Guest Reviews
- Richard (10/5): Excellent value; Great remodel - The remodeled room and fixtures, are significant upgrades. The front desk team was efficient and pleasant to work with when checking in. Nothing to put in this box
- Kimberly (10/5): Cozy cabin with everything you need close to the park. - Clean, comfortable, spacious yet cozy feel. Close to Denali entrance. Amenities such as kitchen items, grill, coffee, plenty of towels, and easy check in. 4 pm check in would prefer 3 pm. A darkening window covering would be nice, light slips through the sides of the blinds.
- LeAnn (10/5): - Super friendly and helpful staff!
- Stacie (10/5): Affordable, Clean, and Friendly Stay - I thought the room was very affordable, coming from out of state, I was honestly in awe of the mountains everywhere. The views were just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the whole place overall. The price, the room, and the atmosphere all made it a really great experience. The kitchenette was a nice feature, but it did not include any kitchen items. There were no pots, pans, plates, utensils, or even cups. Traveling from out of state and packing light, it made the space difficult to actually use.
- Esther (10/5): - Courtesy friendly N/A
- tracey (10/5): It is affordable , spacious rooms, very nice staff , secured building - Everything was great Nothing

- s0nyacp (10/5): Extremely awesome and good - All the workers here at the hotel are super helpful, doing their jobs. They're all friendly. Even if they're strict. They are all good at it
- Trek54828634617 (10/5): ONE OF THE BEST HERE IN ANCHOR TOWN)) - I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was a kitchenette and very clean. The price was lower than in other places in the same area. Perfect location for me to get to my surgeon's office, and to the hospital for surgery. Slight problem with "no plates, cups or utensils in the kitchen. You can buy a "kitchen pack" from the front desk, but I just ordered a pizza from Domino's & didn't figure I needed anything.
I'd definitely stay here again!

- Todd (2/5): -
- Keane (10/5): - Good price, good location
- JACQUELINE (8/5): - Wonderful stay. I was impressed with the entry security. Room was comfortably roomy and the temperature was just right for the time of year. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Only issue was a very noisy toddler in the room above us. We blamed it on bad luck not the hotel.

- Daniel (10/5): A great place for a great price. - For the price, the space was huge. The kitchen was worth the price alone. The bathroom was a little small, but it was functional. The location is ok if you have a car. The full sized fridge blew me away. And the two lounge chairs plus a table to eat at. Also, the soundproofing of these rooms was amazing. I rarely heard anyone. Occasionally, I could hear a door close, but it was so quiet. Really, very little to complain about. Bed was a little hard for my taste, but a pillow under my hip helped. The fridge was a little loud, but you have a fridge in a room... The bathroom was a little small, but it was functional.

- Guest (8/5): Nice place to stay when passing through. - Nice to have laundry facilities on site and in a quite area. Having to have the room key to access the ice machine and the laundry room after you had to have the key to get past the front desk.
- Cheryl (10/5): - Easy and very friendly
- Craig (8/5): - Have stayed here before and has been good. My last stay the room was clean but had a weird smell to it, like old corn chips or wet dog. Other then that was a good stay.
- Mark (8/5): - Everything was great about the hotel & KeKe who checked us in was fantastic! The rooms did smell a little, but everything was clean. The area around the hotel was an abandoned shopping center, but there was good shopping within a short drive.
- Sy (10/5): - I enjoyed my short stay here. The stuff was nice and professional and the room was very large and comfy. It had a full working kitchen and an area to work in. The halls felt very dorm like but it didn't make any different as it was ultimately a quaint and cozy place to stay. I especially enjoyed the note from room service with a personalized connection to their name.
- Jerry (8/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was too warm, we had to open the window to get cool air, room did not have air conditioning.
- Stephen (8/5): - Facility was clean, easy driving to Anchorage amenities and quiet.
- Jerry (8/5): The staff was friendly and helpful, the location could have been better, the hallway appeared to have new carpet but the - The room is a suite Location and a slight strange odor
- ZIYI (10/5): - very nice

