• Diamond (10/5): Hidden gem in Amed. - The location was off the main strip but an easy 10 minute walk away and very quiet and peaceful. The owner greeted us and told us to make ourselves comfortable, like your own home. Good energy from Mario! Mario, if you are reading this, we had a lovely time thank you so much. It has a beautiful gardened walkway between A frame cottages leading into a central area with a pool and chairs and the main hotel area. They offered us a free watermelon drink and their kitchen made amazing food. Highly recommend the Soto Ayam and Pepes Ikan. The price for the value was insane, I recommend you don't stay on the overpriced Amed strip and go back a bit into Kelapa. They offered yoga, yoga teaching, and a day spa but we didn't have time. My only complaint was that we only stayed a night 1 slightly lumpy pillow, and if that is all you can complain about then who cares ahahaha!

• Gian franco (10/5): Como en casa en Amed 🇦🇷 - El lugar es súper bonito, realmente se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. El desayuno es muy bueno, la comida en general es muy rica y el personal es súper amable, siempre con buena predisposición. Mario, el dueño, es argentino y estuvo súper atento desde el primer momento, ayudándonos con todo lo que le preguntamos y haciendo que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Se siente muy cercano y siempre dispuesto a dar una mano. A todos los argentinos🇦🇷 que estén pensando en venir a Amed, les recomiendo quedarse acá sin dudarlo. Te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer día!! Nada negativo, todo estuvo excelente!

• Evgeniy (10/5): Все понравилось ,по завтракать не удалось ,но воспользовались спа массажем все был хорошо - Остановились на одни сутки после тяжёлое дороги с Нуса Дуа ,так как был запланирован снорклинг утром , Был приветливый холодный напиток ,так же получилось оплатить картой но за это брали 3% но это не много ) Красивая зеленая территория ,гуляющие кролики ,записались сразу на массаж ,понравился массаж и взрослым и детям ,цена качество соответствует описанию ,хороший персонал ,доброжелательный ,так же не далеко до всех мест что есть в Амеде Слышимость ,но для этого кладут беруши ,не много не удобные подушки ((так как привыкли спать на ортопедических подушках но для одной ночи это не беда )

Family deluxe kamarnya luas ,udaranya segar Lokasi agak ke tengah,untuk family room dan double room mungkin karena musim hujan kamarnya agak lembap dan bau alang2nya bikin tidak nyaman tidur ..akhirnya pada ngumpul tidur di lantai I. Untuk air mineral mungkin lebih bagus disiapkan yg kemasan botol ..lebih higienis..karena kalo isi ulang galon itu kita ga berani minum langsung karena mungkin sisa tamu sebelumnya.

Unprofessional staff that do not follow up on commitments they make to check for upgrade or organizing trip. Lying when asking about massage options and availabilities just for them to get an extra booking at spa. Quality of massage at the spa was the worst I have ever had. Masseuses lacking respect and expertise.
• Janine (10/5): Kelapa Cottage was a great place for resting and to discover Amed Beach and the area. - The restaurant offered excellent food - breakfast, lunch, and supper. The grounds are beautiful. The swim pool is great. We could walk to the beach or take a scooter. Mario is a great host. The staff are hardworking and offer excellent service. We could relax and also adventure at Amed Beach and the general area. It's a very safe location. It's easy to organize local tourist activities. The value for money is good. We did a lot of activities and it was not too expensive. The noise of the dogs and roosters were quite loud but we got used to it.

• Melanie (8/5): Good value, kind staff and beautiful facilities - Beautifully green, I loved the hotel area, swimming pool, shala, books, restaurant, and all the facilities. Very large and comfortable room. Nice big cupboard for clothes and neat open air bathroom. 10min walk to main strip. A bit dark in the room, no opening windows, no day curtains so people can see you in the room from outside. WiFi wasn’t working properly when we were there.

Lots of nature around like bunnies and a cat. Staff were friendly. Rooms were dark. Several little things needed repairs or upgrades like bedside lamps, doors not sliding easily or fully open.

• Sabine (9/5): Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Eine hübsche Anlage mit schönem Pool. Etwas abseits gelegen, wenn man keinen Roller hat, aber das Team an der Rezeption war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei der Organisation aller Fahrten geholfen. Die Bungalows sind gut ausgestattet.

• Pandarinka (5/5): A éviter - D'extérieur c'est très instagrammable, si cela compte pour vous. Le petit-déjeuner, pris une seule fois, mais avec de bonnes crêpes chaudes. Mauvais emplacement : même si en 20 minutes vous pouvez être à la plage à pied, ce sont des minutes très désagréables dans des rues avec nombre de chiens errants. Il n'y avait personne à la réception quand on avait besoin, sauf le jour où le propriétaire était là. On arrivait au restaurant au dîner et on nous regardait avec des yeux de merlans frits comme si on n'avait pas à être là. Problèmes d'hygiène : voir les photos de la douche, et on a vu 2 cafards + 1 mort dans la chambre. Beaucoup de bruits d'animaux dehors, on a des boules quies à disposition mais ça reste compliqué de dormir après que les coqs soient réveillés. On a réservé une activité, on nous a dit d'être prêts à 7.00, mais on a tapé à notre porte à 6.18 pour nous dire que le départ serait à 6.30. Nous n'avons pas vraiment apprécié la ville à sa juste valeur avec cet hôtel et sommes allés passer une nuit ailleurs.

• Patrice (7/5): Séjour agréable - La SDB est très grande. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité. le PDJ est payant (4.85€/p) mais correct (fruits frais, œufs, céréales, etc..) Eloigné du centre (15min à pied). Accueil très froid. La piscine a besoin d'être rafraichie. Les portes coulissantes du cottage s'ouvrent très mal ainsi que le porte coulissante de la SDB.

