Las paredes con desconchones gigantes, los enchufes al aire y algunos daban calambrazos. La presión del grifo no daba ni para lavarse los dientes. La ducha tragaba súper despacio y creaba inundaciones. El desayuno muy pobre y lo mismo todos los días. Las fotos fueron engañosas, parecía mucho mejor de lo que era. Tampoco eran simpáticos, el último día sí que hubo un chico agradable, el resto de los días un hombre más mayor que apenas respondía a nuestros saludos ni levantaba la cabeza de su teléfono.

This only happened on our first day. Not a big deal really. That day the breakfast was a bit chaotic, items missing etc. obviously boss was away!

• Lannuzel (10/5): Un beau riad, idéalement situé dans la Médina - Jolie chambre spacieuse, personnel charmant, très bons petits-déjeuners. Rachid est un hôtel particulièrement dévoué et chaleureux. Il nous a permis de découvrir une coopérative très intéressante, spécialisée dans la vente en gros de différents produits dont la fameuse huile d'argan. Ainsi que le très émouvant Musée de la Mémoire, célébrant des décennies de cohabitation pacifique entre les communautés juive et musulmane.
• María (9/5): MUY CONTENTA, REPETIRÍA (pero sin desayuno incluido) - La ubicación muy buena. El wifi funciona perfectamente. La limpieza es perfecta. El agua caliente funciona perfectamente. El personal super amable, te atienden siempre y te recomiendan buenas sitios y actividades. El desayuno no es muy europeo y no hay calefacción, por lo que en invierno hace un frío en la habitación, excepto dentro de la cama, ya que hay edredón y mantas suficientes.

• David (6/5): Is a good place but it is not advisable when it is cold weather - The location is great, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is good. The place is freezing, we went on December and the room was cold, they don't have anything to heat the rooms. Also, there is not hot water in the toilet so I couldn't take a proper shower. Also you have to pay in cash not with card.

• MED ALI (2/5): Disappointed - I booked a room with a city view but was given a room with no view and no sunlight, the room smelled of mold, the garbage from the previous guest was still there, there were no toiletries, and the sheets were dirty, the breakfast was alzo very disappointing and not worth mentioning. On top of that, the price was high for such poor quality, definitely not worth the money
• Faical (4/5): - Place did not match description or advertised pictures. A very small and tiny room. No basic toiletry available and no towels. Bed sheets were stained. Would not recommend or stay there again. But I would say 1 thing the service was great!
• Farid (6/5): Het was redelijk maar niet top - De locatie was op loop afstand naar het strand. De wc en douche konden we niet gebruiken na de eerste dag. De riolering was verstopt. We kregen als oplossing een extra kamer met badkamer op een andere verdieping die we konden gebruiken.

The staff was professional. They provided us with everything they wanted. They checked with us.I love this place. This is actually the second time I came. I came in 2019.This time I came with my friend when I thought of Esaouira this year, this is the destination I wanted to go because I was satisfied in the first time and thank God they didn't disappoint me. I highly recommend it. It's safe. We were two girls and we felt safe, we felt home. Thank you to all the staff member and I wish I could be there again.

La habitación era muy amplia, colchon comodo, pero yo reserve una doble y me dieron cuadruple.Menos que me gusto era el baño y cuando llegamos no habia ni toallas, papel, jabon, champú, tuve que bajarlo para pedirlo todo. Por desgracia las toallas tienen rotas con agujeros. El precio muy elevado a las conciciones que ofrecen, ademas mi habitacion y baño no se parecian nada a que muestran en las fotos en la pagina, de verdad esperaba mucho mas.
• doris (8/5): Plus jamais Hotels.com - Le séjour dans le riad était correct, ce qui n'a pas fonctionné c'est votre plateforme hotel.com. 1) La chambre ne correspondait pas à la demande (nous avons pris un très grand lit et nous nous sommes retrouvées avec un petit lit pour 2, nous avions réservé une navette de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, pas de navette car la demande n'a pas été transmise. Ca fait 2 expériences avec hotels.com et toutes les 2 mauvaises.

