- Cerri (9/5): - Questo hotel si è rivelato un’ottima scelta per un breve soggiorno di lavoro, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tutto lo staff, inclusi il personale alla reception e Sujon, si è dimostrato sempre presente e disponibile. Inoltre, avendo la necessità di partire molto presto per viaggi in aereo e idrovolante, mi è stata gentilmente garantita, su richiesta, una colazione leggera ben prima dell’orario abituale: un servizio davvero apprezzato. L’unica nota negativa è la mancanza dell’ascensore, che può risultare scomoda, ma è ampiamente compensata dalla splendida terrazza vista mare, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per lavorare.

- Adrian (5/5): Not value for money. - Hotel right on the beach so provides a nice walk and Cafe right underneath for a quick coffee. They did have a balcony area but we didn't use. The hotel is hidden on the street and reception was on the 3rd floor... with no lifts! Bed had broken springs, not a good night sleep.

- liu (5/5): Hotel itself is nice, but I will absolutely not be returning - Hotel good location, reception very nice… Disappointed by Staff’s Tip-Obsessed Attitude I’d like to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. I arrived at around 9:00 a.m. yesterday and was assisted by a cleaning and luggage attendant whose name I don’t know. After he showed us to our room, he lingered waiting for a tip right away. At that moment, I had planned to give him a tip when we checked out, so I politely thanked him. To my surprise, he looked visibly displeased and even asked, “Only ‘thank you’?” This rude behavior left us extremely disappointed. We had fully intended to tip him at the end of our stay, but his attitude completely changed our mind. That evening, when we returned to the hotel after dinner, I greeted him politely with “good evening,” yet he completely ignored me—he just sat there and shot us a disdainful glance without a single word in reply. To be honest, my manager highly recommended this hotel and spoke highly of its service and quality. I do think the hotel itself is nice, but I will absolutely not be returning. It’s extremely unprofessional that some staff members only care about getting tips and treat guests with disrespect when they don’t receive one immediately. This kind of service attitude has ruined the entire experience for me.

Po príchode nás informovali, že majú problém s izbou. Dostali sme izbu bez balkóna s výhľadom na betónové tvárnice. Ako náplasť nám poskytli cestu na letisko zdarma. Deň vopred nás mohli informovať, že izbu ktorú sme si rezervovali nedostaneme.

The beach-facing room was extremely nice. The dining area is also nice overlooking the beach. The hotel itself is nice and clean. And the location was fantastic. The biggest con is the lack of any elevator for the three-storied hotel (but the staff helps with the luggage). Further, the hotel provides very basic breakfast and has no restaurant for lunch or dinner. However, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area.

The breakfast was very good, even offering fruits and several juices to choose from. Unfortunately, the coffee was instant. You have to pay extra for natural coffee. We had to leave early, and breakfast was served before the official time. Of course, this isn't a 4-star hotel. There's no elevator, and the stairs are narrow. There was no hairdryer, even though it was listed. The price seemed high to me, but perhaps this is typical for the Maldives.

Room was not clean Dusty rooms Linens were not fresh We booked a deluxe king room with sea view, but we were kept in a city view room facing to a construction site. Also it was so noisy because of the next door construction site.

- Marie (4/5): - Skvělá poloha u pláže, výhled na oceán pouze z terasy hotelu. Personál je v celku ochotný. Fotky neodpovídají skutečnosti, hotel je celkově zanedbaný, teplá voda netekla, ručníky a osušky už mají svůj čas za sebou, nepohodlná postel, výhled do zdi vedlejší stavby.

Schimb valutar 20 pt 1 dolar deci sa mergeti la Exchange Plaza Am plecat inainte de mic dejun , ne-au promis ceva to GO dar nu ne-au dat doar apa. Apa calda cateodata nu este si cand este nu are presiune.

Warm sea water. Lots of friendly locals enjoying the beaches and nearby restaurants. Room a bit noisy due to balcony (which was requested). Road runs underneath and some noise travelled up. When entering the sea there’s a lot of coral rubble. Bring some beach shoes.

The activities center is just a few steps away, so everything is very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with great quality and variety. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Jhone, who is an amazing person and took great care of arranging our trips and managing our airport pickup smoothly. Also, Imran from the home service was wonderful—very kind, helpful, and professional.