- Lori (10/5): Great place to start and end our trip! - I like This hotel. Its a little pricey but its our second stay on a 2 week trip because they are conveniently close to the airport. The beds are comfortable, we have a small kitchen so that we can prepare meals and a full size fride and we can wash clothes before our flight back home.
- Andre (8/5): - The only complaint i have is the bathroom. It’s new and clean but it felt cheap. The location is also rather not safe, next to an abandoned mall but this is Anchorage. The staff was great and overall the rooms were clean.
- Nikita (10/5): Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable option with genuine hospitality. - I really appreciated how budget-friendly this hotel was great value without compromising comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While it’s not located downtown, it’s still very accessible, just a quick 15-minute Uber ride away.
- Oran (10/5): - Alway great customer service, clean bathroom, well lighted free parking for customers, full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove top in like new condition. This is a great place to stay.
- Junda (8/5): - Good hotel
- Samuel (10/5): - .
- pamela (9/5): everything went well, we enjoyed our stay - Room was clean, staff very helpful and courteious everything went well, we enjoyed our stay
- Douglas (9/5): -
- Michael (8/5): - Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very large and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean and well maintained facility. The only drawbacks were: guest laundry required cash/coins, minimal common areas for congregation, no exercise room or breakfast.
- Michael (10/5): - Nice hotel for the price, room has everything for a long stay including a full kitchen
- Heesoo (10/5): - Great
- Michael lee (10/5): - staff went above and beyond finding lost ring and mailing it back to owner in michigan thank-you
- Peteria (10/5): - Staff was great. Room clean.
- Aaron (10/5): Everything you could need and more - Cool staff great prices clean secure building and rooms
- Thomas (10/5): Home away from home. - We enjoyed our room. We didn't know there was no breakfast, so that was an adjustment. But, the full refrigerator and two burner stove made up for it. The beds were very comfortable. The room was like an apartment. Thank you so much.
- Tianyu (6/5): - It’s not bad
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Close to hospital! Clean property and quick easy check in
- Mrs. Von (10/5): - Stayed 1 night. The staff was so helped and kind. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.
- Amy (10/5): - Nice place close to the airport but not close to town so don’t stay here unless you want to uber to the downtown area. You will end up spending less by staying here and Ubering downtown.
- Yiming (8/5): - Rooms are in good condition. Staff are helpful and friendly. Not much nearby (except a Costco and a HomeDepot).
- Misty (10/5): - We were very happy with our experience here.
- Alexandra (10/5): - Everything was really nice 😊
- ?? (10/5): - It's a great place with easy access to downtown Anchorage and many shopping stores around the area. staff are really friendly. surroundings are nice
- Gregg (8/5): - Fixed up well. Nice bed and good internet
- Aaron (10/5): Favorite hotel in alaska - Staff here is key for me coolest I’ve ever met from the reception, house keeping, security even the guests that come here are very cool to meet with and just have a conversation with once in a while and the rooms are equipped with full kitchens and the air conditioner/heater work very well and more than enough channels to find something you are interested in and the Free WiFi is excellent, their is on site laundry and vending machines for detergent and dryer sheets and a Home Depot next to the hotel to get any needs you might have.
- Stephen (10/5): - Clean, modern hotel. Very friendly staff. No restaurant/bar on property. Would happily stay there again.
- Aaron (10/5): Had to extend I enjoyed it so much! - I’ve been at every kind of hotel the past 10 years in different parts of the world while traveling in the military and this one is special the staff the building location. The access for pickups and drop offs there is a subway and Burger King a stone throw away but you have many other options with uber eats that often have good promos for the unique restaurants in the area the security here seems exceptional as well good doors the phoenix corps security that works the building is also very kind and on point with their work so with that being said it is best to meet delivery drivers outside which the pickup/drop off spot is right outside the entrance.
- Wen (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (10/5): - The staff at the office were so helpful and friendly. Gave great information and recommendations
