• Yuliya (6/5): Учитывая стоимость проживания-отличное соотношение цена-качество на одну ночь - Большой номер, чистое белье, достаточно удобные кровати. Ощущение, что попал в крутой советский санаторий. Хороший завтрак. Запах в туалете, отсутствие горячей воды утром. Довольно Запущенная территория, заросшая травой. На дверях отеля заявлен прием карт Мир, по факту администратор сказала, что Мира у них нет, не справилась даже с Визой. В итоге оплатили наличкой все 3 номера, что, похоже, и было целью администратора.

• Prisca (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly service and a good location to do hiking in Dilijan. The rooms are very spacious, the service very friendly and the breakfast is good. Early check-in was not a problem. We even got a free coffee while we were waiting. Thanks for that !! -

• Farrah (8/5): Riverside hotel - Rooms were very big. Quite outdated furniture but does the job. Family room has 3 beds plus extra bedroom which was very good.. Beds were comfy and clean. No ac, no fan It was hot they should provide standing fans Breakfast was basic.

• Hashem (6/5): Pleasant - The room is big. Playing area for child inside the hotel. The bathroom was very bad, not clean, the fan wasn't working and absorbed the smoking smell from the others room. The shower area was very bad and old. All the furniture was old and had some smell. The mattress is also not comfortable. The outside childs playing area hasn't lights at night. This hotel is great as a building but needs renovation for many things.

• Peter (8/5): This is a good place to stay but is a bit anonymous. - The bathroom warm water was warm all the time. There was no waiting for it. The breakfast was good and ample and the Armenian coffee was good. There was plenty of parking space and we liked the stream running at the edge of the hotel's grounds. The staff member who received us did not have very good English and did not try very hard to communicate effectively. Although the hotel is someway out of town and shops and restaurants are best reached by car or taxi, the outside gate was locked shortly after we arrived, so we were locked in. We found this a bit strange. We protested and the gate was opened, but the experience was a little unnerving.

• Numarco29 (7/5): Good - The location is a bit remote but it's ok if you have a car. The room was not very clean and the bathroom is small and without windows. The towels were also not very clean. The staff are friendly but do not speak English well and, in general, they did not give us advice on how to best experience Dilijan and Lake Sevan. Decent breakfast

• Peter (8/5): Very good - Very nice, quiet, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Partially obstructed view of the hills. A decent breakfast. Pleasant staff, particularly the receptionist. Attached bathroom was on the small side. Breakfast is served from 9 o'clock, which I think is late, particularly if you want to go out for the day.
• Vahe (9/5): Superb - A very nice location, close to mountains and right next to the river. The hotel is big and nice. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is decent. The hotel has a parking area and the rooms are quite spacious. The water in the shower was decent too. Awesome price for Dilijan where most of the hotels are overpriced. I can clearly say that Diligence hotel is not one of those, the prices are fair. The location is not central. If you have a car, it's not a problem at all though, since you can reach any location within a few minutes. There are not many toiletries provided, so bring your body gel and shampoo with you :) Toilet paper was only the hard version, which is not very pleasant.

• Aleksei (7/5): It's an okay hotel. But the location of it is just insanely bad. - The staff was really helpful, and the breakfast was good. The rooms are of really good quality. Cellural internet worked flawessly in the room and all around the hotel. I would not recommend going here without renting a car first, because the closest supermarket is at least 1.5 km away from the place, which is just not going to be a comfortable walk due to the area being quite ravaged and having as many stray dogs as people. And the closest restaurant is even a bit farther away than that. The taxi services in the town are non-existent (15-20 minute waiting times into cancelling because there's simply no people taxi-ing), so you can't rely on them at all, and there's LOTS of stray dogs on the commute.
