The staff kindly gave us the upper floor room even though we were only staying for a night. However, the area is not accessible for shopping areas and very infrequent transportation. But the staff was very helpful and they happily ordered taxi for us to go to Incheon airport.

- jaewon (6/5): 추가요금 요구하던 어이없던 호텔 - 아니 3인 가능한 방실을 호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약하고 지불까지 했는데 정작 호텔에서는 1명에 대한 추가금을 내야한다는 소릴 하더라... 아니 이거보세요. 3명분 다 지불하고 간거라니깐 메모지에 적어가면서 호텔 요금이 원래는 2명이 기준이라고 설명까지 해주시던데 그런 문제는 숙박예약자랑 할게 아니라 호텔스닷컴하고 하라니까! 그러면서 기본2명이 자는 방이라서 추가된 인원에 대해 이불도 줄수 없다고 딱 잘라 거절하는 호텔에 다시는 가고싶지 않습니다. 내가 거지냐?

- avizede (10/5): Good hotel - Our 5 day stay at the Incheon Stay was nice.Location..a bit far from the central area of Incheon however some small shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel room was spacious, always clean and well designed with even a private balcony. Breakfast was ok but with limited choice and for a limited time. A friendly atmosphere and we can say that we enjoyed our stay there. Overall comments: A good hotel if you are in the region.

- ssol (8/5): 깔끔하고 객실이 넓어서 좋습니다. - 송도 락페 가기엔 사실 시간이 좀 걸리긴 하지만, 콜택시 불러서 다니면 좋고, 일단 조식 있는 호텔 원하면 이용해 보면 좋긴 하겠지만, 근처에 근사한 국밥집도 있습니다.... 꽃게거리도 있어서.... 위치적으로도 좋은듯.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 인천갈때마다 묵는 곳. - 제일 큰 방에서 숙박을 해서 였을 수도 있겠으나, 방은 넓고 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 깨끗했으나, 테라스의 방충망에 먼지가 쌓여있는 게 다소 거슬렸습니다. 가가운 곳에 편의점도 있고, 차이나타운과도 가까워서 인천 여행 시 항상 여기 이용합니다.
- pkinchina (6/5): Clean and dependable - Would be very good if location was better - I did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. My understanding was it was only available for 2 hours in the morning, which did not match with the times I needed. The room was clean and spacious! Very well laid out. The hotel gives a nice impression from the road. If you stay here, you will be in a tidy hotel that is comfortable. There is a sink outside the bathroom area in the room proper. Would be ideal if there was also a towel rack next to this sink. The downside: the hotel is not near a metro station or much else for that matter. There is the industrial area and some small motels nearby. This hotel looks much better than any other accommodation in the immediate area. There is a bus stop nearby (Songdo Recreation Area - Road Traffic Authority) which is the connection with mass transit. Desk personnel are limited in their English. If the location were better, I would rate it as very-good.

- 명진 (8/5): 가격대비 깨끗한 숙소!! - 가격대비 숙소는 넓고 깨끗했습니다 조식도 가격대비 좋았습니다 조금 아쉬웠던 부분은 프론트 응대 직원들이 조금 전문적이지는 못한 느낌을 받았고 인사성이 부족했습니다 그리고 숙소에 들어갔을때 방에서 나는 향기가 좋지 않아서 조금 아쉬웠던 부분이나 청결상태는 나쁘지 않았습니다

- Graeme (8/5): Close to War Museum. - This is a great hotel, and priced very reasonable with the hotels.com discount. Its very close to the Incheon War Museum and Memorial, with a nice hiking path up the mountain nearby, but apart from that is not so well located. Its close to many bus lines, but not so near a subway. Taxis in Korea however are generally cheap, so the taxi to say the Songdo Convention Center was only about $5, and this place is much cheaper than hotels there. The staff were very helpful and friendly, my only complaint was that the room was made up quite late in the day, 4pm-5.30pm. My room was very spacious with a good firm bed, and a balcony. The air-conditioner was modern, fairly quiet though I would have liked it quieter.
- Too far for Incheon Airport (8/5): Family late arrival last minute stay - Hotel was more than adequate for our needs. Was much larger than expected, clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the Hotels.com location made it seem like it was close to Incheon airport--it turned out to be a 50,000 KRW taxi ride away. Which we had to pay twice, once to get to the hotel and once to get back to the airport.
