- alexonthego22 (6/5): Luxury price, mid level experience - Pendry San Diego is part of the Chase Sapphire Reserve luxury hotel program, and although it certainly comes with a luxury price, the experience does not match it at all. The price for my two night stay was an eye watering $944. I decided to book anyway because of the generous credits chase offers, which made the price much more reasonable. First the positives, the location is great, and the hotel staff were mostly pleasant. The pool area was lovely and some of the amenities in the room were a nice touch. In addition to the credits on the stay cost, with the edit program I was also given a $100 credit for food and beverage, plus complimentary breakfast both mornings of my stay. Unfortunately, the food program at this property is far from luxurious. Our first night we decided to try the in hotel sports bar, which had loud music blaring and a small collection of arcade games. The service we received was inattentive and the food, despite being around $25 for a main course, tasted like it came from a Bennigans. We quickly used up our $100 credit on two drinks, and a few main courses. The final morning we tried to have breakfast in provisional kitchen, and were told it would be a ten minute wait for a table. After 30 minutes we gave up, and tried to get our included breakfast via room service. Using the room phone the room service staff never answered. Finally I was able to reach the front desk who relayed my order to the f/b staff. I shared my frustration with the staff, who transferred me to someone else. I repeated my story to the second person, who told me the f/b manager would contact me to follow up. Having to repeat the same story twice was annoying, and after I hung up the phone I had serious doubts about my complaints being taken seriously. My doubts were well placed, I never heard from anyone, and the only compensation I received was that my breakfast order would be comped at check out. This wasn't really much service recovery though, since my breakfast was already covered by the chase credit. Overall, what we received was far from a luxurious experience and I hope chase reconsiders their partnership with this hotel.

Most staff are amazing and again, exactly where you want to be if you are going to be downtown. But rooms are tiny. And sort of a nickel-dime show. Honestly, Margaritaville is a better room and 1 block away

This hotel really puzzled me why charges as 5 star. Room smelled unpleasantly. Hideous design of the rooms. We couldn't stop laughing why shower room has clear glass almost in the middle of the room in front of the bed. Don't believe me? Have a visit. It's hilarious. There are better hotels in 5 min walk from there. Ah also odd that you have to pay to go in sauna. Pool area is bellow average. There are a lot of weird and overpriced things in the hotel. Thanks God there is The Hotel Coronado I booked as an insurance so we left there.

- Scenic26105877575 (2/5): Far Below Five-Star Standards – Disappointing Stay - I have stayed at several five-star hotels, and I can confidently say this was my worst experience. Proper room cleaning is a fundamental requirement for any five-star property, yet it did not meet that basic standard. At times, it felt more like staying at a roadside motel than a luxury hotel. Several issues occurred throughout my stay: A cup in the room was visibly dirty at first glance. I brought it to reception out of concern that someone might unknowingly use it. After requesting proper cleaning, the next day a mop was left hanging on the bathroom towel rack. I brought the mop to reception myself. No apology or explanation was given—only that they would inform housekeeping. The bedding contained small particles, which caused itching during the night. The room was very noisy until around 2 a.m. (understandable given the downtown location, but still disruptive). Most disappointing was the reception team. I interacted with multiple staff members, but none showed attentiveness or took ownership of the issues. It felt as though handling guest concerns was not their responsibility. At a five-star hotel, both service and attention to detail should exceed basic expectations. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below that standard.

The library themed nooks on the second floor are gorgeous. The fitness center had everything. The pool looked amazing and we hated that we were so busy at a conference that we didn't get to spend more time there and at the spa. For a tiny bit more than some of the nearby hotels we got a truly luxurious stay.

Concierge and front desk service was lacking, asked about having a hair blowout somewhere, gave one suggestion,and said if we wanted any help from them it had to be within the n xt 20 minutes as they were leaving for day (4:30p) and it would have been extremely helpful for the front desk knowing we were checking out Sunday to have informed us of the city marathon that day, to be prepared for delays in transportation.

