- Natalia (8/5): - В целом отель соответствует заявленным трем звездам и своей цене. Очень сильно расстроили шторы в номере, которые пропускали свет и спать днем (а я приехала рано утром и всю ночь провела в пути) было практически не возможно. Так же на завтраки очень рекомендую добавить соки.

- 142PeterS142 (8/5): Fun time, fabulous service - Had a great time here. ♡d the proximity to the mighty Kama River, the helpfulness of service & kind friendship. A real hospitable place that I would happily return. Room was great, a little old but fine, the safe was temperamental, but not as bad as our IT police at home. Food was fab & service friendly & most helpful. Missed the swimming pool & tried living without air C, which was stupid as i recieved mosquito bites. I soon reverted. Really enjoyed my stay & benefited from a very kind & much appreciated reception. Thank you🤗.
- Kseniia (4/5): Хуже быть не могло - За весь мой опыт пребывания в отелях - это худший вариант. Затхлый запах во всем отеле, ужасное постельное белье, полотенца перестиранные уже в миллиардный раз, напор воды такой, что сразу понятно либо экономия, либо проблема с трубопроводом. Три звезды очень и очень громко. До лучшего отеля и оценки 7,4 из 10 ещё надо работать и работать.
- mirole (6/5): Good location and free breakfast - We stayed at the hotel July 7 to 10th, came to visit my mother's grave and meet with the relatives. Our checkin was handled unprofessionally as we were made to feel unwelcome in our own motherland. At all other times the staff were fine. I had chosen this hotel because of it's location and it delivered on that: slightly off the centre, close to everything and much quieter at the same time. There are plenty of restaurants around to have a nice meal. Quite unexpectedly for the largest country in the world, we found ourselves in one of the tiniest hotel rooms we've ever been. But it was clean and the cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfasts were more than adequate (at least for our Russian tastes) with plenty of choices. The mood was slightly dampened by the horrible music played on TV in the restaurant.
- marina (2/5): Фу! - Отвратительно! Приехали в 23:00. Глубоко беременная женщина, бабушка и маленький ребенок. Паспорт был с собой только у меня. Документы на бабушку и ребенка не стали брать с собой. Из-за этого нас не заселили и отправили искать другое место. Перед бронированием всегда читаю правила отеля. К сожалению не указана информация о необходимости наличия документов на сопровождающих. Поэтому и не стали брать с собой.
- Tatiana (6/5): - Останавливались на две ночи. Основное бесспортное достоинство отеля - локация. Близость и набережной, и других достопримечательностей, которые планировали посмотреть. Основной минус по нашему опыту - чудовищная слышимость (как через стенку соседних номеров, так и происходящего в коридоре). Возможно, наш случай - исключение и нам просто не повезло, но в один из дней наш номер не был убран. Вернулись поздно вечером, и пришлось снова пойти на прогулку, пока уже по нашей просьбе делали уборку. К сожалению, такие ситуации портят все впечатление от пребывания в отеле.
- L. (8/5): Отличное расположение и завтрак - Останавливались в отеле на 6 дней, поэтому смогли оценить все условия проживания. Сразу скажу, что у нас были номера категории эконом, уверена что в других категориях на много комфортнее. Но это было лучшее сочетание цены и качества из всех отелей Перми, где мы до этого останавливались. Чисто, хорошая подача воды, вся сантехника работает, есть кондиционеры, довольно просторно и уютно в номерах, фотографии на сайте соответствуют действительности. Матрасы удобные. Персонал отзывчивый. Отличный завтрак по системе шведский стол, ассортимент поддерживается до последнего посетителя и вообще ресторан работает круглосуточно, ассортимент и цены на любой вкус, это очень удобно. Немного неудобно, то что лифт идёт до 5 этажа, а на 6-ой надо идти пешком, но это плата за эконом. Так же проблемы с фенами, надо звонить, чтобы принесли и потом опять звонить, что можно забрать. Приносили правда сразу за 3-5 минут. Вода в кулере всегда была свежая холодная и горячая, стаканы тоже были. Расположение отличное, есть где провести время рядом с отелем.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Отель Амакс - Не дорогой отель с завтраком и ужином. Номера чистые. По площади номера небольшие, но есть все, что необходимо. Расположен отель в центре города. Обслуживание нормальное. При выезде раньше начала завтрака выдаётся ланч бокс. При отеле свой развлекательный комплекс, куда входит боулинг, бильярд, сауна.

- H (8/5): 景色が見渡せるホテル - 一人旅でしたがホテルの近くに教会や川があり、散歩には景色もよくとても楽しめました。ホテルの朝食はバイキングで種類も豊富、味もとても良かったです。
- Robi (8/5): Hotel in Nähe der Innenstadt - Da das Hotel in der Nähe der Innenstadt lag hatten wir keine langen Wege. Auch zu Bus und Bahnen, die vom Zentrum aus fuhren. Der Busbahnhof zu den Überlandbussen war leider etwa 40 Min entfernt, aber wir haben ihn nicht so oft nutzen müssen. Da wir privat gestartet waren hatten wir viele persönliche Erlebnisse und können über die Freundlichkeit der russischen Menschen nur Positives berichten. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war für uns in Ordnung. Bahn- und Flugverkehr haben bestens geklappt. Kleine Verspätungen konnten hingenommen werden.
