• Lucio (10/5): Ottima posizione. - B&B comodo, silenzioso, pulito. Ho pernottato in una bella camera con bagno privato. Gli orari del check in sono piuttosto limitati perché non c'è reception, ma per il resto niente da dire. Andrea gentilissimo, check in e chiavi in due minuti.

• Marion (6/5): Check In: keine Flexibilität - Leider 0 Flexibilät bei check in Zeiten. Wir waren erst nach 15:00 h in Bologna, check in war unmöglich. Hatten stunden vorher Unterkunft telef. kontaktiert. die Dame war aber nicht bereit, uns später in die Unterkunft zu lassen (16:30 h). Somit mussten wir 2 Nächte bezahlen, obwohl wir nur 1 Nacht dort nächtigen konnten. Für den 1. Tag mussten wir uns eine Ersatzunterkunft suchen und natürlich auch zahlen.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Una vera e propria sola! Abbiamo prenotato la stanza alle 16 e 30 di pomeriggio. Ci è poi arrivato un sms con scritto che il check-in chiudeva alle 15 e di chiamare dunque il costumer service. Nessuno ha mai risposto. Dunque ci siamo presentati al luogo indicato e ci siamo ritrovati davanti ad una serranda chiusa!! Il giorno dopo ci siamo ripresentati in orario di check-in e ad aspettarci c'era sempre lei, la serranda chiusa! E come noi altri turisti ingannati in cerca di spiegazioni da cui abbiamo se non altro ottenuto un po' di solidarietà! Siamo stati presi in giro e "derubati"!!
• Elisa (2/5): Pessimo - Ho prenotato al volo questa struttura per emergenza a Bologna. Chiamato un milione di volte il B&B prima dell'arrivo, nessuno rispondeva. Arrivati alla porta nessuno apriva. E' riportato che per arrivi al di fuori dell'orario descritto, si poteva tranquillamente chiamare il B&B. Non mi hanno rimborsato e ci si è dovuti arrangiare nel cuore della notte per trovare qualcos'altro a Bologna. Sconsigliato e pessimo. Mai successo niente del genere con i B&B.

Inoltre sull'annuncio veniva data la possibilità di accordarsi per un orario diverso ma non si è rivelata un'informazione corretta. La prenotazione non è rimborsabile e quindi non ho potuto fare nulla se non perdere soldi e cercarmi un'altra sistemazione.

Gostava de deixar aqui o meu desagrado uma vez que não consegui fazer o check in uma vez que o mesmo é da 13 as 15h e esse aviso não está disponível aquando da reserva em letras visíveis. Pior que isso já depois de me terem obrigado a reservar outro hotel (sem direito a reembolso) uma vez que o meu voo só chegava a Bolonha as 23, o anúncio deste hotel estava disponível para essa mesma noite já depois das tais 17h do check in Estragaram me logo essa noite.

La app tampoco nos ofreció ninguna ayuda. Lamentablemente sigue estando disponible para reservar. NO RESERVAR AQUÍ. LEER LOS COMENTARIOS.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - non so dire niente di questa struttura, unica cosa che sa fregare i soldi, avevo prenotato qua per una notte senza leggere nei minimi dettagli le condizioni, quindi senza sapere dove e la fregatura, infatti il check-in era dalle 13-15, quindi se non arrivi in questi tempi gli regali i soldi, perché non vengono ad accoglierti oltre questo orario e ti dicono di trovarti un altro alloggio.Ladri...............

