La posizione è comoda, la struttura pulita e accogliente, ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata l’attenzione dell’host, Paolo, sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere con tempestività qualsiasi piccolo problema si presentasse nella stanza. Un altro punto forte è stata la colazione presso il Waikiki Bar: ricca, varia e di ottima qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con il sorriso. Un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, ospitalità e un servizio attento nei dettagli. Ci tornerò sicuramente con mia moglie

• Veronica (4/5): Nice location but disappointing facilities and management! - I liked the location, very close to the stadium and the station..easy to move around. The terrace was very dusty, the owner said that it was raining the day before but I would expect them to clean it in the morning, knowing the room is booked. Also, from the second day I had not hot water, I messaged the owner who stated he would either fix it or move me to another room. He never let me know what happened with the water and when I came back in the evening there wasn't hot water yet.

• Damien (7/5): Great apartment except bed. - Good location. Friendly and helpful host. Lovely cafe with the breakfast included. Great outdoor space. Great location and facilities. Awful bed. It made noise with the smallest movement and was not comfortable. Please invest in a proper mattress for your guests rather than a sofa bed.

• Verified traveler (10/5): B e b confortevole e ben ubicato - Ho soggiornato in questo b e b per 4 notti. La stanza in cui ho alloggiato, sebbene non molto grande, è arredata con gusto. Comodo il letto, utile l' angolo cottura. La posizione è ottima, nei pressi della struttura ci sono diversi locali e supermercati, lo stadio e la mostra sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Molto cortese il personale. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Ben riscaldato un bagno ottimo e con un'ampia terrazza esterna molto bella peccato essere stato a Napoli in inverno. Posizione ideale per le mie necessità e comunque ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici. Titolare gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Una bellissima esperienza
