• Kevin (10/5): - First off the owner is straight up amazing. It's very obvious that she cares a lot about her guests. She does everything to try to accommodate them. She's extremely nice, and even though her English is not the best, she's really really friendly. Every single day that I've stayed the hotel she cleaned up my room changed out my sheets and gave me new towels, while making sure to not touch my personal property. Some may consider this to be a little much, but I thought it was extremely considerate of her. While there are no laundry facilities on site, I simply asked the manager if there was a way for me to wash my clothes and she simply just told me to give my clothes to her and she'll wash/dry them - which she did! At the end of my stay, after I checked out she let me keep my checked bags at the hotel. After coming back to grab them, she came running down the stairs to make sure that I knew where I was going next! When she found out that I needed to get to the bus terminal in a short amount of time, she helped me outside and hauled a taxi for me. Her customer service is above and beyond As for the room itself, I really can't complain. I came from friend guesthouse which I ended up not staying at all due to the conditions of the hostel. This place was night and days better for sure. I have my own bathroom, my own room, with dryer, refrigerator, towels, and A/C. Basic toiletries are also provided like shampoo and soap. There's a microwave on the 2nd floor which can be used for late night ramyun munchies, and there's also water as well! Also she refills the fridge every night with fresh water and some juice drinks! It's definitely not a 5-star hotel but the value of what you're paying for vs what you're getting is damn good. The location isn't bad. It's really close to the farmers market, quite literally a 3 minute walk away which should give you a really good authentic local experience. The facilities weren't the most modern, or the newest. The bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain but that's such a nothing burger. Facilities are not the newest but they're definitely clean which is ultimately what I care about!

• Paola (10/5): - Mi è piaciuto tutto, la signora che ora non ricordo il nome è molto simpatica, camera pulitissima, bagno con vasca , tutti i giorni cambiavano gli asciugamani, acqua sempre disponibile in frigo e poi il tutto veramente molto pulito, abbastanza vicino alle attrazioni principali e poi la simpatia della signora merita il soggiorno. Two new bottles of water and a can of drink in the fridge everyday. Shower doesn’t have good water pressure. No water if you raise the shower above your head.

Que estaba alejado de cualquier zona turistica y en una zona sin muchos recursos, por ejemplo lugares donde desayunar o comer.

• Josh (8/5): Excellent location, friendly staff, old building. - The facility was well kept despite its obvious age, the hostess was very friendly and spoke good English, and it was close to all the major burial sites in the area, no more than 40 minutes walk to any of them. It was old, with deformed wall paper and turn of the century design in some areas. The bath tub was also comically small.

The hot water had good pressure and everything I needed was there. The host was very informative and kind too. Even the bathroom soaps and face wash was the best quality. I was very surprised.
• Sebastian (9/5): Totally recommended - The location is great and the staff, Mrs Park, is friendly and attentive, a trully gem. Unlimited free drinking water and massive tv in the room. Nothing. All good. I would just remove the heating blankets from the mattress as they are really not necessary and a bit uncomfortable.

La finestra della nostra stanza dava su un muro quindi non c'era praticamente luce naturale ma visto che per la maggior parte della giornata eravamo in giro non è stato un gran problema.

Far from bus terminal, but walkable with limited luggage. 2 mosquitos got in room as sometimes happens, but spray available.

• Diana (10/5): Восхитительная гостиница и сотрудники - Понравилось все, номер был по отличной цене, в номере было все и даже больше, чем мы ожидали. Номер был тихий, комфортный, нас отлично встретили ночью, была бесплатная вода питьевая. Мы остались в восторге и если бы было время провести больше дней в этой чудесном городе, точно бы остались в этом отеле.

Wasser gibt es umsonst. Anbindung ist super. Für den Preis unschlagbar. Außerdem ist die Besitzerin ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Nichts

• HADAS (9/5): עלות תועלת מעולה - בעלת הבית עשתה כל שביכולתה לעזור, בנחמדות אין קץ. הציעה לעשות כביסה (מה שבסוף לא הסתדר בלו"ז). מגבות הוחלפו יום יום. מים ונ"ט הוצבו במסדרון לרשות המתארחים, חופשי. פשוט מקום מסביר פנים ונעים להפליא. אין מעלית, לבאים עם מזוודות עלול להיות קצת מתיש.

Kamer en douche waren schoon, maar bed te oud, geen fatsoenlijk raam. Gastvrouw deed enorm haar best, maar een derde van de prijs had ik voor deze accomodatie redelijk gevonden.

• Hatice (10/5): Good value for money - - Good location, not too far from the main sights. There is the old city wall right around the corner. Bus stop and convenience stores close to the property. Very close to Seongdong market, one of the traditional markets they have in Korea. This one is the best one in Gyeongju imo. - Owner is very friendly and helpful. She did laundry for me and brought it back to the room. - Good working fridge, kettle, air conditioning and TV in the room. - Everything is clean and environment is quiet.
• Sandra (10/5): - Hôtel très sympathique, la chambre est équipée de tout le nécessaire et même d'un grand écran plat sur lequel la dame nous a mis Netflix. La dame de hôtel était vraiment adorable et au petit soin. Si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit elle est présente. L'hôtel est situé proche d'un petit marché mais aussi proche du doggung palace et du woljeonggyo bridge ainsi que des lignes de bus. Il y a également à proximité un barbecue coréen et un rooftop coffee très sympathique !

• Geoff (9/5): Our Gyeongju Go To - We are driving around Korea and the Mirim Motel had very easy access to parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady who showed us to our room returned a few minutes later with a couple of bigger towels, the first we had seen in Korea. The Mirim Motel is also just a short walk from the local amenities. A great stay at a very reasonable price. Nothing.

• Giorgiodavero (8/5): Excelente personal - Lo mejor es la señora que administra el hostal, siempre muy disponible y atenta, de buen humor. Las habitaciones están limpias y el motel tiene buen mantenimiento. Está un poco alejado del centro, a 20 minutos caminando, o con autobús. Solo usan la sábana inferior, así que el cuerpo queda en contacto con el edredón, que se ve limpio y sin manchas, pero quizás si lo hayan lavado después del anterior uso; y se trata de un hotel de paso..!

• Livia (7/5): Good - I was happy to find this place very last-minute during a holiday weekend with lots of visitors from all over Korea. The owner is super kind and caring. A bit further away from the main attractions, restaurants, etc, although still within walking distance. Not the most cozy room but decent enough.

The owner was really helpful and understanding, and accommodated me with all my requests. She was super nice and a very great owner, I really recommend to stay at this hotel! I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I'll be in Gyeongju.

Mrs. Park the owner/manager was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful which really added to the appeal of the motel. I also loved how there was daily housekeeping as well as having fresh towels brought everyday. Water, coffee, and juice was also provided daily. The next time I’m back in Gyeongju, I will be staying at Mirim Motel again! Nothing to complain about

• Daniel (8/5): Good service and happy stay in a retro budget motel - The owner was very friendly, helpful and looked after me well. There was a bathtub! The room had all the typical facilities: Fridge, TV, hairdryer, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop nearby to get to most attractions. Some of the decor has seen better days; although some visitors may dislike this, I found it to be charming. Location is close to the day market but not the night market where most of the evening restaurants are but that said Gyeongju is a very spread out town!

Be carefull the train station is NOT close by. That one has closed, even though google maps uses ut fir trips.
