership group really need to pay for serious upgrades. I stayed in hundreds of rooms in Japan and this was only the second time I felt like this.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 温泉と満足度の高い朝ごはん - 約10数年振りに啄木亭を利用しました。印象は以前と変わらず、満足度の高い朝ごはんで1日が始まり、観光で疲れた体を露天風呂で癒やす。今回は2泊でしたが、次回もまた利用したいと思います。
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 啄木亭の1番好きなところは、1階にある日本庭園です。豊川町あたりのホテルや湯の川の方のホテルと色々泊まりましたが、あんなに綺麗な庭園は啄木亭だけだと思います。 温泉の方は、日の出が見れる位置に窓ガラスがあるので朝方に入浴しに行くと楽しめると思います。
