• Aykut (10/5): Harika, teşekkürler. - Otel tam fiyat / performans oteli. Konumumuz harikaydı, her yere yürüyerek 5 dk. da ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Görevliler iyi seviyede ingilizce konusabiliyordu. Hiç problem yaşamadık. Şansımıza odamız asansörün hemen yanındaydı, biraz gece yarısı onun gürültüsü oldu.

• Gaia (8/5): - L'appartamento era carino e dotato di tutti i comfort. Bella la zona piscina e comoda la posizione per raggiungere il centro. In bagno un po' scomoda l'assenza del piatto doccia e di una chiusura in quanto il bagno si bagnava molto.

• Florentina (7/5): Un posto per tornare - La zona e ottima,la piscina era bella e sembrava pulita.Ho apprezzato la frutta e il vino trovato in stanza come gesto di benvenuto,anche se avrei preferito una bottiglia di acqua. L' arredamento un po' vecchiotto ,letti che scricchiolavano appena ti giravi,il bagno che quasi di allargava quando facevi la doccia.
• Arthur (8/5): Fijne eenvoudige accomodatie op loopafstand centrum - Op loopafstand van haven/oude stad (10 min ). Mooi 3-kamer appartement. Redelijk goede bedden, verrassend fijne hoofdkussens. Badkamer klein, maar functioneel. Keuken heel nieuw en schoon. Voldoende serviesgoed en bestek. Waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat en broodrooster aanwezig. Alles gloednieuw. Appartement werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en opgeruimd en elke dag schone handdoeken, maar kwam wellicht omdat we in naseizoen zaten. Fijn zwembad en ligbedden. In hoogseizoen mss wel overvol, maar nu heerlijk rustig. Poolbar heerlijk voor een drankje en erg vriendelijk personeel. Handig het supermarktje tegenover de accomodatie. Jammer dat brood pas om 9 uur kwam. Voor vers brood toch even naar de bakker lopen (7 min). Parkeren van de huurauto kon op straat. Was altijd plek en gratis. De appartementen waren erg gehorig! Vooral het schuiven van de stoelen veroorzaakte veel overlast. Een viltje onder de stoelpoten zou al helpen. Personeel ging 's morgens vroeg al aan het werk en maakten daarbij veel lawaai (praten, schoonmaken bij zwembad) 6.45 uur hierdoor wakker worden vonden wij echt te vroeg. Doortrekken van toilet boven ons zeer goed te horen en de gesprekken die in de badkamer daar werden gevoerd waren nog net niet woordelijk te verstaan. Er waren nu niet veel gasten meer, maar wij kunnen ons zo voorstellen dat de geluidsoverlast in het hoogseizoen vele malen erger is!
• Nicola (10/5): - Ottima struttura situata a due passi da kos Town, che abbiamo visitato a piedi ( e con le bici che offre in più anche l' hotel), come anche tante altre attrazioni come il porto, l' albero di Ippocrate, e tanto altro tutte lì vicino. Staff eccezionale, gentile e disponibile, pulizia impeccabile!

Basic room with twin beds. Small bathroom that floods due to open shower. No sound isolation with neighboring bathroom.

• KYRIAKI (8/5): Perfetto per una notte - La posizione della struttura era ottima per prendere il giorno dopo la nave. La camera era pulita e il bagno spazioso. Sarebbe perfetto se avessero il tappetino come in tutti gli alberghi per non camminare sul bagnato. Essendo rimasti una notte non l'abbiamo richiesto Lo staff era cordiale e ci hanno fornito dei suggerimenti su dove mangiare. La camera non corrispondeva alla descrizione delle fotografie e non era 28m2 ma molto più piccola. L'aria condizionata era a pagamento qualora veniva usata e non siamo stati informati dallo staff durante il check in. Abbiamo letto per caso questa indicazione nella reception quando abbiamo effettuato il check out.

• Gülfem (10/5): - The location was literally 7 mins to everthing. You walk for 7 mins to right you are in the center, you walk towards left for 7 mins and you are in old town. We were 3 as a family and our room was a 2 bedroom. Big, comfy and clean. We loved it. There was a spacious luggage room which also had a seating area and was very comfy. The only downside was that there was a very loud neighbor next door and she made lots of noise around 11 pm but thank god she stopped at 11. You hear the noise right inside the room thats the only downside other than that everything was amazing.

