• Tamara (8/5): I personally would not stay again but it is not too bad of a motel. - I enjoyed my stay here and liked that the deposit was not too high Check out time says 11:30 am but was kicked out at 10:30 am maybe too clean but it shifted my whole schedule off. Felt super rushed out I even forgot some stuff but staff kept it and was able to pick up afterwards.

• Jonathan (2/5): Poor Stay! - Inexpensive daily rental. Refundable Deposit of only $20.00 . Free shampoo and body wash in the shower. Good solid consistent water pressure. Free WiFi and cable/satellite TV channels. A/C unit in unit works great. Poor kept put dated facility and rude staff : Bad Area! One has to pay $20.00 deposit in Ca$h! They don't take CC/Debt for deposits. Room was directly next to open garage which had trash cans and recycling cans all over flowing. Pungent smell and sounds of people puting trash in all day and night. Unit door was missing door guard and door sweep. Causing debris and even rain water to enter the room.I had to place a towel at the goor of the door. Not to mention outer door near sewer grate which had insects lurking. I found 3 different bugs in the room. Bedding needs to be mended or updated being there was 3 cigarette pen size holes in base of comforter and dingy pillow cases. Plus found candy wrappers in bedding upon turning in for sleep. Room only had an over head light and no lamp causing glare on high mounted television viewing. Not to mention lighting switch sensor was damaged. Bathroom toilet cramped in nook with sink partially blocking access and one has to squeeze in and out of toilet area. Bathroom sink soap dispenser was out of soap. No hook for small hand towel just exposed hardware to right of sink while bigger towel bar was directly side above toilet. Shower had slow drainage and pooled several inches of water while showering and took 10+ minutes to completely drain upon turning off the shower faucets. Check Out time is 10:30am but for some reason front desk clerk seems to pound on every taken units door at 10am to make sure everyone is awake to receive verbal confirmation of departure or extention by 10:30am checkout time despite reservation. They also only allow 10 minute (2:50pm) Check-In Time of 3pm and 10mins to leeway of checkout time. * Upon politely bringing awareness to a few issues and or comcern one was meant with hostility and questionable dismissing remarks and behavior.

• Jian (6/5): - Our room didn’t have a normal size door, so you feel pressured to enter the room, the room just let you feel cheap and not welcome feeling. You can hear almost everything from neighbors, and we unfortunately had very bad neighbors for first few days, there were yelling and arguing all the night. Got headaches due to bad sleep. We won’t stay there again

• Nataren (5/5): it was doable per the sircumstances, but it would not be my first choice. - it was visibly clean. The owner was an older woman and she was great once i spoke to her. When i needed extra toiletries she did provide me with them. There are several good eating spots around the area in the day. The parking is terrible. Parking need more organization. Cars are way too close to eachother. The enviorment doesnt feel safe as it feels like they atract more local people to use the hotel rooms for one nighters. Some of the other male owners were there and looked like they were on sketchy stuff. The hotel can definitely use a good paint job and choose a color that doesnt look like drug dealers run the place. The people next to us were smoking weed and we could smell the whole thing. The surounding area is only safe in the day since its when most tourist are out. At night it becomes drug dealing and thug night.

• Perla (1/5): Bad place to stay. - They live there and are very rude in saying you don’t watch tv we’re eating. The person that fixed my tv touched my personal phone and when through my belongings. Mind you they kicked everyone out before 11am to change rooms. They need better manners one of the men said the N word loud and clear. Upon check out two men go and check the room out. Weird people. Never again. Don’t stay here. I checked out early.
