Si vous aimez avoir une autoroute à 50 mètres de votre chambre, un mur face à votre fenêtre, une fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas d'un centimètre, pas suffisamment de places de parking pour tout l'hôtel, un mini onsen, un seul ascenseur pour tout l'hôtel et une décoration qui n'a pas été refaite depuis au moins 30 ans (literie comprise), eh bien n'hésitez pas, cet hôtel est fait pour vous... Le staff reste souriant et fait avec ce qu'on lui donne, le pauvre. NB : la photo de l'hôtel en illustration est celle du second établissement, situé en retrait, ce n'est pas celui de l'hôtel où vous allez séjourner.

One of my reserved room, the shower was malfunctioned. Yes, the staff was good services and changed another room for me immediately. But the hotel should check the room before offer to customer.

In addition, they had a beverage lounge, so I was able to freely choose and enjoy various drinks to suit my taste. The room I stayed in had no view at all. Some rooms have no view at all, so you need to make sure.

- Paul (8/5): Relaxing hotel close to attractions - Hotel staff was very friendly on check-in, lobby area very clean and neat, but dates some, especially including look of mix of furniture in lobby lounge area. Room was small, however nicely appointed with all I needed. The hallways of the hotel were immaculate and sparkled. The bathroom was very clean, however the room itself needed a serious deep edge-vacuuming. Dust could be seen along the edges of room and under the nightstand opening at the floor. Breakfast buffet offered multiple choices, included hot breakfast with Japanese options and continental options. Very nice breakfast. Onsen was very enjoyable and seemed to be kept very clean as well. Slippers and house clothes provided were not available for "larger" guests, but provided for average sized - one size fits most. Not the highest quality, but nice touch. Hotel provides a free hourly shuttle during day to downtown train station. Very convenient to go shopping, lunching, or to depart on train. As a side note, the hotel is a wedding destination hotel and specializes in large events. It is also located directly across from a small marina with attractions and restaurants.

- Alexander (8/5): New experience in Kujukushima - Location of the property is located at Saikai if you want to travel in Sasebo. Visiting 99 islands is very convenient as hotel is just very close to cruise ship. Free parking is good for driving travelers. Size of room is ok for two people. Site of Property is quite big and also have onsens in the hotel. Hotel is aged and not many guests were there, from my observation. It looks like just coming back from pandemic, takes time. Wi-Fi is ok. Onsens are a little bit small and the water doesn’t look like minerals. I would say it’s a good option if you travel Saikai, kujukushima.

- William (10/5): - I knew this was an older hotel because I researched online before I booked and was not expecting a brand new facility. We came to bring my Mom to visit her hometown and booked two rooms. Each room had a minor issue which was immediately remediated by the staff with such courtesy and attention that clearly demonstrated their commitment to service and their patrons. This high-end service continued until the moment we said goodbye. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel if you value service and attention to detail.
