The aircon was dirty& sometimes it will turn to hot air & need to reset a few times to make it air cooling. I’ve requested for extra pillow & the receptionist just gave a random hard pillow that he took out from back room & asked me to bring up when my hands are full with luggage & bags which is inconsiderate. His instructions is not clear about the room number as he just passed me some hotel brochures & expected me to find the room number on it. Since this hotel where mostly are foreigners, please at least brush up some simple English.

- Maureen (9/5): - Nous y avons séjourné une nuit en transit avant de reprendre l'avion. L'emplacement près de la gare est central. Personnel très accueillant qui nous a bien aidé pour l'envoi de nos bagages par Yamato. Un outil de traduction est utilisé par le personnel pour lever les freins liés à la langue. Les oreillers sont très durs.

- YUEH (9/5): - 這次是獨旅，房間算大，30吋的行李箱可以全開，離車站走路很近，飯店樓下就是全家，往前30公尺就有LAWSON，1樓大廳也有洗衣間，以價格來說CP值很高！附近也很安靜，走10分鐘內也有大型超市！水壓也足夠，滿適合獨旅的背包客～

- Mary Ann (7/5): Affordable stay but Via Inn Tsubakicho has better service than this branch - Near the station, small but everything you need is available Aircon very dirty needs regular check up and cleaning and the staff who kept on ringing us every hour starting at 2AM to remind us of the luggage that we were unable to claim because we arrived late the day it arrived and they failed to notify us ahead regarding the arrival of our luggages from another hotel. Because of the disturbance, we were unable to get enough sleep and was forced to claim the luggage at the reception at 5AM. We were so stressed, tired and caused us headache that affected our tour schedule that day with meet up time of 7:30AM. PREVIOUSLY, Via Inn Tsubakicho branch delivered our luggage straight to our room and upon our arrival its already there. Hope this branch refrains from disturbing their guests in the weeh hours of the day. This is our first not so pleasant experience with this chain of hotel.

- Patricio (9/5): Muy lindo hotel cerca de la estación de trenes - El hotel es muy lindo, los empleados muy amables, te permiten guardar las valijas si llegas antes de la hora del check-in. Ademas tienen a disposición todo lo que uno necesita para higiene personal, cremas, te, café. Las habitaciones son pequeñas como todo hotel en Japon, pero acogedora. Lo mas importante es que se encuentra a pocas cuadras de la estación de tren, algo muy valioso a la hora de llegar con valijas.

- LI-JUNG (7/5): - 離車站近，步行即可抵達，不過名古屋車站大，又分名鐵＆JR，車站內導航蠻不準，建議先看好出口，能少走一些冤望路。 房間就一般大小，但感覺的出來開業蠻久了，使用痕跡算明顯，不過乾淨度還是可以的！ 一樓就有全家，晚上買宵夜、水...非常方便！

- Päivi (8/5): Ihan hyvä kohde singahdella Nagoyan nähtävyyksiin. Kiitos. - Sijainti oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Huone oli pieni mutta hinta-laatusuhde ihan ok. Aamiaisella oli lähes pelkästään japanilaista tarjolla, jos siihen ei ole tottunut syötävää oli tosi vähän. Hotellissa ei ollut mitään oleskelutilaa, huoneet niin pienet että edes pientä seurustelunurkkausta olisi tarvinnut.

- Emily (7/5): Easy access to train station - Great location with easy walking from the Shinkansen station. In a pocket that is pretty quiet. The lovely ladies at the breakfast greet you with a smile and you get to pick an A (eel) or B (bacon and egg) option as well as the buffet. The drip coffee bags available at the amenities counter were a great pick me up. The breakfast buffet was a little limited, but still enough to make it work. Other than that, a great stay at my first Via Inn.

- Lisa (5/5): Very small...great location. - Close to Nagoya Station and reasonable price. Plenty of room amenities. Didn't do breakfast but looked great. Staff were very efficient and pleasant to interact with. Double bed was VERY uncomfortable and backed into a corner so that you had to crawl over each other to go to bathroom. Would never recommend for a couple.
