• Aaron (7/5): A great budget hotel - A boutique hotel located in central Tsim Sha Tsui. It was an efficient check-in and check-out. The rooms are a good size, with plenty of room to move around. Because the hotel is down a side street, it is quiet. The complimentary water was great. The beds are hard, and the hot water in the shower is a little inconsistent. There is a hot water judge, but no coffee or tea.

The booking process was quick and easy, which made planning the trip very convenient. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with our needs. I also loved that the hotel is located right in the heart of Hong Kong, making it very close to many tourist spots and train stations. It made getting around the city extremely easy and enjoyable. Cigarette smoke coming from restaurants situated in other floors.

• Matthew (8/5): Small but comfortable stay! - Excellent location in Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was small but well appointed. It was also a quiet hotel. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and always asked if I needed any extra supplies or if my room needed cleaning. The room was tiny but that’s just the way Hong Kong is. The bed was very hard but I still managed to get a really good sleep. I did notice some dust around the fire sprinkler so the room could use a deep cleaning. The room was very expensive but that is probably because if was Hong Kong after the Chinese new year.

• Rainer (7/5): Für HK, den Preis & die Lage durchaus solide. - Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass HK einfach teuer ist. Das Hotel ist preislich OK, die Lage in Kowloon relativ dicht an den Sehenswürdigkeiten & am Star Ferry Pier ist super. Das WiFi ist gut, aber es nervt, dass man sich alle paar Stunden neu anmelden muss. Restaurants & Essensversorgung sind in der Nähe. Dafür, dass man total busy wohnt, ist es auch relativ ruhig, aber eben nicht ganz. Mein Zimmer war sauber, man hat mich ganz oben einquartiert (wie von mir gewünscht vorab) und die Deko war auch ganz nett. Metro ist in direkter Nähe, Bushalt auch. Das Putrzpersonal hat immer gut aufgeräumt. Das Zimmer ist recht eng. Der Fernseher an der Wand nimmt zusätzlich Platz um zum Bett zu kommen. Ein kleiner Tisch, wäre mir wichtiger gewesen als ein TV...gibt Internet heutzutage. Die Bar im 4. (?) OG hat stellenweise genervt...bzw. die Gäste dort. Das Hotel bietet keinerlei Frühstück an..zumindest ist 7-Eleven sehr nahe.

• Mariana (3/5): Terrible - Location They forced you to pay a security deposit in cash, which even though it is returned to you later, it doesn't make sense because they only return it at the end of your stay (that is, you are already leaving)... this fee is not reported anywhere and when we refused to pay they practically said that we could be expelled that's how it works there, either you pay or have no room... absurd. I felt disrespected because the receptionist without any emotion started yelling at me in front of other guests, it was horrible and I will never go back to this place again ... be aware of this when you consider here. The acoustic insulation is also horrible

The room included all essential amenities such as a safe, hair dryer, slippers, and a kettle. The space is compact, which is typical for Hong Kong. Soap had an unpleasant smell. Should be an easy fix for the hotel to provide a different soap.