- P4780ADjonh (10/5): Pendry San Diego: Came for the Meetings, Stayed for the Vibes. - I stayed Thursday to Sunday, last week of February 2026 for a mini-conference, also held at the hotel. Check-in went very well, I received a room upgrade without solicitation. The room itself was very nice indeed; very comfortable and great city view. Everything worked, the bed & sheets were the best and service of the room very efficient. I will say though that I just read the traveller tip about asking for a mini fridge as the PAYG electronic minibar is not to my liking. I wish I’d seen this, or thought of it myself. Conference facilities on P1 worked as we’d hoped and the breakfast & lunch provided was always of high quality. The pool and spa on the third floor looked lovely however, I did not get time to make use of them. This hotel is in a great location to visit many areas in SD, nearby and a short Uber away. The concierge staff were very helpful and engaging too; even inquiring how certain (non-hotel) related activities went for us.

It started the trip off very badly. 2) Room service is inedible. The breakfast omelette was flat as a pancake with zero eggs. The bagel was not toasted - twice. The presentation was zero. 3) The Provisional breakfast was not much better. 1 piece of bread for an order of toast? Ridiculous. 4) Concierge said the Provisional Restaurant was totally booked for breakfast at 7:30 am but they accepted walk-ins. We walked in at 7:30 am to an empty restaurant. 5) Our sitting room's look and condition like it was furnished in the 1970's.

- 745JennL745 (4/5): Not a restful night sleep - but beautiful amenities - As a mom seeking a restful night away, I was disappointed that maintenance issues seriously disrupted my sleep and comfort. The room's alarm went off at 6 a.m. (not set by me), and without blackout curtains, I couldn't fall back asleep. Additionally, the shower had a leak that left the carpet wet between the shower and bed, creating a musty smell. I mentioned both issues at checkout and was told maintenance would be notified. The positives: Beautiful decor, excellent toiletries (I bought some!), a gorgeous clean pool, and wonderful room service with full table setup. Tips for other moms: Check the alarm clock upon arrival, bring an eye mask, and check for wet carpet near the shower before unpacking. This hotel has potential but needs better room turnover procedures and maintenance.

Unfortunately due to a booking.com error we were unable to be offered a room of any kind. After a huge day of travel, our luggage was unloaded and our vehicle valet, we waited around for them to figure out they didn’t have a room for us, this took over an hour, which left us scrambling for alternative accommodation at 7:30pm. 3 days later we still haven’t received a refund.

- emilianor2026 (4/5): Luxury Pricing Without Luxury Service - I had a very mixed experience at Pendry San Diego, and unfortunately it did not live up to the brand or price point. The front desk and concierge staff were genuinely kind and professional, which I appreciated. However, the experience quickly declined elsewhere. At the sports bar, the staff was noticeably rude and dismissive until they realized I was staying at the hotel. That change in attitude was uncomfortable and disappointing. The restaurant experience the following morning was even worse. I was quoted a 25-minute wait for breakfast but ended up waiting close to 50 minutes, with no meaningful communication or acknowledgment of the delay. The coffee bar was out of matcha, which felt surprisingly unprepared for a hotel positioning itself as upscale. Valet parking was $65 and extremely slow. I’ve stayed at many hotels both luxury and non-luxury that offer faster, more organized valet service at a significantly lower cost. The wait time and price simply didn’t align with the level of service provided. The only real highlight of the stay was the complimentary Cadillac 4-hour vehicle use, which was excellent and well run. Overall, the property has potential, but service consistency is a serious issue. At this price point, guests shouldn’t feel dismissed, misinformed, or overcharged for basic services. I expected far better execution across all touchpoints.

