• Mike (1/5): Our stay was small after trying to negotiate a refund we left to find somewhere suitable - Nothing to like We arrived to find our bedrooms had no beds just a blanket and pillow No furniture in lounge area room had bad smells Looked nothing like pictures We decided to leave and find other accommodation which were excellent. They wouldn’t give us a refund so 3 nights money lost. I would strongly advise not to book this place as it is a scam and not sure how it remains on Booking.com listing’s.

A localização é ótima para quem quer curtir boas praias. Seria melhor se os funcionários soubessem falar inglês. Mas, esse foi um pequeno desafio que enfrentamos em toda a Coreia do Sul, em todos os hotéis, táxis, locais de turismo etc.

• Heejae (8/5): 이 가격에 이런 친절과 방을 - 사장님이 가진 최고의 장점은 친절함 같습니다. 그만큼 제주도에서 불친절한 곳을 많이 겪고 숙소마저 불친절했다면 실망스러웠을텐데 다행스럽게도 친절 그 자체셨어요 펜션 느낌의 기본적인 뒷정리가 필요하지만 요즘 이 가격으로 머물 수 있는 곳 자체가 찾아보기 힘들기에 추천드립니다. 기본적인 조리는 할 수 있고 바닥이 따뜻해져서 대다수 호텔처럼 온풍기.라디에이터 난방 방식이 아니라서. 건조하지않게 잘 수 있습니다. 주변 바다와 해안도로가 있어 산책도 뷰도 좋아요 꼭 말하면 조명 선에 묻은 먼지같은 눈에 보이는 부분 조금 청소해주시면 더 나을 것 같고 화장실 문이 통 유리라서 무겁고 자칫 잘못하면 발가락이나 손이 찍혀버리는 사고는 날 것 같습니다. 와이프가 유리문 무겁고 닫기 무섭다고 열어두더라고요. 남자인 제가 열고 닫아도 딸려갈 정도로 훅 하고 닫힙니다.

• Md Mayen Uddin (9/5): Fantastic stay with Oceantree House - The hotel was very good, and the location was fantastic. The view from the balcony was especially awesome. Everything was great — there was even free parking. The room key was already placed inside the room before check-in, so the whole check-in process was very easy and without any difficulties. Because the hotel was right beside the seaside, there was a strong wind. At night, the wind was so strong that the door became a little shaky and noisy. I had to wake up many times because of the sound. Except for this, everything was superb.

• Andrea (8/5): Cómodo - La ubicación, era muy fácil aparcar dentro del alojamiento. La piscina tenía muy buena pinta aunque no la probamos. Vistas bastante bonitas. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. Tenían servicio de lavandería aunque no permitían lavado en caliente. El alojamiento en sí estaba un poco desordenado y sucio (la recepción y algunos espacios comunes) pero nada que nos incomodara durante la estancia porque solo usamos el alojamiento para dormir.

• 김 (8/5): - 서귀포쪽에 바다 전망에 마트, 편의점, 식당 등이 가까우면서 바닷가 산책까지 가능한 숙소로 강력추천합니다. 주변 관광지도 가까운 편이고, 숙소에만 있어도 좋더라구요. 가장 좋았던건 수건 무한리필.. 습도가 높아서 샤워를 자주해야 했었는데 필요할 때 바로바로 가져다 쓸 수 있어서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 이용할 것 같아요. 에어컨 소음이 큰 편이라 예민하신 분은 잘 때 꺼야 할 것 같아요.

Басейн чистый и глубина 3м. Микроволновка и куллер на этаже. В номерах средства личной гигиены и зубная паста. не могли найти хозяина и не смогли дозвониться по указанному на ресепшене номеру, это единственное что немного подпортило впечатление так как мы торопились и нужно было договориться о продлении номера и понять что делать с багажом.

