• Aparna (1/5): Got hospitalized after my stay here - I stayed at the hotel after my trek completed. The sole purpose was to take a shower. 2 mins into the shower, hot water stopped. I had to shower with chilled water in the month of december when the temperature was in single digit. After coming back home I got pneumonia and was hospitalized. Neither am I going to stay here again ever, nor are my friends.And I will also report to India Hikes because they recommended this pathetic hotel which cannot provide hot water in today's day and age..!!

• Anuradha (4/5): Okay stay, no frills - Since location was ideal for my trek pick up point I stayed here. Food was okay, not bad at all. DId not eat breakfast there, only ordered room service. Hotels looks decent wih polite staff. Since there is rennovation happening the restaurant was closed. I am assuming after rennovations the hotel rooms would be better than current state. But they can improve the room cleanliness. There were cockroaches in the room and one of them was happily inside the container with tea bags, sugar etc. Also the hotel wifi was non functioning. At reception there was networ but none in the room.

• Suchitra (4/5): I would not stay there again - I took a premium room so it was large and quite pleasant. There was a separate dining and seating space. The bathroom was spacious. The sheets were dirty and I had to get them changed. Even after pointing out that the bathroom was dirty and they cleaned it once, it was still not clean. The staff is very inexperienced and the management is obviously not bothered.

It would be good if the wifi details are mentioned at the reception itself. I was using my mobile data. Please seriously look into the roach infestation. I had 3 small ones scurrying in the bathroom. Our neighbours also faced the same. 2500 per night and living with roach is not acceptable.

In the evening one reception staff was super helpful and the other was grumpy, no smile, no eye contact, holding back clear information.
