• Felipe (1/5): Pessima - Já fiquei no hotel outras vezes. Porém dessa vez as acomodações estavam abandonadas. Tudo largado. Roupa de cama velha e suja. Quarto mofado. Mosquiteiro rasgado. Péssimas condições para um hotel tão caro e que já foi muito bom. Café da manhã estava faltando tudo. Funcionários despreparados. Entregavam copos e talheres sujos. A situação estava deplorável. Chuveiro pingava água e não esquentava. O hotel estava todo quebrando.

Sou cliente recorrente, parece que a pousada está em processo de venda e não há uma pegada de continuidade do negócio...aquele zelo para que o hotel prospere! O pior de tudo....não tinha mais o Clube da Prancha que era um excelente suporte para quem pratica o kitesurf!!!

Não tem cafeteira, não tem cofre Detalhes mesmo, é que pelo preço da diária eu esperava esses detalhes Gostei de tudo! Roupas de cama, roupas de banho, colchão bom!!! só faltou os detalhes

Na saída tb conseguimos ficar dps do horário! Mesmo sendo bem rústico fiquei surpreso por não ter ar condicionado nos bangalôs, o calor chama muita muriçoca e mesmo com o protetor ainda nos incomodou durante a noite! Já fiquei em locais mais rústicos mas tinha ar. O bar era terceirizado e faltava muita coisas que estavam no cardápio, tanto bebidas como comidas.

• Szigmund (2/5): Einer der schlechtesten Urlaube unseres Lebens. - Die Lage war in Ordnung und im großen Ganzen oberflächlich ein schöner Ort. Das Frühstück war für Brasilien extrem schlecht. Es gab an einigen Tagen fast gar nichts. Wir hatten sogar einen Tag, wo es noch nicht mal Brot gab. Die Säfte waren geschmacklos und warm Milch und Joghurt genauso wenn es ihn mal gab ich komme aus der Gastronomie und möchte es nicht überbewerten und ich komme sehr viel in der Welt rum aber dies war eine der schlechteste Erfahrung. die ich seit langem gemacht habe. Im ganzen Hotel sprach fast niemand Englisch. Das Zimmer wurde immer nur durchschnittlich sauber gemacht. In den fast zwei Wochen wurde die Bettwäsche nicht einmal gewechselt am Pool. Zum Beispiel wurde der Müll einmal drei Tage lang nicht geleert. Erst nachdem ich was gesagt habe. Beim Restaurant an der Toilette gab es in den ganzen zwei Wochen Kein Handtuchpapier. im großen Ganzen einfach eine große Enttäuschung.

• Lorenzo (1/5): O hotel não busca alternativas para resolver o problema - O hotel é bonito e grande. Os bangalô são muitos espaçosos. Passei duas diárias no hotel e, infelizmente, durante quase toda a minha estadia, fiquei sem água e sem energia elétrica. Sei que imprevistos podem acontecer e que nem sempre estão sob controle da administração, mas o que mais me incomodou foi a falta de acolhimento, comunicação e iniciativa da equipe diante da situação. Em nenhum momento houve uma tentativa concreta de amenizar o desconforto. Situações assim exigem empatia e soluções simples que poderiam ter feito diferença, como fornecer baldes ou galões de água para higiene básica, lanternas ou velas durante a falta de energia, oferecer água mineral gratuitamente ou conceder algum tipo de compensação simbólica. Infelizmente, a postura do hotel foi mais de transferir a culpa do que de tentar resolver ou ajudar os hóspedes. Outro ponto negativo foi o estado da piscina, que estava visivelmente suja e sem condições adequadas de uso. Diante da falta de água nos quartos, a piscina poderia ao menos ter sido uma opção de lazer, mas nem isso foi possível. O hotel tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar muito na gestão de imprevistos, manutenção das áreas comuns e principalmente no atendimento ao cliente. Uma postura mais empática e proativa faria toda a diferença em experiências como essa.

Não fomos informados que para ter a limpeza do quarto teríamos que pedir e deixar as chaves. O restaurante funciona só às vezes e não há local para petiscos no próprio hotel.

Sem serviço de quarto. Da pra ouvir tudo que os vizinhos estão conversando no quarto. Restaurante anexo a pousada teve dias que estava fechado.

Café da manhã muito bom, preparam cuscuz, tapioca, omelete, além das preparações com avocado. Ótimo atendimento dos dois restaurantes da pousada. Piscina com música boa com vista para o mar. Só elogios.

• Tiago (7/5): Spacious room - Good breakfast. Check in process is very weird. They ask you to input all kids information, ID, profession, address, etc... It make no sense!! Location is good but its hard to find the parking spot if you arent on 4x4 or it's night.

Depois de todas as mesas comerem, veio o nosso (completamente errado do que foi pedido). Não limparam o nosso quarto no dia seguinte (nem falaram que tinha que solicitar limpeza). Tirando o restaurante, que realmente é muito bom (inclusive o Vinicius e o Marcio que foram excelentes), o restante parece estar “abandonado”. Triste ver o Ventana dessa forma, ate porque não é a primeira vez que fico lá, e nunca vi como esta agora. OBS: Ficamos de quinta a domingo, no sábado uma camareira foi limpar o quarto (após nossa solicitação, porque se não iríamos ficar os 3 dias sem limpeza), ela foi muito gentil e limpou bem!

• Mceitlin (5/5): Stay away. Big disappointment! - The great that it is located by the beach is fine. The property is managed by a group who rents the assets and runs the business. This is probably why it seems completely run down. Maintenance is a forgotten word. Several days without hot water, rotten structures in the balconies, and several other indications that the place is being managed for cash. Not to mention the breakfast which was extremely weak at best!

• Oliver (10/5): Beautiful hotel on the best kiting beach - Great Hotel. Very comfy, beautiful rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Great kiting spot with kite school attached to the hotel. Highly recommended. Wish I'd booked for longer.

• Alexandre (2/5): Very poor - Ventana Hotel reception received us well. The team was trying to be always very diplomate. It was in fact just to save time I guess. There is a lot of disagreement with that hotel : - First and maybe the most important, the hotel does not want to emit my invoice beside the fact that I proved multiple times, including contacts with my bank, that the payment has been proceeded. Clearly accounting issues - Second, there are a big building in construction. This means that everyday, there is noise; You can not relax - Restaurant & Breakfast is not at what you expect in brasil. First time ever I don't see farofa or feijaos in a meal. And when I asked for some, they told me "this is french cuisine"... what a joke. - There is always cars in the beach. It is not safe for a family to go there. - No AirCon or not enough fan in the rooms we had, beside that we took the niciest one; Was very hot for the boys. - Persons where smoking in the room close by us, and the smoke was very incomoding - Not enough beds where ready for my family and they ended up sleeping 3 or 4 in the same bed the first night, beside the fact that we had announced it few days in advance. All in one, it is a very disappointing experience and I clearly NOT RECOMMAND THAT PLACE.