Stayed there the day after Thanksgiving thanks to a great nightly rate on the Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts program. My stay came with free breakfast and $100 food & beverage credit, so I got to work right away getting drink at their amazing Fifth & Rose cocktail bar. The next day I had a late start and got a breakfast burrito from the pool bar to enjoy in my room while I worked and enjoyed the late checkout. Asked when I checked in about leaving the folio open past checkout and they were happy to do so, so I was able to come back and have a light dinner at Lionfish and another drink at Fifth & Rose to use up my credits. That's where the bad customer service began. I was charged three different line items on my folio as sent to my email. Not understanding this, I finally put aside some time to send them an email to understand why I was being charged. After a long delay, I was responded to explaining that they messed up and didn't apply the credits correctly. I don't see how that would happen considering they went over all of this at check-in, so I had to take up my time to fix there error. Great chance for them to do something nice and waive the ridiculous amenity fee for the wasted time, but they didn't. And they charged the amenity fee to the wrong card, which I emailed back and never heard back about. Crickets. Finally called in today to try to get that person on the phone and all I could get was the front desk. Had to explain from scratch what the issue is, and the guy puts me on hold for 15 minutes to see if they could waive the amenity fee. Oh, that's nice, I was just calling to switch the card. 15 minutes later, "Sorry, we can't waive it, anything else?" I said 3 more times yes I need to switch the card let me know when you're ready for the number before his lightbulb finally turned on and he took the number from me. Hopefully this is the end of the billing debacle. For the price they charge their customer service on the backend should be WAY better than this. For me to have to follow up 2 or 3 times a month after my stay is just crazy, and if I was working there I'd be like oh man we gotta make it right and comp this guy's amenity fee since we screwed up. Nope! Oh well, lesson learned, stay at another property next time I'm in town.
- Atishay14 (2/5): Extremely disappointing - Had an extremely disappointing below par experience. We had issues with the room and service throughout our stay. At check-in, the room wasn't ready with lack of supplies (towels, tea, water) and inappropriate welcome greetings of "Happy Birthday" (none of us had our birthdays). The shower wasn't working well. The knob for mixing water would come out and drop on the floor. There was only hot water initially and the water would intermittently stop flowing completely. When reported to the hotel, they refused to accept the issue initially saying it's not possible. They sent someone to check and they denied the issue as well. They took half an hour to fix the water mixing issue and they said there is no issue with water pressure. Right after the person left, the water stopped flowing again. We ordered a pizza through room service and gave clear instructions to avoid certain vegetables. The order was reconfirmed multiple times over the call. They delivered a pizza with exactly the vegetables that were supposed to be avoided. My mom went hungry because of this. When reported, they said the vegetables used were the only ones remaining. We were shocked to find out that a 5 star hotel ran out of tomatoes. When we spoke to the manager Quartz, initially she justified the service and after quite sometime started listening to us. She was kind enough to give us another more spacious room. Our entire night was spoilt and we slept at around 1 AM. The service to shift rooms was also pretty slow. The following days we had to struggle to get through to room service or the restaurant. When we tried rescheduling the reservation over call we couldn't get through to the restaurant but got forwarded to the reception which was right next to the restaurant. The receptionist refused to help me out since she said she would be trying to call the restaurant as well and said that I should come down and reschedule in-person. I came down and rescheduled however still had to wait for the table for a long time with no added benefit of rescheduling. While waiting we were always told that it will take couple of mins which wasn't true. We made sure we don't order anything unless absolutely needed. The staff was always confused about ingredients of food items. For instance, they were always unsure whether the bread had egg or not. One day were told it doesn't have egg and other days we were told it has and later corrected. On the last day, we ordered drinks right after getting a table and we had to ask for our drinks as our breakfast was getting over. When I expressed the concern, I was told that they are busy! The waitress assigned to us for drinks never came back to our tables. We were always promised a callback but never really got one ever! We had to always follow-up ourselves for any service. And were always told that they were about to call us. Many times we were not able to reach even the reception. Our calls would go unanswered. We felt the staff was very high-headed and indifferent to our woes and problems. When we expressed our feedback to the manager during checkout, we didn't feel she was really apologetic. In fact, we felt that she took the feedback just for the sake of it. There was always a delay in response and nothing really every happened hassle-free. Overall, I feel I made a mistake booking this hotel and trusting Amex for listing this property as a fine hotel. To me, it seemed very mediocre considering broken showers, incorrect food service, sluggish responsiveness and rude, high-headed behavior of the stay. I would never ever visit this property in the future nor would I recommend anyone to visit. I think it was a pure waste of money and time. Throughout the trip I just spent so much time coordinating to make things right. There was an intention of one manager Quartz to make things right but the experience just was pretty mediocre despite the intention. We did not feel as though we stayed at a 5 star property. Since we are giving a detailed feedback, would like to add that the hot tub on the last day was dirty since it had rained. However, one doesn't expect this at a 5 star property.

