Rooms are not designed for more than one person No hot veggie option for breakfast or halal.

The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise having everything even the big name hotels. The hotel was very clean, and they even cleaned with soap. The floors were very clean. The room was very small, and reminded us of a cruise ship.

We didn’t hear any noise from the high street at all despite being above a street full of pubs and restaurants. Room was larger than anticipated- 3 of us managed very comfortably for 2 nights. Breakfast was an absolute delight! For complete transparency the extraction fan in the bathroom didn’t work so it became a sweat box with 3 of us showering and there were a few small areas of rust. But honestly those are very small points that didn’t detract from how impressed we were.

• Claudia (8/5): gerne wieder - Gute Verkehrsanbindung (2 Minuten bis Paddington Station). Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage mit Blick auf den Hof. Dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Frühstück war sehr gut um in den Tag zu starten. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Im Bad gab es mehrere Baustellen, die durch einen Hausmeister schnell erledigt sein könnten und dann wäre es auch ansehnlicher gewesen. Die Abfalleimer und auch die Wände müssen dringend mal abgewischt werden. Das ist eine Arbeit von 1 Stunde und es gäbe nichts zu bemängeln.

• Margus_T (8/5): Nice opion for a city break - The hotel has asuperb location. The Paddington station and underground is very close. Very convenient and fast access from Heatrow. The Hyde/Kensington park is only 0,5 km away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel design looks funky. The room was big enough for two people. The brafast did not include any vegetables. The street noise can be an issue as the single glazed windows don't seal much. Our room was a bit outdated, but some rooms seemd to be refurbished. The bathroom was quite small - not an issue for us, but volumous people might see it tight.

• Matthew (7/5): Great location with a few inconveniences overall good place - Location was close to Paddington which made travel easy and the breakfast was phenomenal! Hot water was not great, if multiple people had to shower the hot water ran out fast. Had to move rooms due to water leaking when flushing toilet, second room had same issue just not as bad.

• lenapx (7/5): - Os funcionários eram simpáticos e o pequeno almoço também era bom, mas mais virado para o pequeno almoço inglês. Todos os dias trocavam as toalhas do banho mas não havia toalha de mão! Cha e café à descrição na receção 24h. Não gostei do facto de a janela do quarto não dar para lado nenhum, abriamos a janela e tínhamos um muro a um metro, como o quarto era pequeno tornava-se claustrofóbico. A casa de banho era minúscula, uma casa de banho de autocaravana que nem nos conseguiamos mexer para tomar banho como deve ser, com uma cortina que se colava toda ao corpo de tão apertado que era. Debaixo da cama havia muito cotão.

• Amy (10/5): A gem of a hotel in the best location, with the best staff and a great breakfast! - We have just returned from the best 2 nights stay here. From the moment we arrived, Andreas on reception was so welcoming and so kind, he really made our stay feel like we had a home from home in London. We were offered a choice of rooms, and opted for a refurbished room on the top floor. This was great - a very funky hi tech bathroom, Nespresso machine and very comfy bed. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful with traditional English breakfast keeping us full way into the day. All of this with a location that is 5 minutes stroll from Paddington station ( only 8 stops on the tube from Waterloo) and a complimentary drink in their Sussex Arms aviation bar makes this hotel an absolute winner - thankyou! Nothing. Bedrooms could be a tad bigger but that's me really nit picking

• Rebekah (9/5): Super close to Paddington so great for our early morning flight. - The customer service eas excellent, we were well looked after and allowed to check in early, with a choice of room. Maybe a kettle in the room would have been handy.

• Barbara (6/5): Ok. Not as good as previously - Location is perfect. Close to Paddington Station and plenty of eateries and shops close buy. The cooked breakfast is good enough to set you up for the day and you get a free drink in the pub around the corner. The toilet was a bit smelly I had to ask for toilet roll and tea and coffee as they weren’t replenished in the room. I’ve stayed here before and this room wasn’t as good as before even though I paid for an upgrade
• Sreenivasulu (5/5): stay was ok, but was expecting good bed after all that is the purpose to have a good sleep after wor - room was neat and clean. bathroom was clean. The bed must be very old, could not have a good sleep properly for 2 days.

• Cinzia (8/5): Un buon hotel! - Staff molto gentile, nella hall bevande calde e acqua fresca dal distributore sempre disponibili, colazione abbondante, non molto varia, ma comunque buona e personale sempre disponibile. Letto comodo, ma camera un po piccola, ma per qualche giorno di soggiorno va bene, bagno molto piccolo, ma ci si accontenta, 3 linee della metro molto vicine, e hyde park a 5 min molto suggestivo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni i londra come kensigton palace, westmister e big bang in un'ora si arriva. Consigliato!! Bagno un pochino piccolo