• Priscilla (8/5): Lovely cottage - The host is very friendly and responsive. We loved the cottage. It's clean, spacious for us as a family, there's a seating area on the balcony, a small kitchen and the mattresses are super comfortable. We also loved the cottage overall. WiFi is strong and the location is perfect. A 3 minute walk to the beach with loads of restaurants, but in a quiet location. We were allowed to stay in our cottage till 20:00 because of a late flight. This was wonderful and it made our final day very comfortable. We will definitely return in the future. The garden/area needs maintenance and doesn't have a warm garden vibe. It wasn't inviting, although the pool looks clean.

• Julie (7/5): Environnement et personnel agréable. - Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel, avec un petit verre de bienvenue. La cabane traditionnelle dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était très propre, chaleureuse et confortable. La salle de bain et la piscine étaient également propres et agréables à utiliser. Les enfants ont adoré pouvoir nourrir et câliner les lapins dans un jardin soigné et entretenu chaque jour. Le restaurant sur place permet de prendre ses repas matin, midi et soir, avec des plats variés et très bons. La possibilité de faire laver son linge sur place est également très pratique. Le Wi-Fi n’était disponible que le matin de notre départ, ce qui est assez limité. La plage est accessible mais très loin à pied, et le service pour s’y rendre est hors de prix. Pendant notre séjour, un groupe de yoga était présent et on nous a fait comprendre qu’il fallait adapter nos repas à leur emploi du temps, trop tôt ou tard le soir, ce qui n’était pas simple avec des enfants. Le groupe priait également sur place, et nous n’avions pas vraiment envie d’entendre cela. De plus, les cabanes ne sont pas insonorisées : il est proposé des boules quies, mais cela reste inconfortable, surtout lorsque la tranquillité nocturne n’est pas respectée.

• Paula (10/5): - Abbiamo prenotato qui all’ultimo dato che l’hotel dove eravamo prima non aveva disponibilità ad aggiungere una notte all’ultimo , struttura bellissima e molto comoda , ci hanno fatto l’upgrade gratuito per una camera più bella , cosa molto gradita da noi , camera enorme su due piani con bagni in entrambi i piani spaziosi e puliti , in generale la camera era tutta molto pulita ordinata e comoda , lo staff che ci ha accolto era gentilissimo e molto a disposizione . Posizionato in mezzo alla natura facile da raggiungere con taxi o macchina e struttura munita di mille comfort (piscina , massaggi, yoga, spa , ristorante ) ci è dispiaciuto aver alloggiato qui soltanto una notte perché avremmo voluto goderci di più tutti i servizi che la struttura offriva ! Consigliatissimo!

La piscine était très bien ainsi que le personnel. Petit déjeuner très bon et spa au top. Un point négatif, une odeur de renfermé dans le cottage à cause de l’humidité.

• Karine (7/5): Sans avis, dépend des attentes de chacun - C'est un bel hôtel "instagramable", mais pas pour y séjourner. Jardin magnifique, petits dej délicieux car produits frais mais chers, mention special au warung situé juste en face un délice. Logement pas insonorisé, des boules quies sont mêmes fournies, juste le préciser suivant la sensibilité des gens j'ai très mal dormi, on dort avec le dehors, chiens, piscine à 7h fontaine, les coqs, les scooters. Logement super sombre comme la terasse. Hotel trop éloigné 700 m ce n'est rien, mais dernière partie pas éclairée et présence de nombreux chiens peut être pas méchants mais pas serein. Nous ne voulions pas louer de scooters Petits dej trop cher 85rp plus 16%de taxes. C'est un bel endroit certes, si on connaît tous ces points après on le choisit ou pas en connaissance.

La cabaña limpia , amplia , con aire acondicionado , pero la verdad no hizo falta ponerlo ningún día , ya que está bastante bien aislada y no hace mucho calor dentro. La piscina fenomenal , también muy limpia . Los jardines muy cuidados. El Desayuno y las cenas están riquísimas ! La verdad de 10 ! Recomendado 100% ! Nada !
• Noemi (8/5): Bonito y acogedor con personal muy atento - El alojamiento es precioso, las cabañas son muy bonitas, cómodas y el recinto es precioso y acogedor, tienen conejitos sueltos y mis hijos disfrutaron muchísimo. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno súper completo, y el restaurante está genial La única pega es que nuestra cabaña olía muchísimo a humedad y la parte de arriba de los niños era insoportable el olor.
• Øyvind (10/5): Kelapa Cottage anbefales for reisende til Amed som vil bo et rolig og vennlig sted. - Jeg likte svært bra å bo i trehytte i hotellets koselige parkområde. Bostedet ligger et rolig sted 15 minutter å gå fra Amed sentrum. Eieren serverer selvlaget mat i restauranten. Her får man brød og kokos-yoghurt for eksempel. Pizzaen er enestående. Stedet har et fint svømmebasseng, og en egen bygning for yoga. De ansatte hjelper med alt mulig. Stedet anbefales til alle som liker å bo et grønt sted som er rolig utenfor trafikkerte veier. Ingenting.
• Maria (10/5): Estupenda! - Me encantó el hotel, solo estuvimos una noche pero aún así estuvimos muy a gusto, la habitación preciosa y la cama muy cómoda. El restaurante del hotel está genial, la cena estaba buenísima. La única pega que el agua de la ducha no salía bien caliente
• alba (10/5): Perfecta estancia en Kelapa - Nos encantó todo! Hemos pasado un finde semana increíble en Kelapa. El staff, el dueño, el sitio, las habitaciones y el desayuno invitan a tener una experiencia diez en amed. El desayuno es casero, todo lo preparan en el hotel, mermelada, el pan es buenísimo, y te hacen tu desayuno fresco y buffet.
