Guest Reviews
- Jordan (2/5): Garbage - It took them more than 45 minutes to get me into the rental and until then I was to wait outside in the cold. No wash cloths, no soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper, and hardly any normal kitchen supplies to use if I wanted to. Stay someplace that had a front desk and not with someone who is not onsite at all times. The home was not even cleaned before my arrival. Dirt on the floor, cleaning supplies left on counter with sponge on the floor, trash on the grounds, etc... I never heard a thing from management regarding their screw up. The number they supplied my didn't work either. It took my more than 24 hours to get the wifi password. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS RENTAL!
- Jason (2/5): Avoid like the Plague. - Buyer Beware. I tried to stay here during Comic Con. Booked the place a year in advance. called an Hour before I arrived to let them know I was almost there and they stated that there was no reservation. That was crap, considering I had just gotten a notification the Monday before stating they couldn't wait for my arrival. When they looked further, someone, canceled the reservation in November. No one told me, no one told Hotels.com, and someone was lying. Avoid this place like the plague. They are in the business to screw peoples vacations. Thankfully I was able to find a spot in San Diego that worked out. Thanks for nothing. Drove 8 hours to your horror. Never again. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
- Joseph (10/5): Amazing place downtown! ! - This place is fantastic and for a great price. The manager was friendly and helpful. Comes with free underground secure parking. A big plus for the gaslamp. Great breakfast at breakfast republic right down stairs. I really enjoyed my stay.
- L (2/5): Residents will tell you how noisy the building is - Bring your noise cancellation headsets because you're going to need them. This place is not relaxing in any way unless you need to hear everything from babies crying to the 4 year old running all day and night above you to construction. Don't expect their Customer Service to do anything about it or process a parking permit. They will ask you for a copy of your credit card upon arrival and want to photograph it.
- Al (8/5): Gas Lamp February 2017 - It was a bit of an effort getting in due to some logistical errors on the part of management but once in everything was great. If you don't require typical large hotel amenities you'll be very satisfied by the spacious suite. We had to work all day in the room so for two dudes sharing it provided privacy along with ample common space for some great creative retreat work. Awesome location in the midst of Gas Lamp.