- Oleg (8/5): В центре и недорого - Расположен очень удобно и для пеших прогулок по городу и для подьезда на автомобиле. Рядом главная достопримечательность Перми - набережная Камы. Ресторан и завтраки на 3. Но и цена невысокая. Для невзыскательного путешественника, желающего сэкономить вполне подойдет.
- Andrey (4/5): Probably the worst hotel for its money - The room was so cold, so even when they gave me a heater it didn't help. Room keys didn't work. I had to ask concierge to come up and open my room with her key all the time. Breakfast was awful. If you are vegan the only option you have is a sliced cucumber.
- Dmitry (8/5): Дешевая готиница, комфорт на низком уровне. - Не первый раз в этой гостинице. Нужно было остановиться в этом районе. Взял номер подороже. Мебель не новая, как в дешевых номерах.
- Verified traveler (2/5): A éviter absolument ! - Chambre : Décrépite, le matelas grinçait tellement fort que seul le réfrigérateur qui fait autant de bruit qu'une tondeuse à gazon peut étouffer le bruit. Equipements insuffisants ou manquants (ex. sèche-cheveux). Le staff ne parle que Russe alors que la publicité de l'hôtel, présente y compris dans le bâtiment prétend qu'il s'agit d'un business center. De ce fait il vous faut un ami russe pour faire la traduction et comprendre pourquoi le lit n'est pas fait une fois par jour : la réponse est que dans cet hôtel on ne le fait que tous les 3 jours ! Ayant voulu raccourcir mon séjour pour fuir cet endroit, je l'ai bien fait signaler - en russe...- dès le matin de mon arrivée. J'ai donc demandé le remboursement pour les nuits des 11 et 12 janvier, et ai demandé le remboursement conformément aux conditions indiquées lors de la réservation. Ils ont d'abord refusé d'effectuer le remboursement, puis prétendu qu'il avait été fait. J'attends encore... Tout comme le remboursement des 1000 roubles qu'ils ont réclamé par erreur en supplément lors de l'arrivée à l'hôtel : sans doute pour compenser le fait que j'aie exigé que le lit soit fait tous les jours. Petit déjeuner : uniquement du café froid, du porridge et du concombre le 1er jour. Second jour : sans doute du fait de l'arrivée d'une star de radio locale, buffet bien. Bref: n'y allez pas !

- MrsEVaNikol (8/5): A decent place for two nights - Travelling on business I was quite satisfied with the level of sevice here. A single room is nor too small for one person. The bed is comfortable but the height of pillow is not enough for relaxed sleeping. My room, facing the cathedral, was basic but clean and light. The restaurant consists of several areas designed to resemble a medieval refectory, a noble class dining-room and oriental parlours, all looking very stylish. The breakfast buffet is splendid with a wide choice of snacks and cakes.Supper can be surved as a set-meal or a la carte, tasty and filling in any case. Even with a glass of wine the bill is very reasonable. There is a bowling area and a sauna in the hotel. The hotel has a very good location - quite near the art gallery and the excibition hall and at a walking dictance from the main trading centre (to buy souvenirs), a supermarket, etc.
- Russtron (6/5): Quick, Clean and Comfortable - I was looking for a place for a few hours after arriving from Moscow at short notice and found Amaks premier. It delivered comfort and cleanliness at a very affordable price. Close to Perm city center, it's well located. The staff are friendly and speak just enough English to get by. The facilities are good and the breakfast buffet included in the room is good value.
- axispanorama (6/5): The feel of a Soviet era top hotel - Perm doesn't have many international hotels so Amaks is one of the more convenient choices. Despite modern furniture and reasonably friendly staff the place still feels like an old Soviet luxury hotel, with a bowling alley, a karaoke bar and a breakfast buffet without many of the usual western options. Rooms are rather small and soundproofing isn't great.
- yz1991 (6/5): fair place - the room cost about $27. I got a top floor single. Downside is there isn't elevator to the top floor, only to the fifth floor. So it kind of sucks. The room is very basic but you could hang out in the entertainment section I suppose
- RomanPanda (6/5): Disgusting soundproofing - This hotel is a typical relic of the Soviet era, despite attempts to change the interior and organization. A tiny room, disgusting soundproofing and a frustrating breakfast. Staff is friendly, but slow.
- lovingit_11 (10/5): Perfect for one night in Perm - Short taxi ride from the train station, decent room, friendly staff, good restaurant and filling breakfast, fresh with a lot of choice. There was even someone making those delicious pancakes, so popular in Russian breakfasts right there. Warm and cozy room also. On arriving late and exhausted from the train, on a cold snowy night it was wonderful to find a decent place to eat attached. Did not have time to explore the town, yet when needing a bank found plenty of essentials in walking distance of hotel. I do recall the hallways were dark, but for one night I could not fault the hotel. Good choice for a stay in Perm.
