• Sina (9/5): Sehr schöne Anlage, die ich empfehlen kann. - Die Anlage und die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr schön. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dass die Zimmer in verschiedene kleine Häuschen untergebracht waren, war für uns überraschend aber schön. Die Preise in der bar waren etwas übertrieben hoch. Die Qualität an Frühstück habe ich gleich vor Ort etwas kritisiert. Aber im Grunde hat es gepasst.

Curățenie impecabilă, personal super-prietenos, locația este una extraordinară, multă verdeață, totul amenajat cu bun gust și atenție la detalii. Clar nu voi căuta o altă locație atunci când voi vizita din nou Florența. Recomand din toată inima! Micul dejun nu extraordinar, dar destul de variat, însă consider că ăsta nu este un motiv să nu mă întorc negreșit aici.

Per noi il punteggio più alto va assegnato oltre alle bellissime camere, ai confort e alla cucina UNICA, allo staff. Sempre disponibile con un sorriso e con tanta professionalità. Torneremo sicuramente in questo posto da sogno che ci ha fatto sentire a casa anche se coccolati come in hotel a 5stelle❤️ bravissimi tutti vi meritate un 10

• Stefano (10/5): Gorgeous property, kind staff. - The property is beautiful, clean and refreshed. A true paradise. Despite having nearly 30 degree weather, the staff did not seem prepared to host poolside guests. However this was quickly remedied! In our opinion, breakfast was not to par with other hotels at this price point. A cooked egg option (omelettes, fried or poached eggs) or a few made to order pancakes/waffle dishes would have made this better.
• Christou (8/5): Beautiful remote stay in a quiet area that is only a 25 minute drive to Florence Centre - Beautiful remote hotel with a beautiful view (especially at sunset). Staff were extremely nice and helpful. The pathway from the parking until the room is very rocky. The hotel offers trolleys but it’s still a few minutes walk and the rooms are only accessible by stairs. It is missing a gym and there’s not much space there to walk/run. The breakfast was very simple. A few more options would make it better. The hotel is very remote so there are not a lot of restaurants close by therefore, we decided to eat at the restaurant but it was expensive (1 double espresso was 7€).

The nearby highway can be noisy at times, breaking the relaxing atmosphere. It's close to Firenze, but sometimes you must drive to the highway to reach the centre, so traffic and driving can be annoying.

O café da manhã é gostoso, com destaque para os pães que são feitos no hotel. Além disso, é muito silencioso e os funcionários são ótimos. Gostei de tudo, mas gostaria de destacar que a piscina não tem aquecimento, por isso só dá para ser usada no verão. Além disso, precisei fazer check out muito cedo e, como não sabia ser possível solicitar, não pude requerer o box de café da manhã.

Loris is the best! The picnic box’s food was poorly made and not tasty, bad value for money. The restaurant was also very expensive for food that was not so good. The breakfast was also not the best. Don’t go for a culinary experience.

Nestled among rolling hills and olive trees, the hotel offered the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. Everything about the place felt calm, intentional, and beautifully understated. The location is also very convenient, about 20 min drive to Florence. The rooms were perfectly clean, charming and authentically Tuscan, with rustic details and stunning views. Waking up to the soft light over the countryside and the sound of nature was a highlight in itself! If you’re looking for a tranquil, romantic getaway in Tuscany, Borgo Vicelli is an absolute gem. We left feeling completely recharged and already dreaming of returning. The music at the pool could have been a bit quieter during the day - personally I would rather listen to nature sounds and the music was somewhat distracting when trying to relax or read a book.

• Ivan (9/5): Great stay in the country side, still in easy reach to Florence. - Facility and Location. Breakfast was rich, a lot of options to chose from. Room was big enough for the couple. Stuff was extremely kind and helpful. Amazing SPA. It would be nice to have more amenities in the room, coffee machine (like Nespresso), Check-out and late check out could be extend, although we were informed that it was March operating time. Some hours extra to enjoy the property would be a big plus.

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the heartwarming service. The staff are not only professional but incredibly warm and welcoming. Since we had an early departure the next morning, they went above and beyond by specially preparing a breakfast for us in advance. Also, don't miss the hotel's restaurant! Every dish was a delight to the palate, featuring fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. It was a truly soul-soothing experience. Highly recommended!

