Guest Reviews
- Jayne (8/5): - Better than expected
- David (4/5): - The hotel cancelled our reservations on the day of our trip a few hours before we were due to check in. They gave no explanation and so far, we have not received a refund.
- Margaret (10/5): - This is a discount hotel property, it doesn't have continental breakfast or a pool, but we didn't need those. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It is in a quiet location in a small town. The new air conditioner worked well, the room was clean. For our needs it was perfect.
- Gary (4/5): - The flat screen TV was nice, the AC/Heater worked and the bathroom mirror was well lit.
The bed was horrible! Worn out - period. Toilet was oval but toilet seat was round. Light switch for bathroom was behind the door. Room furniture was not as pictured. Only had small round table and two plastic chairs. Trim was missing from wall paneling and several unfinished plaster patches on walls.
- Elaine (4/5): Not what the picture showed - It looked like they were in the middle of renovations cause the hallways had old furniture & box springs in it. The room wasn’t really stocked well either (towels, TP paper, tissue). And there was an issue with the deadbolt. The beds were something to be desired.
- Catherine (6/5): Think twice - Check in seemed much more complicated that it needed to be. And although I made the reservation and paid for it the owner/clerk would only talk to my husband. I was a bit offended. The overall hotel could use some attention and felt more like it housed family member than guests. Shoes in the hallway, plastic kiddy playset in the entrance giving the impression this wasn’t in operation.
Our room looked like they sort of started on renovation. Mattresses in the hall.
I booked a king and was given 2 queen beds. The beds, floor and shower drain had hair in it. The sheets didn't seem fresh, more like at least slept in once. If i wasn’t so tired i would have moved on to a different hotel. But the no cancel policy even though I was not given the king reserved and over all disgusting upkeep i would have moved on or slept in my car.
- John (8/5): - Room was clean but found some long black hairs on the bed other than that it was good mattresses and old air conditioners and s*** line the hallway outside it looked kind of scary
- Gerald (2/5): - It was dirty. Mattresses in first and second floor hallways. Didnt speak clear english. Didnt stay and couldn't understand if or what was being charged.
- John (6/5): Needs work - The motel needs work.
- Bobbi (6/5): - Just needs updating!! There is active renovation, which is a good thing!! Nice location and nice price; just needs updates!!! (Screens ripped, tiles missing, ripped shower curtain, old air conditioner - but worked! - and just overall worn. They are actively renovation, however!!! There were new mattresses and air units being delivered, as well as new carpet rolls in the hallway!!!
- Nancy (2/5): - We drove to the hotel from out of state. Tried to check in. Was told the hotel was overbooked. We had to go to another hotel which was more expensive.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Didn’t like that the whole hotel inside and out it was in neglect and trying to be renovated all at the same time ! Debris everywhere!
Ect.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The common areas, both interior and exterior, are very unclean and/or minimally maintained. Our room appeared to not have been vacuumed. Bed cover had a burn hole. Staff was accommodating when changing room size, prior to checking in. We did not ask for assistance with respect to the condition of our unit...it was cleaner than the common areas and it seems that they’re not really aware of what clean looks like.
- marla (2/5): Don’t stay here!! - It was an awful dump. The beds were hard as a rock! The blankets had holes. The heat wasn’t turned on so it took all night before it got to a comfortable temperature. There was constant running on the floor above us
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No personnel on staff.
Dirty furniture. Broken lock on door.
Sticky bathroom floor. Burned out light bulbs.
No sound-proofing.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place looked very shabby and unkept and there were questionable people sitting on the steps at the entrance..
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Just NO! Better off sleeping in your car. Are you familiar with the term scuzzy.
- Jack (2/5): - Dirty, strong odors, carpet matted, staff unfriendly.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I checked in just before 10pm and the guy had my keys in the lost and found box. How am i supposed to know they were there? Although room was clean it greatly needs an update. Mattresses were old hard and very uncomfortable! Not relaxing at all. Also had to buy more toilet paper as 1 roll was insufficient for a 2 day stay. Also if you are in a wheelchair don't bother because the ramp is in great need of repair!!!! Dangerous for a handicapped person. !! Place wouldnt be bad if it were updated!!!
- Chelsea (6/5): Fun - Okok