• Verified traveler (2/5): Cigarette smoke smelling room and unfriendly staff - This is not a B&B, just a room with no breakfast option. The room was not at the address which was provided on hotels.com website. The check out time was also not at 11am as said on the website but at 10am. They let me stay ’till 11, though but seemed wuite annoyed about it. In general, the staff person with whom I was communicating was unfriendly and seemed not interested to give proper info or be willing to work at customer service. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bidet leaked so badly the whole bathroom got wet when I used it, the towel was in poor shape. Something good: the bed was good and the AC worked.
• Lucio (10/5): Nulla da eccepire! - Ho pernottato solo per una notte. Check-in avvenuto regolarmente negli orari indicati. Personale gentile. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita con bagno privato. Aria condizionata funzionante. Posizione ottima, accanto alla stazione ferroviaria. Colazione non compresa, ma non è un grosso problema dato il costo più che vantaggioso della camera.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - sopra gli armadi cera 1 cm di polvere credo che l'ultima pulizia risalga ad un anno più o meno, materassi duri ed collegati fra di loro con fascette da elettricista che fra laltro urtandoci fanno pure male sui piedi, non cè aria condizionata ed era un caldo umido infernale , valutazione pessima da una stella mezza spenta.
• Mehmet Ates (8/5): Good location, clean, warm, no shampoo - For this cost, location was great for both transportation and seeing the important places in Bologna. It is 8 minutes away from central station where you can reach trains and bus going to the airport. And it is about 20 minutes to the city center, piazza maggiore. You can experience the texture of the city as going to the center as well. What is not good as well as the location is there was just a bottle of soap. No shampoo, no gel. Cleanliness was enough and no cigarette smell was there. Heater was working capably. My advice, go there with your own shampoo you will be appreciated.
• Mira (2/5): Auf keinen Fall buchen! - Leider bereits im Vorhinein 2x gebucht. Beim 1. Mal konnten wir nicht einchecken, da wir unter der angegebenen Nummer niemanden erreicht hatten. Das Telefon war ausgeschaltet. Beim 2. Mal hatten wir folgendes gebucht: 17m^2 großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof Bekommen hatten wir ein 9m^2 großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hauptbahnhof von Bologna, von welchem jede Lautsprecherdurchsage klar und deutlich zu hören war. Der Hotelbesitzer teilte uns mit, dass mit "Innenhof" der "Hauptbahnhof gemeint sei und somit ja kein Problem bestünde.

• Mira (2/5): Kein Check-in - Aufgrund eines verspäteten Zuges. Es wurde ausgemacht, dass wir uns bei Ankunft telefonisch melden können und uns jemand aufmacht. Bei Ankunft haben wir 10 mal angerufen, jedoch war dann das Handy ausgeschalten und auch über Whatsapp haben wir bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Sehr schlechter Service! Eine Frechheit zudem wir die volle Nacht im Vorfeld bezahlt haben.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per motivi di studio, per quanto ho pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. L'unico punto a favore di questa struttura è la posizione, praticamente davanti alla stazione, ma gli aspetti positivi si fermano qui. Il personale di servizio è praticamente assente, durante tutto il soggiorno non mi è stata mai pulita la stanza, ho dovuto tenere la spazzatura in camera, al mio arrivo trovo la camera un po' sporca, il pavimento impolverato e il termosifone che perde, ho ricevuto un solo asciugamano (macchiato) e quando ne ho chiesto un'altra mi è stato risposto che visto che sono sola me ne hanno dato solo uno. Totale assenza di servizi, nella stanza non c'era nessuna informazione per check-in, chech-out, pulizie etc...neanche sul WiFi, ho trovato la password scritta su di un foglietto nel corridoio. Pessimo, esperienza da non ripetere.
• Suman (2/5): Very bad - 이 주소로 찾아갔더니 아무도 없었다. 전화했더니 20분만에 직원이 나타났다. 그 직원이 5분 정도 떨어진 호텔로 안내했다. 침대 2개와 욕실이 있는 방을 예약했는데, 침대 1개와 욕실 없는 방이었다. 예약한 방과 다르다고 하니까 또 5분 정도 걸어서 다른 방을 보여줬다. 이번에는 침대 2개와 욕실 없는 방을 보여줬다. 화가 나기 시작했다. 2분 정도 걸어서 다른 방을 보여줬는데 침대 1개와 욕실 있는 방을 보여줬다. 거기서 잘 수 밖에 없었다. 불친절할 뿐만 아니라 예약한 방과 다른 방을 주니 사기꾼 같다는 생각이 들었다. 청소도 안 해주고 타월도 주지 않았다. 다시는 이 곳에 머무르지 않을 것이다.