• R. Hamish (10/5): - Very excellent riad, right in the best part of the kasbah. But do not stay here if you are bothered by hearing the Muslim call to prayer five times per day, including 6:30 am. Didn't bother me. We are in a Muslim country and they have their ways. Roll over and go back to sleep and feel comforted that you don't have to hurry to prayer.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. Nice view from the terrace. Good breakfast. The breakfast was filling and tasty. However, the layout hasn’t been thought through. The result is unnecessary queues and crowding. I am pretty sure that it would be quite straightforward to lay things out differently and create a smooth flow. We started in the separate apartment for four people. The upper bedroom was cramped had nowhere to hang clothes. Also, low ceiling in the bedroom meant my talk friend kept knocking his head! ON THE OTHER HAND, the hotel was very happy to move us when we explained the problems.

I stayed with my friend and family members at Riad nakhla hotel and it was really good. The staff was very welcoming and Mr. Rashid did everything to make our stay very comfortable. We appreciate that he changed our rooms for free and was very professional. The food was excellent and the placement of the hotel in the heart of a market was exceptional. To recommend strongly.
• Hayley (10/5): Exceptional - Loved everything about Riad Nakhla. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Hot showers. Great buffet-style breakfast and amazing, helpful staff. The location was excellent and within easy reach of all the major sights with a wide range of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. I'd definitely stay here again and extended my stay. Also liked the reduced rate for booking in person. I was given a map on arrival with recommendations too. Thanks again to Farrah, Rashid (owner) and all the other lovely people at Nakhla! A very memorable stay. They also own a spa called Diamant Blanc, which offers a wide selection of massages & beauty treatments. Also, a variety of hammam packages. I had a scalp massage and foot massage (reflexology) and fell asleep because it was so relaxing. Highly recommend Diamant Blanc if you are looking for an affordable and professional hammam, massage, or beauty treatments.

• Paul (8/5): Our first visit was perfect. - Great breakfast on the terrace, really helpful reception staff, new lift installed which made room access and breakfast visit much easier 👍room smelt very clean on arrival, bed very comfy.
• Wilson (10/5): Good place to stay. - The location was perfect for a tourist, terrace had great views, close enough to the shore to hear the sea even if inside. Breakfasts are good and filling. Room on the terrace outside or inside away from wind and elements if need be. Staff friendly. Traditional décor. Little bit dark in the areas up to the rooms. Had to ask for towels but they are provided free. Room did not have hairdryer so girlfriend had to bring her own. One of the power points was blocked by the bed that could not be moved. Noisy mosque nearby.

• Coenraad (10/5): - This Riad is wonderful. We stayed with a family of 5. The building is charming original and nice and cool with an authentic vibe. The rooms are in original state however everything works perfect, clean and big enough. The staff is wonderful, they try to accolade every one of our request. The breakfast on th terrace is a simple Moroccon breakfast but has everything we needed. The view was amazing and the staff very friendly. The location is excellent. You are in a quiet street but in a minute you get to the busy market. If you have a car you will need to park at a parking about 5 min walk away, but they help you with your luggage. Overall I would definitely recommend this Riad

• Jacopo (8/5): Good value for money - Clean, nice staff, No connection in the house, Wi-Fi barely reached it. Also, if you’re taller than 180cm, this might not be the place for you. I wouldn’t it was made just for midgets, but you surely shouldn’t be tall. Lastly, the kitchen was pure decoration
• Joe (10/5): - Really really nice place to stay, staff were all very welcoming and helpful, speaking perfect English. Given a choice of two rooms when we arrived was a nice touch. The bed was very comfy with the addition of a nice view over some roof tops to the sea. The showers were clean with hand soap provided, would have preferred shampoo and conditioner as well but for the price you can't really complain! Bed sheets and towels were changed everyday, the room was clean and the stay was perfect. Continental breakfast is provided every morning in the roof, which will do if you're looking for a quick snack before heading out. The location of the hotel was perfectly situated in the center of the city. Thank you everyone working at the Riad! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Joe and Chloe

• Florian (4/5): Disappointing - The location is really good. Easy to get around. Car park just 3mn walk The room wasn't clean, with lots of finger marks everywhere on the wooden furniture. Small table was broken. The Main light not working, Top blanket needs to be changed for a duvet that can be cleaned. No heating or AC. The door lock was broken, so we had to close the blind all the time.

