• Heidi (8/5): Siisti huone - Tilava ja siisti huone, huoneessa kiva kahvikone ja jääkaappi, myös kertakäyttötohvelit saatavilla huoneessa, majoittajaan sai yhteyden tarvittaessa, juna-asema melko lähellä kävellen. Koodilla toimiva ovi oli välillä hankala avata, vaati tietyn painallustekniikan. Peittona oli vain lakana, mutta paksumpi peitto laitettiin lokakuun puolella. Majoituksen sijainti hieman sivussa keskustasta

• Gaia (8/5): - Ci hanno fatto fare early check-in alle 12, senza supplementi. La camera è spaziosa. Ha sia il condizionatore che un silenziosissimo ventilatore. D’estate è necessario usare o uno o l’altro perchè la stanza si trova ad un piano rialzato e con la finestra aperta si sente tutto. Inoltre, l’host fornisce tappi per le orecchie, kit da bagno, cialde per caffè e filtri per il té. Vengono cambiati gli asciugamani su richiesta e vengono effettuate le pulizie quotidianamente. La doccia è un po’ rovinata e la pressione dell’acqua è debole. Per il resto fantastico

• Stefan (8/5): Fijne accommodatie - Locatie was goed en duidelijke uitleg van te voren voor het inchecken. Was goed geregeld en de kamer was heel schoon en verzorgd. De douchestraal was zacht en het water was niet echt warm

• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best stays during our trip to Italy! The host is AMAZING, so kind and so considerate of their guests. Not only the room was very cozy and clean, but it also had EVERYTHING one needs for a comfortable stay, even disposable toothbrushes and slippers among many other things. Conveniently located not far from a train station. We highly recommend! Everything was perfect!

The host is amazing and very very kind. 100% recommend. Perfectly clean. Easy access doesn't matter how late the arrival is Nothing

• Leonard (10/5): A good place to stay - It is a good place to stay in La Spezia, to visit Cinque terre and nearby. It is very close to central train station. Easy check in and easy to communicate with our host. Cleaning every day. It was safe but there were many suspicious people in the area.

• Taranu (8/5): Nice - The property is very close to central station. It is a little bit far from center or port but it is a nice walk. The room was big but a little bit noise. The room was not so clean and in 4 days only once came to us to give us clean towels.

• Tl (9/5): Superb - Very close to La Spezia Centrale (about 4 minute walk), in a quiet street. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Good communication with the host Giusy. The neighborhood can get sketchy at night, especially when you continue to walk on Via Roma towards Piazza Benedetto, avoid the piazza! If you want to head to where all the restaurants are, just take the parallel streets Via Napoli or Via Torino and you should be fine.
• Sara (9/5): Perfect base to explore Cinque Terre - Beautiful, clean room in a great location, very close to the station and a lot of restaurants. Pasticceria Silvana next door is perfect for breakfast! Stay here if you want to explore Cinque Terre, super convenient! The room was a bit cold, even with the heater provided on (end of March). I also didn't like the amount of single-use plastic available; for example, why not provide 2 mugs or glasses that can be washed instead of a plastic cup dispenser? Everything else was great, though!

• Annalena (8/5): Very good - Great stay, room is like in an hotel! We could not leave our luggage at the day of departure to enjoy our last holiday, but had to bring it to the next locker. It would have been great to know that earlier!
• Katjuša (7/5): Close to central station, good food nearby. - The property is very close to the central station, which is great for visiting Cinque Terre. I would recommend everyone to try cannolis at the nearby bakery - Silvana, and have some pizza at pizzeria Toto (right at the corner). We only got 2 thin sheets, no blanket, and the walls/doors are very hear-through. We could hear neighbours unlocking doors every time and in the morning people above use walking and moving chairs.
