• Gregory (1/5): Nastiest place I have ever been in. - Only thing good about this place is the location. This place is nasty. First room had roaches and toilet water running across the floor. Second room had water coming out from under the tiles. Had mold everywhere. The TV wouldn't work long enough to watch a show. The shower head blowed water every direction but straight. The door had a gap at the bottom high enough someone could put there fingers under it. Trash all over place outside. If every other hotel around us hadn't been sold out, we would not have stayed. And we did leave a day early. We had reservations there for a fall car show, but we canceled those. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. And booking.com yall should be ashamed to even promote this place. I wish I could upload more photos I took.
• kimberlykC1565CQ (6/5): Check before booking - I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent stay at one of your properties. I have stayed at several Travelodge hotels over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I have had. Honestly, I am shocked that the Travelodge name is associated with this location. The condition of the property was extremely poor. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared very run down, the landscaping was poorly maintained, there was clutter throughout the property, and there were very few lights around the hotel at night, which made the environment feel unsafe and neglected. The online photos do not accurately represent the actual condition of the property and should be updated. Inside the room, there was a strong smell of mold and cigarette smoke. I am allergic to smoke, and the odor was severe enough that I had to take allergy medicine during our stay. The beds were also very uncomfortable, and the shower head was mounted unusually low, making showering difficult. Additionally, the bath towels provided had stains and black marks on them. We did not feel comfortable using them and had to go purchase our own towels in order to shower. We only used the hotel towels on the floor. We also did not bring many of these concerns to the staff because it was nearly impossible to find anyone available when needed. I understand that you often get what you pay for when booking a budget hotel, but this experience was far beyond that and simply unacceptable. I truly believe someone from corporate management should personally inspect this location. I have never stayed at a Travelodge property in such poor condition, and I feel this location does not reflect the standards your company should represent.

There were holes in the walls, the chain locks did not lock-you could easily open the door if the chain was in the lock, the windows to our rooms were busted and tried to be pieced back together with TAPE, we couldn’t even open the door to the other room we had rented. And the staff knew about the chain locks not working. Not to mention the smell of marijuana was in every step you took at that facility. We ended up having to turn back in our keys and finding somewhere else to go. 0/10 recommend.

The smoke detector kept beeping and the front desk guy finally came up took it completely off the wall. People were hanging around the property that seemed to be homeless and some they were on drugs. It was very scary to go to the elevator to your room and back. All outside furniture was all broken. The staff seemed like they didn’t care what anyone done.

Assuming the room had not been cleaned after the last guest. No Internet. Very chaotic! When I would go down to the front desk, multiple guests were leaving due to issues with their rooms. Very troubling as Americana had been my hotel of choice for many, many years.

Parking was not the greatest, the back parking deck was lit ok, but having to walk to your room not so much.

The pictures looked nothing like the property. we swapped rooms twice. air and heat didn’t work in first one. second one bugs and roaches third one we stayed in bc that’s the only one left but we had NO HOT WATER. When I asked for a refund they said I had to contact booking.com when I contact them they are holding the refund because they are waiting for a response from the hotel. So now I sit in limbo because they could not provide hot water.

• James (1/5): Very rude we didn’t even get to stay and they still charged us - We did not even get to stay there was no hot water and none of the rooms or no lock on the door and we expressed our concern of being on the fourth floor with a two-year-old that we had to have an extra lock on the door so we asked them to find us a room with hot water and a lock on the door after she checked about two rooms. She said it was our problem she couldn’t worry about it no more she was going to clock out, but we went back down there to talk to whoever was clocking in and she never left, but she would just ignore us. We have been trying to get her money back and we still have not got able to contact the property. They will not answer the phone or return our email. This is the worst place I’ve ever seen.

There are old mattresses piled up on the side of the building. The walls are nasty, the bathroom door was busted, just everything about the room looked nasty! Oh…and let’s not forget the roaches that was crawling around everywhere at night!

The shower was in need of repair. I did the online check in and the staff ignored it and still had me do the regular check in procedure when I arrived.
