- Hot springs access available from 5:00 AM to midnight.
- Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

- nathan (6/5): - If you can afford the extra get a room with a view .We didn't and had a lovely view of the car park. We were also there on a holiday weekend (Which we were unaware of before arrival) and made the mistake of not booking dinner months or weeks before our arrival so the restaurant was already booked out for the two nights of our stay. It was difficult to get in anywhere as it was a holiday. Poor planning on my part. As I had booked my stay here many months in advance it might have been nice to have been sent an email with the option of booking for dinner as it was a holiday and the restaurant was always going to be booked out but oh well. But it was a nice area and a nice stay. Very comfortable room and very comfortable beds and pillows. The in house Onsen was brilliant!!

- Kazuko (10/5): - Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. Our room was a tatami, sofa set, and bed combo and was very spacious. It offered coffee beans with a mill and various tea bags. We didn't use our room bath as we bathed in the onsen which providedmany amenities.The room also provided a bag of amenities as well. Overall, we had a lovely 2-night stay and would like to have stayed a bit longer just to relax in the room.

- Siu Ying (8/5): - 本身是預訂了天幕款式的住宿，晚上去到check-in時才知道原來住宿房間沒有洗手間，也沒有浴室，洗手間及浴室均需要走到外邊野外地方提供的共用洗手間及浴室，浴室還要每次只能一人入內洗澡，而且房間內連洗手地方也沒有，本來看到相片覺得很特色才預訂，不過幸好職員馬上幫我們查問附近同屬莊蝶旅館的温泉旅館有沒有房間，最後好彩可以轉到酒店去，不然有小朋友，晚上要用廁所也比較麻煩

- Claudia (2/5): Very bad experience - È stata la peggiore esperienza. L’hotel è vecchio e polveroso, lo staff per niente disponibile. Siamo arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio e ci viene comunicato che la stanza sarebbe stata pronta alle 15;00 costringendoci ad aspettare fuori sotto la pioggia, visto che nell’hotel non c’è alcun ristorante. Abbiamo dovuto prendere uno shuttle bus per andare alla stazione di Toba alla ricerca di un ristorante. Alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo trovato l’ennesima brutta sorpresa al check out: tassa aggiuntiva per l’onsen che non abbiamo utilizzato e tassa aggiuntiva per il futon per nostra figlia. Viaggiamo molto spesso e questa è la prima volta che ci capita di essere veramente, veramente delusi e arrabbiati.

- AKIYOSHI (8/5): 良い立地にも関わらず、少し残念な事が - GO toトラベルが終了した７月２日から宿泊。 良かった点。 チェックインの時間、２０分前に到着したが、１４時５０分には部屋に入る事が出来ました。 夕方、鳥羽駅前に夕食を摂るためタクシーを手配して頂いたが、帰りのタクシーの事も案内して頂いた。 風呂は広く、露天風呂もサウナもあり、榊原温泉から温泉を運んでいるらしく、温泉を楽しめました。 朝食プランでしたが、質、量とも丁度良かった。出来立てのだし巻きは美味。伊勢海老入り味噌汁も良かった。 マイナス評価。 朝食後、コーヒーぐらい出して欲しかった。今時のホテルや旅館なら当たり前。ロビーで飲むと¥825とは。朝食メニューにフルーツがないのは如何だろう。 客室係に旅館から夕日や朝日が見えるか尋ねたところ、夕日は裏側に落ちるから見えない、朝日も、この部屋からは見えないと説明が。翌朝、６時前に目覚め、バルコニーに出ると、部屋がコーナーの位置にあり、朝日が正面に出ていた。しっかり見えたので、案内は間違っていた事になる。ホテルマンなら、朝日や夕日の方向、日の出日の入りの時間ぐらいは把握するのが当然。分からなければ勉強しておくべき。一番残念だった。 旅館の案内に卓球やゲームコーナーの記載があったが、館内くまなく見たが、結局見つからなかった。あったのだろうか。 散策コースを見て、家族で歩いたが、案内板がないので、迷った。海岸線沿いに危険な箇所があり、子どもは危な過ぎる。 足湯の湯温、熱すぎる。 施設自体古いが、手入れされている部分は良い感じがします。しかしながら、敷地内で放置されている部分は人手が足りない事を差し引いても、もう少し体裁を整えておくべき。 フロントのスタッフは凄く良い感じで、話も分かりやすく、フレンドリーな雰囲気でマイナスはなかった。 客室係の勉強不足と朝食説明係の分かりにくさは、あと少し改善の余地があるかと。 最後にあと一つあれば良かったのは、氷のディスペンサーが全く無かったので、最低限フロントに頼めば氷ぐらい提供してもらいたかった。