- vitalii (10/5): Хороший отель с красивым видом на океан. - Очень красивый вид с балкона на пляж и пальмы.Простой номер,не новый,но вполне даже очень.В номере есть все необходимое-чайник,чай,кофе,холодильник,туалетные принадоежности.телевизор,очень большой вместительный шкаф для одежды и вещей.Мы брали номер на сутки перед вылетом,чтоб переночевать.специально выбирали с балконом,чтоб был красивый вид.Завтрак были вкусный-яичница,сосиски,сок апельсиновый,тост с маслом и джемом,кофе растворимый,чай .Свежесваренный уофе есть,но за отдельную плату -3 доллара.Лифта нет,но сотрудники помогают поднять и спустить багаж.Есть терасса с красивым видом на пляж,там можно позавтракать или просто посидеть.В отеле так же можно приобрести экскурсии.Персонал дружелюбный,услужливый.Все очень понравилось. Цена конечно высоковата,но это Мальдивы и номер с балконом и красивый вид всегда стоят дорого.У меня в этот день был день рожденья,но персонал никак не отреагироваал,не поздравил,не знаю,может не увидел в паспорте или надо было сказать.

Sobe nam niso mogli zagotoviti, ker so bili polno zasedeni, so nam pa omogočili koriščenje hotelske kopalnice, nudili brisače. Res prijazno. Soba je bila brez razgleda, malo okno je gledalo na sosednji objekt oddaljen 1 meter ali manj.

- Sara Palmer (8/5): Convenient for airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. - Souchong (our host) was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy with a big shower. He made a great breakfast in the morning and was responsible for the lovely flowers and plants on the balcony overlooking the beach. There isn’t a lift to reception on 3rd floor but Souchong helped with bags.

Уборщик неприятный, не очень вежливо общается. Завтрак нормальный, но сосиски и арбуз невкусные. В душе очень слабый напор воды. Чайник плохо включался.

There is no lift, even though they help you carrying your bags to the room. The bed is uncomfortable. You have to go to the 3rd floor if you want to talk to someone as reception is up there.

- Sarah (3/5): Ne reservez pas cet hebergement !!! - Uniquement le gentil monsieur qui nous a aidés à monter nos valises sur 3 étages sans ascenseur pour accéder à l’accueil. 1) Au moment de régler notre nuit, une taxe de 17% non mentionnée sur Booking nous a été rajoutée. Le montant total de Booking indiquait le prix de la nuit + la Green tax (ça c’est ok), mais absolument pas cette GST tax de 17% (que nous n’avons d’ailleurs eu à payer nul part ailleurs dans les autres hébergements que nous avons fait aux Maldives). Le monsieur n’a rien voulu savoir et quand il a vu que je n’étais pas d’accord, il m’a alors envoyé un message sur Booking précisant cette taxe…!? 2) Nous avons réservé cet hébergement, entre autre, pour sa terrasse rooftop vue mer, et lors du petit déjeuner, on ne nous a pas autorisés à le prendre dehors sur ce rooftop. Obligés de le prendre à l’intérieur dans une pièce avec clim à fond, alors qu’il n’y avait qu’à ouvrir la baie vitrée pour être sur la terrasse… Incompréhensible !!! 3) Le lit n’était pas confortable et la fenêtre de la chambre (condamnée) donnant sur le mur d’un immeuble en construction donc les travaux ont commencé à 7h le matin.

- Tirado Atxurra (3/5): Por el precio no merece la pena pasar una noche ahí - Que estaba cerca del aeropuerto Que la habitación era un zulo con una ventana a una obra y el personal no puso ningun interés en nada de lo que les dijimos. Llevábamos nuestras tablas de surf y en vez de subirlas a la habitación las dejaron en el pasillo de otra planta y cuando les pregunté por ellas fueron todo malas caras. Al final nos tuvimos que subir las tablas nosotros. Después les pedimos que por favor nos confirmasen el taxi que habíamos pedido para la mañana siguiente y la contestación fue: o lo pagáis por adelantado o no te confirmo nada
- Anneke Joost (8/5): - Prima hotel voor een nachtje na of voor vlucht. Ik heb geen vergelijking op Male maar prijs kwaliteit anders dan in bv. Sri Lanka. Ontbijt ok. Taxi service airport voor $15 one-way. Zwemmen in zee kan en is leuk omdat er lokale zwemschool in zee zit. Goed Indiaas restaurant op loopafstand. Kamers vrij klein en weinig tot geen daglicht in de kamers die wij hadden. Waterdruk in douche is niet top.
- Erik Jan (7/5): Goed verblijf als je moet wachten op je vlucht vanaf de luchthaven Male - Vriendelijk personeel Bikini Beach kennen ze niet in deze omgeving.
