Eu achei errado cobrar o cliente no checkout com um valor extra altissimo para "pagar" os funcionarios do hotel. Isso esta errado, dizem que é opcional pagar mas obviamente o cliente se sente constrangido e abaca pagando. • Sandra (7/5): É um sossego. - O café da manhã, a terapeuta de massagens e a localização. A cama é dura. As almofadas são duras. A gastronomia é básica a preço de alta gastronomia.
• Raphaella (6/5): Decepcionante - A palavra para definir a minha estadia no TW Guaimbê é DECEPCIONANTE. O hotel não entrega o promete e tem falhas colossais no atendimento. A situação mais grave que aconteceu conosco foi na primeira arrumação do quarto para a noite, foi deixada uma calcinha usada, que nem preciso dizer que não era minha, em cima da nossa cama. Comprovando que os lençóis provavelmente não haviam sido trocados entre um hóspede e outro e que o quarto certamente não estava limpo. A maneira como essa situação foi abordada pela equipe mostrou o completo despreparo do staff, que nos deu a opção de fazer a limpeza do quarto e troca dos lençóis, o que eu prontamente aceitei, mas 5 minutos depois vieram falar que a camareira ja havia ido embora e não seria possível resolver dessa maneira. No fim das contas, nos trocaram de quarto dizendo uma frase que beirava o ridículo "Esse upgrade não terá custo para os senhores". O lugar é lindo, mas o despreparo da equipe faz o serviço ser extremamente ruim. Não volto nunca mais.

Café da manhã não é buffet, precisa solicitar ao atendente o que vamos querer. O atendimento é muito fraco, demora e fazem confusões nos pedidos. Tem muito borrachudo e mosquitos. Não podemos sair do quarto sem repelente. Hotel faz divisa com um restaurante e nosso dormitório ficava nesse lado. A noite muito barulho de carros e pessoas falando.

I spent my birthday and it was a perfect choice! - Food is absolutely amazing, there was no need to eat outside de hotel, with different breakfast options everyday. Each room has a different design. All the decor in the hotel is of very good taste and feels like (a very rich and pretty) home.

• Gyongyi (9/5): perfect location, mind the biting bugs - amazing location, beautiful views. super staff. loved that the water was in a box and not in plastic. very clean, comfortable. loved everything. the sandflies/midgets. there was no escaping. repellent provided was not strong enough or kept being effective long enough, I got bitten badly with bad reaction. that made my stay uncomfortable, I couldnt enjoy the outdoors. the doors were super hard to lock, my partner got his fingers trapped ended up bleeding. There was mold inside the curtains, which is very unhealthy

Location couldn't be more beautiful and the grounds are impeccable. The restaurant food is absolutely first class and each dining experience was fantastic. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was! Huge thank you to the staff that made our stay even more special.

Buffet style with eggs, bacon, breads, fruits, cold cuts, yogurt, several cakes, pastries, Brazilian cheese bread plus several items available ‘made to order’ such as tapioca and fresh juices. - very courteous, efficient, and well-trained staff. From wait to front desk and room/cleaning staff: service was implacable. - live music by the pool on Saturday afternoon was very pleasant and such a treat. - 24hr dry sauna by the pool - beautiful views (and sunsets) - beach is quiet (for Brazilian standard) - full wait service at pool and beach - our room was cleaned and ‘prepped’ for us multiple times a day. - beautiful infinity pool - No gym - mosquitos everywhere not only here but everywhere on the island (not their fault, they actually had mosquito repellent in form of lotion and outlet plug-in available in the room) - they charge you for used expresso pods that are available in the room (never seen that before) - beach sand is darker than other areas of Island

• Adriano (10/5): Superp ! - I can't really fault it, from the extremely friendly and excellent staff service to the facilities, location and food. An execellent beach gateway for two, superb stylish confortable sitting lounge, beach front a few steps from your room and a superb heated infinity pool next to a spacious lovely sauna. All of which is sorrounded by the refreshing preserved Atlantic forest of the island. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience. If I can point out one single small thing they lacked, I would have to say option of hot drinks, such as tea and coffee variables. Though they went out of their way to make me a cappuccinos whenever I asked. Perhaps a premium hot drinks machine near the lounge would make rainy days such as the ones we just had, even more enjoyable.

Apenas alguns pontos que deveriam se atentar, um Hotel nesse nível e com esse valor de diária, é um absurdo cobrarem o café expresso no café da manhã. Além disso, como é um hotel de praia, no cardápio deveria ter mais opções de peixe também.

The restaurant is very expensive. And in the last day a weddinng setup woke us up inn the morning and the hotel only sad "I'm sorry". We didn't even know about the setup and that all the pool area would be unavailable.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel was INCREDIBLE. A hidden gem on Ilhabela. There are few rooms at this hotel and often we felt as if we had the entire property to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and offered some great advice for nightlife in the north of the island. We were asked to fill out a form prior to our stay asking us about some preferences we had. I believe there was a mixup as we requested certain information regarding yoga and to visit the waterfalls/ secluded beach, however, we did not receive any info. I had to follow up multiple times in order to get info regarding the waterfall excursion. We almost missed this experience due to the lack of follow-up and info from the staff.