• Dmitriy (9/5): A great deal for the fare - It's very cozy. The room was spacious with a beatiful view. There is a minikitchen in your room and a public microwave on each floor, plus a public washing mahcine. The property has a pool. There is no swimming beach around, but the rocky shoreline is very scenic. Nice Seogendo Islet is a 15 min walk. Big Emart conviniece store is a 30 min walk, but it's uphill and the pedestrian route is not the best. It offers nice hiking routes around. Even though the hotel suites best families traveling by car, I've enjoined staying solo and travelling on foot or public transport. Most of the time there is no one behind the reception desk, so organize your arrival in advance, they're very cooperative.

Lots of parking and very close to the coast (lovely walk). Beds were big and comfortable. Had a fridge. Dated facilities, shower head holder broken, evidence of rust and really need of an upgrade. Old and loud aircon and balcony door not sliding properly.

Mountain view, within reach of convenience stores, it was a unique experience for us as we got to dine on the floor with a low table provided and sleep on futon beds. Price was affordable for 6 guests, overall satisfied with oceantree house😊👍 Not used to sleeping on futon beds, but still managed to sleep without disruptions.

• Yu-wei (10/5): Exceptional - I really enjoyed my stay at Oceantree House. It's great to travel around if you rent a car. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Nearby there is a supermarket and a convienience store, a gas station. We went to a great cafe for brunch one day which is just 5 min drive. From the room, you can see a nice view of an island in front of the balcony. It's amazing! I'd love to come back! Oceantree House has everything I needed!

Room is very spacious with a kitchen (+ dishes and cutlery to use) and a balcony. It’s close to 2 convenience stores, some restaurants and bus stops. The host is also very nice and helpful (helped me get a taxi to the airport)! I would love to come back in the near future 😀🍊

Love Rudy's Cafe/Bar down the street. Mattresses would be very appreciated. Our "ocean view" was covered by trees. Pool and surrounding area was dirty and looked abandoned.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 나름 청결에 둔감한 편인데...다신 안올 예정 - 조용한 바닷가에 넓은 방과 넓은 테라스 범섬이 보이는 예쁜 뷰 원래 시설은 좋은 펜션인거 같지만.... 관리에 손을 놓고 손님한테 미루는 느낌?.. 퇴실시 간단한 정리정돈, 분리수거, 테라스 포함 고기생선굽기금지, 시트 등 오염시 변상까지 조항으로 내걸 거였으면... 걸레받이나 창문틈 콘센트 에어컨 각종 가구에 구석구석 수북히 쌓인 먼지와 찌든때 화장실 유리에 찌든 물때는 치우시고 침대로서 기능이 제로인 매트리스도 바꾸셔야 마땅하지 싶은데... 원래 그렇게 깨끗한 사람도 아닌데 방에 눈길이 가는 곳마다 찝찝함이 조금씩 밀려오네여.. 이곳보다 더 싼데도 묵어봤지만... 전 여긴 다시 안올거 같아요.. 참 당연한 얘기지만 방음도 안됨... 옆방 술좀 그만드셔 오늘 망....
• Verified traveler (8/5): (오션뷰)전망과 자연소리 좋았고 개별생수와 발코니 가림막 아쉬웠어요. - 장점 - (오션뷰) 전망과 자연소리가 좋았습니다. 특히 새가 많고 발코니까지 날아와서 새와 새소리를 가까이서 보고 들을 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. - 등신대 거울이 있어서 셀카놀이(?)를 하기에 좋았고 - 발코니 테이블도 좋았습니다. 단점 - 층마다 정수기가 있긴 했지만 방별 개별생수가 제공되지 않는 점이 아쉬웠고 - 세면대가 화장실 밖에 있는 점은 편리함과 불편함이 함께 있었습니다. (접근하기에는 편리 VS (조심해서 사용해도) 물이 사방으로 튀어나가는 점은 불편) - 발코니에 사생활 보호를 어느정도 할 수 있는 선택적 가림막이나 가림막 역할을 할 수 있는 나무같은 것이 있으면 좋을 것 같아요. 바로 옆방 발코니와의 가림막은 나무로 되어 있었지만 다른 라인의 발코니와는 완전히 오픈되어 있다보니 (시원한 면은 있지만) 개인생활 보호면에서는 아쉬움이 있는 것 같습니다.