• Barca2 (9/5): Ein Paradies mit wunderbarer Küche! - Das war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt auf unserer längeren Italienreise und es lohnt sich sehr, hier zu gastieren. Insbesondere die Küche überraschte uns ausserordentlich! Sehr lecker war das Essen. Ebenso fanden wir die Anlage und die verschiedenen Häuser mit den Zimmern extrem toll. Das Hotel befindet sich in erhöhter Lager und im Tal hat es eine Autobahn. Dieser Lärm störte uns ein wenig, wenn man am Pool gelegen ist. Einfach nicht "lauschen" und dann ist der Lärm weg :-)

• Emilie (5/5): - Le cadre est splendide La piscine est magnifique si on n a pas vu sur l'autoroute La gentillesse du personnel L'autoroute passe juste en dessous de l'hôtel et le bruit gâche complètement le cadre. Dommage ce n'est pas propice au repos. L'accès à Florence est compliqué. La piscine n'est pas utilisable à cause du bruit constant de l'autoroute, de même pour le restaurant, ce qui est vraiment dommage parce que le cadre est beau!
• Siew Lee (10/5): The perfect Tuscan getaway to relax - This is the perfect getaway just outside Florence for some R&R in a beautiful serene Borgo surrounded by olive groves (walk inside the groves to explore!), capped with excellent food from al588. The staff are knowledgable, excellent and warm in every aspect of hospitality from allowing us to sample the freshly pressed olive oil of the first day harvest to accommodating our dining preferences. Excellent all around. Taxi costs about eur75 one way. Noise sensitive folks might find the adjacent traffic hum too much but personally I didn’t notice it much at all.

• Maurizio (9/5): - posizione e location eccellenti, tra gli ulivi ed immersi nella meravigliosa collina toscana. Ristrutturazione fatta molto bene e con grande intelligenza. Non ho gradito la sola disponibilità di una 'cena gourmet' che non fosse affiancata a quella tradizionale toscana. In Toscana si viene per le sue bellezze ma anche per la sua meravigliosa cucina fatta di tradizione, semplicità e di gran gusto.

• Roe (10/5): I felt like royalty staying in such a beautiful place. I went all out and ate a fabulous meal at the restaurant, had a m - Was beautiful, country side, situated in an Olive grove. Gorgeous every where you look out in the distance to close up. Very detailed oriented. It is far from Florence but well worth it, and cost about 50 Euro per taxi trip in town and 50 Euro back. Not ADA for walking. Do not recommend taking bus to property due to confusing, limited schedule and quite a hike to bus stop.
• Antonella (10/5): Un incanto - Struttura a10 km da Firenze. Tutto molto bello, funzionale e con dettagli di arredo e forniture eccellenti. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione ricca e di qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente un ottimo luogo per riposare e ammirare la campagna circostante ricca di vegetazione e profumi. In realtà non c'è niente che non abbia gradito. È stato tutto perfetto!
• Daniele (9/5): - Mi sono fermato in questa struttura per un viaggio di lavoro, scegliendo di soggiornare un po’ fuori da Firenze per concedermi anche qualche ora di relax. È stata una scelta davvero felice: la location è splendida, immersa nel verde delle colline fiorentine, silenziosa e curata nei dettagli. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e accogliente, fin dal mio arrivo mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. La camera era pulitissima — cosa che apprezzo particolarmente — e ben arredata, con un bagno nuovo e impeccabile. La colazione, servita a bordo piscina, è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: ottima, rilassante e con una vista meravigliosa. Un soggiorno che consiglio davvero, sia per chi viaggia per lavoro sia per chi cerca un po’ di pace nella natura.

• Mary Jo (10/5): Charming Farmhouse Retreat Near Florence - We loved our stay at Borgo i Vicelli — a beautiful farmhouse surrounded by peaceful countryside. The food and service were truly lovely, matching the warm and welcoming atmosphere. A perfect place to relax and enjoy authentic Tuscan charm, yet still close to Florence.
• Caroline (9/5): Fab location, delicious food, perfect service! - The location is beautiful, great to be so close to Florence but still in the countryside surrounded by olive groves. Staff were super friendly and food was delicious. We’d stay again! The food in the restaurant was delicious but felt the wine was overpriced compared to other restaurants we visited.
• Una (9/5): I would go back to this little slice of heaven anyday. - The pool, sauna and the room all exceeded my expectations. The restaurant was having a pizza night but there wasn't a notice of that ahead of time. So the menu that night was limited.

• Lievine (8/5): - Très bel hôtel avec chambre très confortable. Restaurant servant des plats typiques toscans de très bonne qualité. La fontaine à eau en libre accès est un plus. La proximité de l’autoroute et le bruit engendré. La musique d’ambiance à la piscine permet de masquer le bruit mais le reste du domaine est assez impacté par les nuisances.

• Jurgita (10/5): Et magisk og uforglemmelig opphold – vi kommer gjerne tilbake! 🌿✨ - Utrolig vakkert sted med fantastisk utsikt over Toscana. Rommene er stilfulle og rene, bassengområdet er idyllisk og avslappende, og personalet er utrolig vennlige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var variert og av høy kvalitet. Perfekt for et romantisk og rolig opphold.
