• Polina (3/5): Horrible - Great location. Noisy but that's expected. I showed up and the hotel was closed at 6pm despite that is the exact hour I gave them for check in. I called and messaged and no one picked up. I was exhausted from 14h of travel and they basically closed the hotel. I wasnt sure what to do and left and they ended up opening half an hour later. No apology nothing. The man said "oh i was busy" (probably sleeping or something). Never seen something like this. Apart from that horrible first experience, the ac was not working so i could barely get any sleep in. The bed was not comfortable and the elevator smelled like the worst sweat. I would gag taking it upstairs. There is no rooftop terrace. Thats a room you got to book with a private terrace and the view of the Parthenon is nice but tiny.
• SUZANNE (10/5): Perfect location!! - Perfect for our needs, we had only a partial day in Athens, after flying from Santorini and then flying out to Atlanta the next morning, the location close to the Acropolis and walkable to so many shops and restaurant made it easy, I loved that it had an outdoor patio to watch the action down below. Would stay again for sure!!

• David (7/5): Très bel emplacement - La vue exceptionnelle, le Rooftop en accès individuel via un ascenseur privatif, la taille de la chambre Le fonctionnement du jacuzzi qui a été complexe à dompter & sa propreté L’absence d’un early breakfast, lorsque nous avons prévenu la veille de notre départ a 07h30, sous prétexte que le petit déjeuner débutait à 8h, pas vraiment à la hauteur du niveau de l’établissement et sans proposition de remboursement surtout !
• Maria Pia (8/5): Es un muy lindo hotel para quedarte en Atenas - La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para turistas, con todo cerca, ideal para ir caminando! La habitación en general y el baño mega amplios y cómodos. Todo el personal siempre fue muy amable! El agua caliente nos dio algunas peleas al inicio, pero nada grave. Lamentamos que tuvieran un overbooking y no poder hacer nuestra última noche en este hotel como estaba reservado. Una sugerencia es que las tv sean smart pudiendo conectarse a plataformas para contenidos en otros idiomas. Se pone difícil ver la tv en griego :)

Nice enough room, comfortable if a little basic. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff - 10 out of 10 for them, certainly. Breakfast is taken at a cafe round the corner. Nice enough food though only a limited menu of fixed combinations is available.

Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Durch die zentrale Lage etwas hellhörig. Die Zimmer könnten etwas liebevoller eingerichtet sein, es hängt weder ein Bild noch sonstige Dekoration im Zimmer.

Alle Viertel und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem: unmittelbarer Anschluss an ÖPNV. Prima: Kaffeekocher und Safe. Wem Ausblick und Lage das Geld wert ist: richtige Wahl! Ausstattung (zB Steckdosen am Bett, Gelass für Kleidung) -ein Bett, das nicht durchgelegen ist -funktionierende Dusche (Foto toll, aber vor Ort: alles aus Kunststoff, Überkopfbrause funktionierte nicht) -Bedienungsanleitung für FB-Markise oder Jacuzzi -durchgehend kompetente und freundliche MA and der Rezeption -Frühstück mit Auswahl (4 kleine Variationen in Lokal/Nebenstraße) .....der sollte lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen!

Abbiamo goduto di una camera silenziosa,con suggestiva vista sull'acropoli. Camera pulita, cambio giornaliero della biancheria da bagno. Buona la colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, in un locale convenzionato sotto l' albergo: ogni giorno potevamo scegliere tra 4 menù breakfast diversi. Rapporto qualità prezzo interessante. Nulla da segnalare.

Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas servi sur place, mais dans un restaurant à côté de l'hôtel. De plus, il est servi à la carte selon un menu choisi et non sous forme de buffet.
• Matthew (6/5): Good location, but the room left something to be desired - The location is great, right in a big touristy downtown area with lots of restaurants, about a 20 minute walk to the base of the acropolis, a 15 minute walk to the agora. Highly recommend walking to see the sights when possible as the streets can be very congested with pedestrians, making driving/taxis difficult. The room disappointed me. I'm fairly certain I booked a room with a view of the acropolis, but our room's windows just looked out onto a street, with buildings blocking the view of the rest of the city/the acropolis. The shower's hot water also ran out very quickly, in less than 7 minutes, then the water quickly became freezing. I wouldn't recommend this place to couples.

