Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Only a three minute walk to ferry terminal, which is helpful for the early morning tours. Super comfy bed. Balcony with view of the residential part of the neighborhood was wonderful. Quiet. Air-conditioning made for a cool room at night. Fresh cold water dispenser near Reception was wonderful. They provide breakfast for $6 but I didn't eat there so I cannot speak on it. About a 20 minute walk to the Darwin Research Center museum building. A really great deal for the price. Shower could have used a little more pressure but not a big deal.

- Dickerson (8/5): Pretty and nice staff but internet unusable - Beautiful rooms, across from beach, nice breakfast, helpful staff before/during stay Internet super slow in all our rooms and we were using all but a few rooms as a group Mentioned to owner and he said we needed to connect to strongest of 6 routers in each room that are using high speed Starlink….something needs to be upgraded in the network or bandwidth as our entire group had to turn off WiFi as so slow to use cell service if they had it This will prevent us returning with our groups until resolved

- Tovar (6/5): Ideal para estancias cortas de paso - La ubicación cercana al muelle, permite estancias cortas de paso entre islas sin gastar demasiado en transporte dentro de santa cruz o estar pendiente del tiempo para no llegar tarde al ferry hice una solicitud especial para poder realizar el check out un poco después de la hora, inicialmente se me aprobó, luego el día que llegué se me rechazó sin previo aviso, me dijeron que porque necesitaban la habitación libre para que entre el servicio de limpieza, no obstante me permitieron quedarme en el lobby y las instalaciones comunes del hotel. Lo que me permitió ver que el servicio de limpieza nunca entró a mi ex-habitación y que efectivamente sí que podría haberme quedado en la habitación el tiempo extra de check out que había solicitado y que incialmente me habían aprobado

Nos pilló una alerta de tsunami en otra isla y llegamos un día más tarde, perdiendo una noche que todavía no nos han reembolsado (lo tiene que hacer booking y se supone que ellos deben contactar con booking y nos dijeron que así fue pero luego no hemos recibido ninguna notica más al respecto).

Would constantly disconnect and most of the time just wouldn’t work * When we first got there the lady said it was cash only (despite being advertised as card.) We went to take out money and when we came back she was no longer there, I asked the man at reception if we could pay by card and he said no problem at all…😐😐😐 no big deal at all but why say cash only if card is accepted?

An attempt to modify the booking was refused, costing us valuable cash. It was churlish of them to decline. That is poor business practice.

The terrace was also right outside my room door so it felt like I a huge room. There was a full kitchen that everyone had access to, which was helpful to keep snack and beer cold. Women who runs the hotel was very helpful and kind. Right on the main street, 2 minutes from the pier, grocery store and everything that you would want to do and need.

Best location for staying at the center very near to pier, ferry terminal, food court called KIOSK. It's a fairly clean boutique hotel , value for money. The bed was comfortable, and clean sheets changed every other day, with hot water and clean towels. Got room father away from street and I slept very well. Stayed there 4 nights and enjoyed it. Don't expect it to be your 4 star or 5 star hotel. It's a BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Simple clean and cozy. TV connection was weak, and Wifi had a weak connection, but I didn't care as I opted for the farthest room from the street.

The downside of the location is that it is loud at night- Headphones for sleeping meant that this did not bother us much, and we enjoyed our stay.

War nur für 1 Nacht dort aufgrund von Zwischenstop zwischen den Inseln. Macht einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Lage ist gut, zu Fuss nur ca. 3 Minuten vom Hafen und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung.
- Mike (8/5): - This hotel is located right next to “restaurant row” which is a street with many dining options and geared mostly toward the tourists. The hotel A/C and Wi-Fi worked well, and I had a comfortable night here. There is a motion sensor hall light that shines into the room through the top windows and some noise as they walk by. It gets quiet after 10:00 so not too much of an inconvenience. Staff helped me with bus arrangements. There is an upstairs lounge area that overlooks the street and would be a nice spot to visit with friends.

Despite several rooms being empty (as the empty rooms were all open), I was given a room with not a lot of privacy unless you had the curtains shut all the time, as when you walked up the stairs, my window (which was huge) was right there for everyone to see in. Think gold fish bowl! It was also super bright in the morning, so take an eye mask. Maybe if you stay there, ask for a darker room. As well, luke warm water in the shower.
