I say zoo. - the bed was comfortable enough. good aircon, staff were polite If I could go back in time and yell at myself not to book this hotel I would. I dont even know where to begin. Firstly, we booked the executive room with the massive curved window to see the city view. This was the biggest reason I booked this hotel over others I was looking at. The city view was terrible, in the photo on booking.com you can see buildings lights, in real life its just a black window. This might not seem like a big deal, but it was 90% of the reason why I booked here, and paid more for an 'executive" room over a basic one. Next, the photo of the bathroom for the executive room on booking.com is fake. The bathroom in the room was much older, run down, mouldy and had zero resemblence to the photo online. When I brought up both of these issues with staff they said about the window "ok. we dont have any available rooms facing the better city view, sorry maybe try again tomorrow." and the response to the bathroom- "oh yeah its just a different decoration not a different room." when I called this out, they changed the story and said "oh okay, well its because the bathroom in your room has been renovated, so the photo on the booking app is the old bathroom. we have no rooms with those bathrooms" I told them that was not okay, and they need to change the photos to being the real photos of the room so people are aware of what they are paying for. This is not ok and i dont know how the hotel is getting away with it? its false advertising, and upon calling it out I thought the staff would care more, maybe offer a resolution to the obvious unhappiness but they didnt do anything. After this, I saw a bug inside the robe in the room, it looked like a bed bug.
- Elish (9/5): Great value for money - Pool area was fabulous break away from the city. Great cocktails and staff lovely. (could do with a bit of clean/freshen up) but is still very nice. The best thing was having breakfast on the first floor over looking the street. At around 8.30/9.00 the monks would come out and pray with the locals. It was such a beautiful sight. Hotel is great value for money. We also had a fabulous time with the tuktuk driver located outside the hotel. He then put us in touch with another driver in Siem Reap. Cant think of anything we didn't like about the hotel.

- RJ (9/5): Comfortable and relaxing - Great comfortable stay as always. been there on numerous occasions. Staff are great. Roof Bar is good and pool if you want. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant is very good, wide range on the menu and prices comparable to tourist places, though not as cheap as local food. The housekeeping could be a little better, should replace complementary tea each day, but didn't. Cleaning of used cups and glasses should not consist of a quick wipe with a cloth.

A beautiful view of Phnom Penh great location and the pool on the rooftop is perfect. No complaints about the rooms they were very clean and well-equipped I would like to thank my friend Mr Bun Hong for his kindness. I’d like to add that the breakfast is excellent it offers a wide variety of both sweet and savoury options, making it perfect for visitors staying in Phnom Penh. I recommend ✌️👌

- Alan (9/5): My Cambodian Adventures. - I liked the hotel was right in the middle of a Cambodian residential area which I picked so I could interact with the locals and not other tourists albeit it was nice talking to other hotel residents from other countries. I found it quite fascinating seeing and feeling the Cambodian way of life. I can honestly say there was nothing I disliked about my whole holiday, the only thing I found difficult was crossing the roads lol.

The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Phnom Penh, making it easy to get around and explore the city. There is a local market, restaurants, and cafes nearby. - jb jibe (7/5): - Les equipements de la chambre (fer et table a repasser, miroir, seche cheveux etc...), possibilité d ouvrir les fenetres, la surface de la chambre, l'emplacement de l'hotel. Parking scoot en sous sol. Loueur de scoot a 200m. Sky bar et piscine. Le confort des lits. Rue calme. La vétusté des chambres, moyen, malgré les rénovations. Comme a chaque fois la propreté et nettoyage du bac a douche. Le petit déjeuné trés trés en dessous par rapport a d'autres hotels du même prix (trés déçu). UN petit ascenseur pour tout l'hotel. Le personnel et client qui claque les portes des chambres quand ca commence a 5h du mat c'est un peu énervant. Des efforts a faire sur le nettoyage des sols et de la douche. Un traitement contre les cafards serait bienvenue.

- Mélanie (7/5): Séjour juste comme il faut - Le personnel qui était très agréable et aidant. Salle de bain pas propre. Plein e moisissures au sol et au mur. Pas d’isolation sonore. Le prix est du coup un peu trop élevé par rapport à la qualité.
- Евгений Евва (10/5): - я уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, потому что хороший отель, чистый бассейн, сауна, отличный завтрак и отличный персонал, в этот раз я неправильно забронировал номер и на ресепшене бесплатно перебронировали, в частности Bun Tola парень на ресепшене прям очень помог, вообще там персонал реально хороший, всегда стараются помочь, хорошее отношение, не просто как к очередным назойливым клиентам, именно из-за этого, когда с семьёй приезжаем в Пномпень, всегда останавливаемся в этом отеле.

The shower didn't drain,water kept running into the toilet and sink area. We did complain but it wasn't fixed. Breakfast was very basic, we got coffee every day from outside. Only one lift and you wait forever to go up or down.