• Daria (5/5): Ein großes Zimmer mit einem schönen Ausblick und sehr guten, auch wenn keiner ruhigen, Lage, aber keine vier Sterne Wert - Die Lage, die Aussicht sind sehr gut. Das Personal war bemüht. Das Frühstück, welches im Café nebenan serviert wurde war lecker. Es müffelt nach feuchtem Keller im Vorzimmer und die Farbe platzt von der Wand wegen Feuchtigkeit ab. Die Isolierung von der Nachttischlampe war kaputt. Die Dusche ist komplett verkalkt, sodass kaum Wasser rauskommt. Zum Frühstück darf man nur 4 Menüs auswählen, etwas eintönig, wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt. Die größte Frechheit war aber, dass ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption geraucht hat und der ganze Rauch zu uns ins Zimmer gezogen ist, sodass wir aufgewacht sind. Den Whirlpool darf man nur im Sommer benutzen, da er nicht beheizbar ist.

• Hannah (9/5): Excellent view, excellent location. Friendly staff - The view from our top suite was spectacular and well worth it. All the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and really lovely. Iasonas (Jason) was really helpful and caring, always greeting us with a smile. Location of the hotel was excellent. The room was really clean everyday. Breakfast was just a few steps around the corner, it was a good start to the day with 4 different options from the set menu. Although the hot tub was broke, the hotel staff were really apologetic and tried to get it fixed for our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The shower wasn't very powerful and hard to regulate the temperature but it always had hot water. A few things around the room probably need sorting, such as the window had a leak from the heavy down pour of rain. But nothing major.

• Chris (7/5): Nice people, great location, just don't count on the hot tub - You can not beat the location. Restaurants all around. Shopping nearby. Wonderful view. Breakfast was around the corner but great each morning. Hot tub was not functional. Leaked to the point that it needed to be filled and then, while warming the water, it tripped the power breaker for the room overnight. So while I searched for Athens and hot tub primarily to make the most of spring break for my family, I got a great Athens view with no hot tubs — which means I literally limited my search for something I wasn't able to use.

Plaša istaba ar izcilu skatu uz Akropoli (Lux) un ar balkonu. Otrs numuriņš, bez balkona, bet skats brīnišķīgs! ! Tā kā ir aktīva naktsdzīve, ir arī troksnis no ielas, bet mūs tas neuztrauca. Labi, ka bija iespēja vēsākā laikā sasildīt istabu, izmantojot kondicionieri (bijām janvārī). Patika privātums, jo dzīvojām numuros, kuri atradās pretējā ielas pusē administrācijai. Arī tīrība OK. Varētu vēlēties dažādot brokastu piedāvājumu - viens un tas pats katru rītu. Ja uzturētos ilgāk, labāk brokastotu citur. Informācijai - Istabā nav skapja, tikai pakaramais stienis!

No real issues - perhaps if I was looking for a suggestion then small long life milk cartons and decaffeinated options might have been useful.

Brakuje mi jedynie lepszego wyglądu pokoju… zapłaciliśmy za pokój delux z - Świetna lokalizacji i wcale nie jest głośno w nocy ;) mieliśmy pokój od strony ulicy ;) Brakuje mi szwedzkiego stołu na śniadaniu. Zamówiliśmy wszystko co było dostępne dla nas i nie mogłam się najeść(ważę 49kg). Obecnie jest karta do wyboru. Dwa jajka smażone lub omlet. Dwa plasterki bekonu, trochę pieczarek i dwie kromki chleba to jedyne rzeczy na słono. Na słodko mały croissanty x2 można posmarować dżemem… lub granola z jogurtem i miodem.

• matthew (10/5): Fantastic stay - The location was excellent on main street through Atherns center. The room was penthouse with own outside hot tub, i would happily bet that this room has the best view in Athens. The pictures are as shown and described so cannot fault Brealkfast was at a neighbouring cafe and excel;lent. Not a complaint, would just suggest that some small milk sachets be put in the fridge as no milk for tea, coffee

• Yioulia (9/5): - Excellent location in the city centre, very close to Monastiraki metro station. Sound proof and exceptionally clean with daily cleaning service. Spacious room, comfortable matress and pillows. Overall everything was great, but if I have to mention something, sometimes hot shower water was not enough for two persons. Also, elevator was sometimes out of order.
• Šmardová (8/5): - Výborná lokalita hotelu přímo v centru poblíž náměstí Monastiraki. Příjemné prostředí restaurace, kde se podávala snídaně s výhledem na Acropoli. Milý a ochotný personál, denně úklid pokoje. Větší hlučnost pokoje, která je dána lokalitou hotelu přímo u frekventované ulice. Skromný výběr u snídaně.
• Josephina (10/5): - Perfect location, friendly staff, clean rooms. the only negative is that the shower had no curtain! :)