From being greeted at the valet, to our son receiving a stuffed bunny from the concierge, the quick check in process, and the lovely birthday macaroons waiting in the room - all made for a start to a great stay. The appointment of the room was very nice. We had the breakfast brunch the next morning that was very tasty. Easy in and out access with the valet. We will definitely be returning for our next stay in San Diego. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

In my experience it was very nice but did not feel luxurious like a Waldorf or Ritz. What would've made my stay better would be for them to fulfill their promise of a room upgrade. Many times I see this as a perk listed that is never fulfillable.

- uday029 (2/5): SCAM ALERT: Do NOT book here with Amex FHR - Fraudulent Billing Practices - You should not stay at this hotel if you are going to be using FHR credits with your American Express Platinum card. What was supposed to be a pleasant stay at an upscale, $350+ per night hotel became a nightmare of deception and fraud. We stayed two nights here using the Amex FHR benefit, where we received a $60 breakfast credit per day for the two of us, and a one-time $100 experience credit. We intended to apply the $100 to the $65 per night valet parking fee. It appears that Pendry deliberately games these credits to extract the maximum amount from their clients, who likely won’t review their bills. Misapplication of Credits: We dined at Provisional Kitchen both mornings. The amount was about $42, which I rounded to $60 with tip, still within the daily breakfast cap. These expenses were not credited against the breakfast credit but against our $100 experience credit. Lying About Charges When I noticed this discrepancy at the checkout counter, the front desk told me that we actually owed more than $60 for breakfast and that was why we had to swipe the other credit card. When I asked for the receipts to show me this was true, they just shook their heads and said that it would "take a few days." Surprise Fees: After I finally requested the manager, they confessed that it was an "error" and that the $100 credit would be put towards the parking charge as originally planned. Just as we thought that was the end of it, another bill magically appeared. Although the initial bill stated standard parking charges at $65, the new bill randomly included an additional $25 for another random parking charge. Reason? "Perhaps a friend came." We had only one vehicle, which was valet parked at check-in and valet picked up at checkout. In an effort to de-escalate, the manager offered to forego all of my parking charges due to the inconvenience, leaving me responsible only for resort fees. However, upon leaving, my credit card statement was hit days later for all of my expenses: full parking charges, the breakfast, the resort fees, along with miscellaneous charges of $65 and the random fee of $25. My credit card statement took a hit for just about $377 worth of miscellaneous charges. When I asked for a full explanation for this discrepancy, they flat out refused to reveal anything about this and claimed that they have to "speak to accounting" and that they only have 48 hours to try to get to the bottom of their duplicate charges to me. This has nothing to do with a simple mistake; it has to do with a predatory approach. And I am reporting this fraud on your part to the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General of the State of California. Check your statements or better yet, stay somewhere else.

My stay was personalized with the evening turn-down service and extra treats/amenities. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a nice city view. Parking is by valet only and is $65 per night. The location of the hotel is excellent and is walking distance to the restaurants/shops in the Gaslamp Quarter and to the waterfront area.

We stepped into a lobby FILLED with holiday spirit and The Pendry just kept wowing us all weekend long. From the delightful staff, to the beautifully appointed room, to the restaurant choices, to the little touches like minibar and in-room menu options. It was our first getaway in a while and both my husband and I wished we could have stayed for a week. The Pendry will be our new go-to, wherever they have properties, we'll find them.

