Andrew (9/5): A restful place. - Location was in a region that I had visited and liked. The front desk staff tried extra hard to find me a bike rental shop in town to no avail but found some close by. The food was delicious. I liked the variety of baths which are changed between men and women. The was a sauna, cold water bath, waterfall, regular, bubbly, outdoor, tubs with milky hot water. A garden large enough to walk, with tall trees and bridges. And the craft village within walking distance. You could opt for a get on /get off loop bus from Kagaonsen station. And there’s a shuttle to and from the ryokan. There’s a food/drug store across the street. Not much to see in this town but clustered around it are other towns. You could not open the windows because bugs are constantly trying to come in.

Morena (8/5): - La chambre etait belle, les repas etaient bien servi et bons. Le onsen privé sur le balcon est vraiment très appréciable. Lors du check-in a la réception, on nous a demandé nos allergies. Je leur ai répondu que j'étais allergique aux fruits rouges. Le réceptionniste m'a dit ensuite qu'en fait il etait trop tard pour communiquer les allergies, et qu'il fallait donc que j'enlève moi-même ce que je ne pouvais pas manger. Sauf que le menu etait écrit uniquement en japonais, que le personnel du restaurant ne parle pas anglais, et qu'il est parfois difficile de savoir ce que l'on mange. Je trouve cela risqué de la par de l'hébergement. Pourquoi demander les allergies au check-in pour ensuite dire qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire? Ils auraient pu se soucier de cela en avance.
Sarah (9/5): Beautiful and relaxing. - Fantastic amenities, delicious and unique food service, cozy, comfortable, relaxing, beautiful. You get way more than you pay for, the room was insane and luxurious only downside was there was no in-house laundry service, so the only laundry spot was ten minutes away and it's small and local so everytime i went it was completely full. also no in-room microwave which kind of sucks if you don't have the dinner service plan but there's a good amount of restaurants in the area and a good fridge for leftovers.

Il giardino esterno è bellissimo!!! E le vasche rotonde con latte etc super relax Il personale non parla inglese e non c’erano ospiti occidentali quindi adattatevi a comunicare in modo tutto sommato divertente. Pazienza :)