• Daria (5/5): Passable - Location in the centre: easy to reach from the bus station and to walk around in the centre of Essouira. The facility is old fashioned but also the services seem to be of the past: - Sheets and blankets were old and in a strange beige colour (not properly clean) - Soap was grand grandmother's soap - Humidity - Shower didn't drain and we had to ask for assistance - Towels were missing. We had to ask for them. - Terrace, where we had breakfast, was not very clean.

• Hanane (2/5): A fuir - On nous a attribué une chambre médiocre alors que le Riad n’était pas complet. Ce n’était pas la chambre réservée sur l’application. Fenêtre cassée qui ne se ferme pas. Douche qui ne fonctionne que bouillante ou froide impossible d’avoir de l’eau tempérée.. Odeur d’égout qui émane de la sdb. Chambre toute petite impossible de bouger. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de ce séjour dans ce Riad. Nous nous sommes fiés à tord aux avis. Attention à fuir absolument !!!

Mukava henkilökunta. Ainoa miinus oli viereisen moskeijan rukouskutsu aamulla kuuden jälkeen. Varmasti herättää.

Attention au réveil de 7:00 de l’appel a la prière. Mettre des boules quies ! On est en face de la belle. Belle vue mer pour certaines chambres. Chambre simple mais confortable .petit déjeuner excellent avec produits typiques Rachid est très gentil très accueillant et vous conseillera très bien. Il propose le transfert aller retour c’est très pratique N’oubliez pas de faire du quad dans Les dunes. C’est inoubliable !!!et rachid le propose aussi.et aller prendre un verre manger ou vous détendre au M Beach sur la plage. C’est classe et la vue sur la mer sympa depuis un gros BED bleu ou canapé de plage et manger’ au d’jazy à côté de la porte bab sbaa à côté de la bijouterie d’argent, les produits sont frais du jour de la pêche ou du marché et il y’a des groupes de musique le soir

• Jan (2/5): Absout enttäuschend - keine Empfehlung - Das Riad war eine Enttäuschung, das Zimmer, das auf Hotels.com dargestellt wurde, entsprach nicht dem vorgefundenen Zustand. Die Begrüßung erfolgte lustlos und uninterresiert, was a-typisch für alle Riads und Hotels, die wir zuvor in Marokko besucht hatte. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand ließ zu wünschen übrig - siehe Bilder. Das Frühstück war lieblos, das gesamte Riad war in einem sehr renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand - wie eine so hohe Bewertung zustande kam, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Das Riad entspricht eher einem kleinen Hotel (24 Zimmer) und bietet daher nicht die Intimität eines kleinen Riads. Wir haben das Riad nach einer Nacht verlassen, weil wir uns den Urlaub nicht versauen wollten, ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wer dort länger nächtigen will... PS: Gegenüber dem Riad ist ein Minarett, ca. 10 Meter entfernt. Um 7 Uhr morgens, pünktlich zum Sonnenaufgang, standen wir im Bett, da das Gebet in unser Zimmer dröhnte, mit Entspannung hat das nichts zu tun.
• Benjamin (10/5): Superbe Riad au cœur de la médina d’Essaouira - Très beau Riad. Super bien situé dans la médina. Déjeuner copieux et savoureux. Notre hôte a été des plus aimables et aidant. Malgré que ça ne nous ait pas causé de problème, nous avons perçu une légère odeur d’humidité en arrivant dans notre chambre (#120), laquelle est disparue peu de temps suivant notre arrivée. Plus ou moins bien insonorisé, mais représentatif d’un riad. Tout simplement pour aviser ceux qui ont le sommeil léger,