We decided to return to San Diego for the holiday to catch up with friends, enjoy the beautiful weather, and finally experience the Pendry—and what better time to truly test a hotel than over a busy holiday weekend? From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Valet and bell staff greeted us immediately, helped with the luggage, and made check-in seamless. Parking is expensive, but that’s typical of downtown hotels, so it wasn’t unexpected. We had booked through American Express, which includes the possibility of an upgrade. Since it was a holiday weekend, none were available, but the hotel did offer a larger discounted room. We ultimately kept our original pool-view room, which was bright, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite facing the pool. Even at night and with a full hotel, we didn’t hear neighbors above or beside us. Before we even unpacked, the concierge, Cathy, recommended making breakfast reservations at Provisional. She helped us each day with all reservations and made sure we were seated at our preferred times, something we truly appreciated during a busy holiday weekend. Having traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels across different tiers, every now and then someone really stands out. For us, that person was Chef Dara. Our first encounter was at Thanksgiving dinner. The entire meal—from appetizers to dessert—was exceptional. After complimenting Jack, who was helping us that evening (and who was wonderful), he introduced us to Chef Dara. When we praised the meal, she let out a relieved breath, thinking we might have feedback, but we only had gratitude. Despite Provisional no longer offering regular dinner service, the team executed the holiday meal flawlessly. Our turkey was incredibly moist, the portions were perfect, and the presentation was beautiful. Dessert—pumpkin pie for one of us and pecan pie for the other—was equally impressive. We stayed a few more days, and every time we dined at Provisional, Chef Dara and the entire staff were consistently warm, attentive, and talented. From housekeeping to the front desk, valet, the restaurant team, and everyone we interacted with, we couldn’t have been happier. We’ve already talked about returning next year for Thanksgiving. Having lived in San Diego years ago and now returning as visitors, the Pendry truly stands out among the hotels we’ve stayed in—and having Provisional right on property is such a bonus. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the hotel, the restaurant, and the entire staff. We’re already excited for our next trip back to San Diego—and to the Pendry.

To start, Kasey, the Reservations Manager, was extremely gracious in helping me fix a mistake I made with the reservation, I'm so grateful for her kindness and understanding! The hotel itself is beautiful. I stayed the weekend before Thanksgiving and the gorgeous tree already up in the lobby was a stunning visual when first walking in. The corner room I stayed in was very spacious, bed was comfortabe, shower was huge. (Tip: they don't have a mini fridge you can use for your own items, but will deliver one at no cost if you ask.) The pool area had a fun looking vibe with bar and lounging spots. When the weather is warm I bet it's a great spot. My bar experience at Fifth and Rose was also a standout. Nico, a fellow Northern Californian originally, in particular was fantastic (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly!) The matcha cocktail he made me was outstanding, I wish I could get that somewhere closer to home. A wonderful experience overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The amenities and suite were outstanding. We work out when traveling so gyms are important, and the Pendry did not disappoint. Overall the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only miss was the cleanliness of our suite- poorly cleaned by housekeeping. We stayed for 5 nights/6 days in a large suite and aside from making the bed, the room was not well cleaned- henced the 3 stars

- roxymendoza5 (10/5): Ultra Clean, friendly, upscale hotel - My daughter and I stayed here for a night and had a wonderful experience. The room in impeccably clean and comfortable. The beds are comfy and the in room espresso machine made delicious drinks. We were also pleasantly surprised with some complimentary gourmet chocolates and Acqua Panna Water bottles in the room. The gym is top notch with tons of nice touches- cool towels, filtered water, fruit/nuts, and really nice smelling machine wipes. We will definitely be back!

The staff are all so rude and unhelpful. They had an in-room fridge completely full of drinks and food at absurd prices, I removed 2 water and wine bottles to the counter top to make some space for some of our perishable food items for my kids, and I was charged a $32 restocking fee at checkout simply for housekeeping to put those unopened and unused bottles back into the refridgerator! concierge is rarely at desk. reservations dept so unhelpful and rude. and security and housekeeping unhelpful too when we left items in room and housekeeping never found them apparantly, so security is telling us we must not have left them in the room when we 100% did, housekeeping just threw them away apparantly. really regret staying here.

- stephanyang88 (10/5): BEST HOTEL IN SD! Very Dog Friendly Too! - I absolutely loved my stay at Pendry San Diego! I had no idea the entire property, restaurants included, was so incredibly dog friendly. We brought our two corgis and the Pendry team went above and beyond, even delivering a big dog bed and two bowls to the room. The pups were basically treated better than we were, and we were treated amazingly. The rooms themselves deserve their own shoutout. I absolutely loved everything about them: the views, the amenities, the spotless cleanliness, the fresh scent of the lotion, shampoo, and wash, the heavenly bed that made it hard to get up in the morning, and the generous amount of space that made the whole stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. A huge shoutout to Roman at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and truly made our stay exceptional. His hospitality played a major role in why Pendry SD has officially become our number one go-to hotel whenever we are in the area. I also love how central the location is. It is right in the heart of everything, especially all the bars and restaurants I love. Being able to walk everywhere is a huge plus. Another thing that made the stay even better were all the Amex Platinum perks. We were able to check in at 12PM when available, received a room upgrade upon arrival, enjoyed daily breakfast for two up to sixty dollars per day, had complimentary Wi-Fi, received a guaranteed 4PM late check-out, and even received a one-hundred-dollar property credit that we could use for valet, bar drinks, room service, and more. Thank you Roman and the entire Pendry SD team. You guys are truly the best, and we can’t wait to come back, especially with the dogs for another amazing dog staycation!