Tuve que esperar más de dos horas en un local cerrado pensando que tenía que buscar otro hotel para alojarme y DE CASUALIDAD vino una persona que se desempeña como empleado con el que pude hablar. Además tuve problemas al inicio ya que dijeron que mi reserva había sido cancelada. Tuve que mostrar mails de confirmación y comprobante de pago efectuado. Toda una complicación estresante.

Se i clienti come è successo a noi hanno dei contrattempi e non riescono ad arrivare in quelle tre ore non c’è modo di trovare una soluzione con lo staff della struttura. Si tengono i soldi e ti dicono di cercarti un’altra struttura che ti ospiti. Mai trovati in una situazione simile chiunque viaggi sa che gli imprevisti sono sempre possibili. Very bad experience! Unacceptable treatment! We will never recommend this hotel. We lost our money and we found ourself without place where to stay.

• Sara (4/5): Delusione - La parete interna alla doccia perdeva i pezzi. Una gomma da masticare appiccicata al porta saponetta nella doccia, oltre ad una bustina di shampoo aperta e utilizzata. Alzando le lenzuola era evidente che il letto dove avrei dovuto dormire era stato utilizzato da qualcun altro prima. Il riscaldamento era spento e non ho ricevuto risposta alle mie chiamate per ricevere assistenza dal proprietario. Il wc del bagno privato è quasi attaccato al muro, non c'è spazio per le gambe. C'era un materasso in camera a fianco del letto, sembrava di stare in un ripostiglio. La struttura non si trova all'indirizzo indicato, ma il via de Carracci 27. Avevo scelto questo b&b perché vicino al luogo in cui mi sarei dovuta recare, invece si trova molto più distante. Ho richiesto la ricevuta al pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, non mi è stata fornita.
• Verified traveler (2/5): ATTENZIONE!!! STRUTTURA SCONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!!! - Il numero riportato sulla mail di hotels.com è quello di un dipendente. Prima, per telefono, danno un orario per il check in diverso da quello riportato sulla mail, poi mi dicono che non trovano la prenotazione e che quindi la stessa è cancellata. Mediante il servizio clienti hotels.com risolvo il problema, ma essendo passate le 16 e 30 (erano le 16 e 35!!!!) non potevo più fare il check in. Mettendomi in contatto con il proprietario, questo prima mi insulta pesantemente e poi minaccia di usare violenza su di me. Di conseguenza ho dovuto cercare una stanza disperatamente in piena notte. Esperienza orribile. Unica nota positiva: il servizio clienti Expedia che mi ha fatto rimborsare l'importo, tranne la prima notte che è andata persa.

Charged extra 10 euro for late check in, without invoice, and without having that info available before booking. Also did NOT have breakfast available although price included it. Al contrario del servizio di hotes.com che hanno risolto il problema. Accoglienza non gradita anzi, offensiva per l'arrivo anticipato di qualche ora. La struttura è situata in un'altra via non quella indicata sul portale. Colazione zero. Acqua del bagno usciva a filo. Hanno chiesto anche la tassa di soggiorno benché fosse già inclusa nel prezzo totale per poi non lasciare nessuna ricevuta. Costretto un solo soggiorno pur aver pagato due notti. Consiglio a Hotels.com di eliminare questa struttura.