- Melani (8/5): Very good - Beds were comfortable. The view of Home Depot both on the first 2 nights in Anchorage and the second 2 nights in Anchorage! On the first visit we mentioned that we did not have a good view of anything. On the second visit we asked not to be in a room looking at Home Depot. It was on the ground floor and still looking at the same scene. Not impressed with the view. Location and parking were good and the price was great.
- Donald (6/5): Pleasant -
- Atanas (9/5): Nice stay - Nice and quite apartment/suites building
- Diana (4/5): - The room was like it never had been cleaned. Trash under the sink that smelled. Stain and crumbs on sheets. Used soap in shower.
- Gerianne (10/5): - Nice personnell
Clean
- Praveen (9/5): Superb -
- Steve (8/5): - Perfectly fine stay. No complaints.
- Makutsch (9/5): Superb -
- Edward (9/5): Excellent - The woman at reception was very helpful.
- Benjamin (10/5): - Very convenient and nice.
- Rose Mary (10/5): - I was pleasantly surprised that the building, lobby, halls and our room were all neat, clean and well maintained. Having a pet green area that was well maintained was great too. It was our first time to travel with our older dog, and everything was great. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
- Xiao (9/5): is ok just one night, - none 1. smells in the room, 2. bed liens are looks nor white and clean, 3. bad location, no way in the middle.
- lori (6/5): - The room was nice and big with a kitchen and a little sitting area. The air conditioning worked great keeping the room nice and cool. some people might sleep great on a firm bed. unfortunately too hard for my liking and the pillows were small and not comfortable. had a terrible sleep. For one night this was a great stop but not to much within walking distance as far as things to do and no restaurants other than a burger king and subway. found a great waffle place about a mile away that was fantastic.
- Willie (10/5): Exceptional - Comfy beds clean room friendly staff Nothing
- Patricia (9/5): Comfortable way to end my trip - Small room that felt spacious, easy parking, very attentive staff.
- Bill (10/5): - Safe and secure building. I'd go back. Clean. Simple.
- Wilfredo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brenda (8/5): Stayed in Anchorage for the night. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The facility is a litttle m - Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Coffee was tasteless.
- Phillip (10/5): - I love to stay in quiet lowkey places whenever I’m traveling and looking for hotels. This hotel was everything I could ask for—for traveling to Alaska for the first time in my life. Very quiet area which is nice.
- kaylin (10/5): - Comfortable and quiet rooms.
- Julia (10/5): - It was a nice room and the people were helpful
- Sekito (10/5): - Basically, I was able to spend a comfortable time. The room was also very clean. If I had to list the issue, the only thing would be that the Wi-Fi was often disconnected.
- Katherine (8/5): The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. - Sound proofing was excellent between floors and walls. Hallways weren't so quiet, to be expected. Limited access to town amenities.
- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Shigley (10/5): Very clean. Great value - Appel was only minutes away from the airport. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable We did not receive check in I formation in a timely manner. Took a call to VRBO before we received it. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The cushions need to be redone as you sink down making it difficult to get up.
- Keith (8/5): bit pricey but generally OK - staff location
- Gregory (8/5): - The room was big and quiet. The room had a kitchen, but NO utensils -- so how do you use the kitchen?
- Winifred (10/5): - Nice staff & clean room
- BARRY (2/5): - I didn’t like anything about it. I checked in and was assigned to room 137. The instant I opened the door all I could smell was wet dogs. I thought I was going to throw up. My next room that I slept in, had bedbugs. I checked out immediately. No refund no refund because I went through Expedia.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Check in staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, but was a little worn. The carpet was a little dirty and there was a strong smell of weed in the hallways.
- Marshall (3/5): Poor - The folks that I encountered were lovely. The room smelled horrible upon entering, but after opening the window it helped. Rather than complain I managed through it and bought a candle. Room had no dishes or utensils and no cork screw! They have a 35$/ per pet, per night fee which is ridiculous!