This is a jewel of a hotel in a bustling area near the San Diego convention center. It delivers 5 star service, room quality, and overall concern for its visitors. The hotel itself is beautiful with high ceilings and modern appointments. Everything about it was exceptional especially the French server named "Nam" at the Provision restaurant for breakfasts. We will be back and now will also look into other Pendry hotels given the high quality of this one!
- 33stephenp (10/5): Wonderful stay at the Pendry - This was my first experience with Pendry Hotels. I was very impressed with the service, quality, and attention to detail. The hotel lobby is very impressive, but when I went up to the rooms, I realized this hotel exists in a much older building, so it was a little shocking until I stepped into the room, which was very modern with the big glass shower in the middle of the room. I fell in love with it immediately and wished I had booked the whole week instead of 4 days. The hotel was professionally staffed; all of my interactions with the hotel staff impressed me that they cared about their customers. The hotel has numerous onsite dining options serving amazing food. I ate there so much that I missed out on some of the Gas Lamp venues😀. The Rose bar has a drink called the “Trade War“ which created a war in my head! It was so good that I was slurping it like a frosty on a hot day😀! Try it! Finally, after I did all of the eating and relaxing, the hotel had complementary pedal-powered bikes for guests to borrow. I also acknowledged that Cadillacs, skateboards, and guitars were also available. Incredible stay! I spent the balance of my time in another local luxury hotel, which was nice but not a Pendry!

Les cocktails du Fifth & Rose sont délicieux, merci à tout le personnel qui s'est très bien occupé de nous ce soir là. Mention spéciale pour les pancakes du petit-déjeuner, un délice ! Malheureusement nous avons séjourné au Pendry lors du Twitch Con et nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant de l'hôtel qui était privatisé pour l'occasion mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour le découvrir !

The lobby has a fireplace lit which really gives an atmosphere when you arrive and the staff are very kind. The location was perfect for the Gaslamp district and near a stop for the Trolley tours if you’re from out of town. We will be back!

I will be frequenting the pool and spa it was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had, all the amenities and food was phenomenal. Lionfish was all the rave I heard it was and the bar in the lobby gave me the best espresso martini I have ever had while lionfish had the most delicious tequila drinks and amazing sake. :) Roman, front desk, and Ryan, bell man, made our whole stay absolutely incredible in the little things they did for us to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was the absolute best experience. Alief, my masseuse, was ABSOLUTEY wonderful made my birthday the mot amazing, relaxed, and restored experience. All the girls in the spa were wonderful too. Jake was our server at Lionfish and as the same trajectory made our birthday dinner such a delight and was efficient, attentive, and overall an amazing dining experience.

Only issue was the confusion on how many spa credits you get with the booking. I never got a clear answer after asking multiple employees and overbooked and was shocked by the bill at the end.

However, the front desk told us that “4 PM is when check-in starts,” and that we weren’t guaranteed a room at that time. We ended up waiting an hour and a half before finally getting our room. I’ve never heard such an excuse from any hotel before. When we expressed our frustration, we were told that “American Express cardholders get late check-out,” which apparently caused our delay. That explanation made no sense to me — how does someone else’s late check-out justify another guest’s delayed check-in? Eventually, they apologized and offered us drink vouchers, which I appreciated, but the overall experience still felt poorly managed. I just wish the staff had handled it with more professionalism and accountability.

- rsybing (10/5): Memorable stay with all the luxuries - Top to bottom, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long while. A clean, spacious room, overlooking a really fun part of town. Service was excellent in handling both an early check-in and late check-out. I took advantage of room service twice, very early in the morning and right before checking out, and staff was excellent both times. Maybe the only issue was not having a power outlet on the desk in front of the TV to charge a phone or laptop, a missed expectation for a top-tier hotel. But otherwise, the stay was excellent and would love another chance to stay here again.
