Important Information
- The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
- Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- Children 3 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- A car is required for transportation to and from this property.

- hang yee (10/5): 欣賞日落美景的溫泉酒店 - 周圍環境比較靜，自駕遊較合適。電梯有寫住客名字的小紙條，好溫馨，日落時女湯看到的景色十分美麗，對正日落和大橋，很愛這個溫泉。男女湯旁邊有個小游泳池，適合親子娛樂。酒店有提供免費的咖啡和茶，lounge有按摩椅，我訂的是有附早餐的，好喜歡早餐的自家製berry乳酪，我飲了兩大杯！

- Patricia (8/5): Isolated location with a great view. - Fantastic immersion in Japanese culture with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Japan and the fishing village. Top rate Onsen. Used the shuttle but we were not provided with the pick up location which was very difficult to find. Make sure you book it as it only leaves once a day. The room had no hot water, even though we were informed to run the tap. The heater was in need of cleaning. Very isolated location with no access to other food options. Be prepared for this.

- Kathleen (10/5): - Really lovely ryokan and onsen with beautiful ocean views. The futons were very comfortable, as well. It's a little outside of Wakayama city (about 30 minutes/¥3500 by taxi), but there is a nearby bus and they have a parking area if you are driving. The staff speaks a little English, but don't expect the same level of English that you might get at a larger, urban hotel. Overall, it was very relaxing and I would definitely recommend it.

- Lane (10/5): - Wonderful baths, beautiful views, delicious Japanese food, exceptionally warm and helpful staff. Truly a wonderful get away. The chef graciously accommodated our vegetarian diet. Staff made sure all our needs were met and helped facilitate transportation for a day trip to Nachi Falls. Amenities were thoughtful. Grounds were under some renovation during our visit, but it was peaceful and very enjoyable. Wakayama station was a convenient hub for coming and going.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 知る人ぞ知る雑賀崎の漁港を見下ろす山肌沿いにあり、敷地内のあちこちから海や町並みを眺められて楽しい。夕日の美しい所だと思います。夜は漁港と家の明かりしか見えず、静か。リニューアル箇所も多いようで新旧混ざった感がありますが、館内の装飾や休憩所、ラウンジなどは趣きや遊び心があり、館内探検は面白かった。大浴場はさほど広くはないけれど眺望よく、いいお湯でした。料理は地元の魚や野菜ほか、趣向を凝らした内容で質量とも満足。鯛しゃぶがおいしかった。スタッフの皆さんは朗らかでテキパキとされており好感が持てました。のどかな所で自分の時間を過ごしたい方にお勧め。和歌山城や紀三井寺にも行きやすいです。

- A J (10/5): A relaxing end to our two week tour of Japan - Choose one of the three new suites in the annex and you’ll be enjoying a high-end Spa hotel... big rooms with comfy beds, European style shower-room, sun-deck with private hot-tub and great sunset views over the harbour, also enjoyed by the traditional Onsen baths. Evening dinner is pricey but an investment in top quality Japanese Kaiseki - a tasting menu of the best local fish and traditional cuisine. Make sure you book the night before, as there are very few alternatives in the immediate vicinity. There isn’t a lot to do locally but the hotel offers a free shuttle-bus to and from Wakayama centre. Mostly though, you’ll enjoy relaxing on the sun deck watching the fishing boats come and go with their daily catch.

- MAGGIE (8/5): 浸溫泉休息的住宿地方 - 環境寧靜，房是面對美麗的海景，日出日落很美。住了三天，每天安排不同款色的早餐，很有心思。每天男女湯對掉，可享受不同的溫泉盤。休息區環境很舒適，提供免費咖啡和按摩椅。 美中不足是房內沒有浴室，我訂的房應是有廁所和浴室，原來是指提供公衆浴室，如果同行者不浸溫泉，那就非常不方便。
- Yuk Hing (10/5): 環境寧靜的旅館 - 這次住了一晚。旅館有提供接駁車往返旅館及和歌山車站，但每天只有各一班。旅館的晚飯及早餐其他地方不易吃到值得一試。房間整齊，但有小部分設備有折舊不過不影響享受，露天浴缸很棒，可以邊浸邊欣賞外面的風景。房間內亦可以看到對面的港口，風景視野良好。旅館外面附近好像沒有吃飯的地方，便利店都好像沒有，相反十分寧靜。職員都很有禮貌，可以用英語溝通。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 觀景一流，空氣清新， 我跑步到魚市場大概1.5公里 - 我哋準備咗小型煙火在酒店內空曠的地方玩！酒店服務員為我們準備一桶水！10分細心！ 遺憾的！有條小徑可以步行到海邊！但因為沒有修輯！小徑便荒廢了！