• Barrie (9/5): 3 nights in Kos - Location, good pool, no scrambling for sunbeds, kitchen facilities were good if you wanted to make breakfast or a light lunch. Staff at the pool bar were friendly and efficient, food and prices were very good. There was a well stocked supermarket across the road which was handy. It was in a fairly quiet residential area just out of the old town but only about 10 minutes walk away from the bars and restaurants. Despite some negatives it was good value for money. The rooms were very noisy. The flush on the toilets was incredibly loud and you could hear the noise just about every time someone in the hotel flushed their loo! The kitchen cabinet doors could do with some soft close fittings as the were very loud every time you closed them. The mattresses were rock hard which may suit some but we found them a bit uncomfortable.

The airport and ferry transfers they arranged were also really friendly and efficient We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed to try the swimming pool. The supermarket on the doorstep sold good bakery items for breakfast too Walls are a little bit thin, but only noticed it in the bathroom

• Marco (10/5): Abbiamo alloggiato in questo accogliente Hotel l’ultima settimana di agosto e la p rima di settembre io e la mia ragazza - La posizione ottima in zona tranquilla ma vicino ( 10 minuti a piedi circa ) a tutta la movida. Il bar a bordo piscina ben fornito con prezzi bassi in confronto alla media. Inoltre per chi prendesse camera/ appartamento davanti si trova un mini market dove potete trovare tutto a prezzi molto ragionevoli.

The pictures on booking shows new renovated rooms, but we got old room, old furniture, even clean and in the good condition… but for the same price?

• Korhan (8/5): Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi - Havuz olması çocuklu aileler için avantaj. Personel güler yüzlü barda içecek fiyatları gayet makul, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Odada şarap ikramı var. Oda temizliği çok iyi değil ilk girişte yerler ıslaktı sanırım buz dolabının buzları çözülmüş.

• Wendy (7/5): We enjoyed our stay but we are glad we were only there Sat Sunday and Monday day.due to above - It was clean and not too far from centre . Apartment had all we needed It says in the brochure for couples but it was full of teenagers or young adults on group holidays 20 plus x 2 or 3 parties therefore couldn’t get sunbed or sit in shade unless inside pool bar which thankfully was ok . Also music at pool bar in the evening just got louder if the the young adults were about . I like all sorts Of music but even I found it got on nerves on the last evening

The room wasnt overly clean, you had to stand on the bed to put a key in the air conditioner to turn it on. The rooms were so noisy, I could hear every sound in the rooms around me and there were a lot of German and Dutch travellers who were incredibly loud and rude. I had no power in my room between midnight and 6.30am so had no air-conditioning in 35°c heat. The water from the shower drenched the whole bathroom floor. I know this is budget accommodation but I've stayed in much better places.

• Batuhan (1/5): - Not staying at this place We arrived at “Hotel Paradise” around 22:30, only to be shown to the “Annex of Horrors” — a separate building so far from the glamorous photos you’d think we’d booked a different property. The room was a glorified storage closet that bore no resemblance to the sleek suite on the website. Clearly, someone’s Photoshop skills deserve a five-star award… but the actual room does not. After a late dinner, we crept back at midnight to discover a 6–7 cm insect casually marching across the kitchen counter. A bonus attraction? Apparently so. When we politely requested a room change (we’re two adults, a toddler, and decidedly not insect aficionados), the night clerk’s solution was to spray the place while we waited outside for “10–15 minutes.” His suggestion that “you don’t see bugs in a five-star hotel” was the highlight—only because his rudeness was so spectacularly off-brand for any star rating. Undeterred, we stood our ground. He refused to call a manager—until our insistence magically produced a cranky Greek-speaking owner on the line, who then doubled down on “this is normal.” A second call yielded the same result. On the third, he grudgingly agreed to refund us—complete with a scowl worthy of a Greek tragedy. Forty minutes of haggling later, at 00:30, we finally left—refunded but still paying for a nightmare. A family with a small child deserves better than midnight eviction from a bug-infested dump. Shame on the staff for their cavalier attitudes, shame on the owner for thinking a spray can fixes hospitality, and shame on the hotel’s misleading photos. If you value your sleep (and your dignity), steer clear of this “Paradise.”