• TIZIANA (2/5): Tutto fasullo - La reception è nella via indicata..di fatto è una vetrina di negozio con una sedia e un tavolino..mentre la camera è proprio dietro la stazione in via Carracci. Quando sono arrivata, alle 12:50, non c’era nessuno, dopo svariate telefonate senza risposta, ho contattato Hotels.com che gentilmente sono riusciti a mettersi in contatto e far arrivare qualcuno. Non riusciva a trovare la mia prenotazione, gliel’ho fatta vedere nello smartphone e finalmente si è persuaso che avevamo pagato; I documenti non ci sono stati richiesti.. quindi immagino non ci sia stata nessuna registrazione! Quindi dopo aver perso parecchio tempo mi ha consegnato le chiavi e le indicazioni per arrivare alla camera. Il B&B si trova in un appartamento in una zona comodissima per chi arriva in treno..e qui cominciano le sorprese.. la camera ha il bagno condiviso e non viene servita nessuna colazione.. mentre la mia prenotazione prevedeva entrambi i servizi! La camera e il bagno erano puliti.. per fortuna almeno una cosa positiva! Al ritorno del mio soggiorno ho ricontattato Hotels.com.. sempre molto gentilmente mi spiega che la prossima volta devo contattarli immediatamente per avere un rimborso più congruo.. ma voi capite che tra una cosa è l’altra avevo già perso troppo tempo e sinceramente avevamo voglia di iniziare a visitare Bologna...comunque mi hanno rimborsato €11,40 è un buono di €10 per la prossima prenotazione!
• Tetsuo (4/5): 事前に連絡手段を確保しておいた方が良い - チェックイン時に問題あり。指定住所に時間通りに訪れても、受付不在。鍵の受け渡し場所は宿泊先の隣のアパート。万が一到着予定時間をすぎる場合の連絡先を事前に送って頂いていたものの、現地で通話できる電話を持ち合わせていなかったためお互いに連絡は不可。結局、現地のイタリア人の協力を得て解決はしたものの、そうでなければ宿泊できず終いであった可能性大であった。

Nel portone accanto i vicini hanno messo un cartello per avvertire, gli eventuali truffati, che il b&b Stazione Centrale non è lì. Pessimo comportamento, soprattutto pessimo comportamento di Expedia.

I needed a last minute place to stay in bologna and booked this room at abot 7/8pm 8/23 tried to check in at 9pm there is nobody there to check you in, no buzzer door entrance.just all these other tourist who got scammed too. The phone message is just a machine. Not possible to get refundz
• Caitlyn (4/5): Close to train station - Hotel is right next to the train station which is very convenient if you need to stop over for the night. The shared bathroom was clean, but the shower floods, therefore I chose not to shower whilst I stayed for the night in case due to hygiene reasons (I didn't have flip flops/thongs to wear, but that wouldn't have helped at all anyway). My husband used the shower and the water wasn't warm at all! The breakfast doesn't really constitute as a breakfast, just snacks. Check in was super easy, so it seems accommodating if you need to check in a bit later in the evening. The hotel is on the top floor and no lift, so getting upstairs was a little challenging. I would recommend this hotel if you only need a bed to sleep on, and if you don't mind sharing bathroom facilities. Keep in mind that the only sink is in the shared bathroom.

• Jennifer (2/5): Disgusting treatment. Left on the streets at night - I am not able to comment on the standard of the hotel because I could not get in. Because of circumstances beyond my control I did not get to the hotel before their curfew time which is something I have never come across before before. I was not able to contact the hotel to let them know I would be late because I was on the plane. When I arrived at the hotel the Italian man who gave me a lift had to speak to the man inside the hotel and he would not even come to the gate to speak to us. There ensued a terrible argument because the man who gave me a lift was furious that the hotel owner would not even come to the gate to discuss it let alone let me in to a room that I had paid for in advance. I was left in an unknown city on the street. Fortunately the man who gave me a lift from the airport helped me find another room for the night in the early hours of the morning. The next day when I spoke to the hotel the man was offensive and threatening so I did go there for what would have been the second night of a 2 night stay. How can a hotel not let someone in when they have paid. I think the hotel had sold my room because I was late arriving.The only recompense I received from Hotels .com was £25 voucher. This room cost me nearly £60. I am disgusted with the hotel and hotels.com for not reimbursing me. DON'T book this hotel unless you can absolutely guarantee that you will arrive before their curfew because they won't let you in.