- Evan M (8/5): - I stayed at Amaks for ten days and the room, although small, was very comfortable and clean. The nightly price was comparable to that charged by a cheap motel room in the US, but the hotel itself would be considered a 3 or 4 star, so it was a great value. Wifi was good, fast and reliable. The breakfast was also very good with a variety of hot and cold foods. The staff didn't speak much English but they were friendly and competent for the most part. Highly recommended.
- myamy2015 (10/5): Enjoyable and restful - I enjoyed a very restful stay at the Amaks Hotel in Perm'. The breakfasts were filling and the staff was polite and forthcoming. I also had a lovely view of the Church of Peter and Paul from my hotel window. Also, for those traveling with children, the zoo is right across the street from the hotel.
- Bach_Minnesota (8/5): Typical Russian Hotel - A little higher end hotel. On site bar and restaurant. Banya includes sauna, steam, pool, billiards, TV, food and liquor service. Banya around $36 an hour for up to eight people. Hotel takes pets. Breakfast buffet plentiful, as is the weekend breakfast fixed menu. Small elevators. Has gift shop. Mini bar in rooms relatively cheap (75 cents for coke) for a hotel. Zoo across the street. Plenty of stores, shops within walking distance. Same day laundry service.
- JaneK640 (8/5): Good for a business trip - If you are going to Perm for a 3 days business trip - Amaks is a pretty good choice. I was there in july 2014. Room for single person is pretty small, but you will only sleep here, i guess, so it is not the critical point. Ah, and small but cozy. I remember a parking also in the yard. Food - i have had only breakfast, aand it was good - good choice of cereals, youghurts, pies, salads. I ate too much :) Location - cant say anything about location at all, i was always moving around the city in taxis. But! It will be cheaper to call a taxi using some city service, not on the reception. Also, be aware, that if you need a bill/cheque not all taxi services can provide you with that, so it would be better to ask before. But taxi was around 200-300 rub. And, if you need to leave your baggage after check out, it is for free for the time you need. Also, if you are a person who always forgot smth in your hotel room....like me , then there are good news for you - it is not a problem for Amaks to find your forgotten things :) of coarse, you have to know at least your room number. So, it was an enjoyable stay, i know for sure that another time for my business trip i will choose Amaks again!
- Z1461LUmartinm (4/5): Bad choice - In my opinion this hotel doesn't deserve its category. The price is too high. Rooms are really small, the service is not friendly. They just use the fact that there is not much of a choice of hotels in Perm.
- credington (8/5): Fairly nice hotel - Our room was nice but hot water sometimes did not come on. Had to call maintenance twice. Supply of toilet roll etc very mean and we almost got caught short. Free internet supposedly but didn't use it. There is a zoo opposite the hotel. In a reasonable location. Staff friendly on the whole, but it was my first trip to Russia. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant which does lovely food. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. One of the lifts played up and we needed to use the stairs on several occasions.
- barbatruque (8/5): My HQ in Perm - I traveled a lot to this city from 2008 to 2010, and after trying many others, this one was my head quarters in Perm. So russian place, without being too much, all the things you need and various rooms. The staff is very friendly also and you are never bored since it's also an entertainment place and because of the location of the hotel.
- 231evgenym (6/5): its no 4*, but 3* - there is stupid thing to pay 70 rur for luggage room( all the service is the same. 3star hotel, close to the city center, entertainment facilities - bowling, billiard... breakfast not bad, rooms are small and it may be too cold at night so ask for heater or additional blanket
- Ksan_Ksanich (8/5): The best or nothing - Very nice hotel with a lot of comfortable things. Location is very good. There are a lot restaurants of different level so you could choose for your money. There is hotel parking for 150 rubles\day. Breakfast is good. There is variety of food. I think people from different countrie will find what they want. Wi-fi is good quality. It is possible to use even skype. TV has USB flash so you could watch movies from your flash card or hard drive
- tanetta (6/5): So-so - Pros. My room was quite OK. The furniture, especially the bed, was comfortable. Wi-Fi was OK. There are also some ironing facilities - that was useful for me. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. In the evening I had some pasta there. It was quite tasty. Cons. When I opened the window the ceiling started to crackle. It was discomforting and frightening. The walls between the rooms are extremely thin.The neighbour in the next room was snoring the whole night and it sounded as if he had been in MY room. The heating didn't work well, so it was really cold in the room. I didn't like the breakfast. It wasn't tasty at all and the assortment was poor and didn't look fresh enough. I was glad I had stayed only for one night.
- waler12 (8/5): good option in city - The hotel location in the center of the city with its sights and beauty of Kama river. The complex is just one kilometer far from the railway station and the river port and in 20 minute drive from the airport Bolshoye Savino. My room is outfitted with everything to make stay comfortable.
