- markus (2/5): Not a traditional ryokan but a huge modern hotel - The insensitive were nice . The views were nice . I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a ryokan experience . The hotel is a massive concrete monster on the side of a hill . It offers Japanese style rooms and onsen but is more like a resort hotel . Inside it has three karaoke rooms and a fairground style amusement arcade room . Crucially it has no restaurant so you can’t eat in the evening . It is in the middle of nowhere . The staff didn’t have a handy list of local restaurants to offer either . Probably because there really aren’t many . They would drive you to a convenience store where you could get instant noodles . We did find a pizza restaurant 29 minutes away which was good . Most importantly this is a hotel for families and it was packed with children . So your calm relaxing onsen experience was usually surrounded by the patter of tiny feet running up and down . Not a ryokan and onsen top venue . I gave it a rating of 2 because of this and the lack of restaurant . It was comfortable and the staff were very nice . The onsens were very nice . But not a ryokan

Onsen was lovely and the water left our hair and skin so soft! Amenities were high quality and skin care lotions all provided for a full onsen and ryokan experience. Yakatas were beautiful and sizes for whole family. We really enjoyed the traditional Japan experience and beautiful tatami room with amazing view of the mountains. We wanted to stay another night. We wished we arrived earlier than check-in to make most of all the baths.
- ツネキ (4/5): - 夜の懐石料理の充実を希望します。夢乃井のイメージは 料理旅館（ホテル）で私たちは仲間内で呼び合ってました。今回宿泊して、価格は違いますが、2週間前に有馬温泉 兵衛向陽閣に宿泊して、今回夢乃井に宿泊して、以前は設備及び大浴場等は違うけれど、懐石料理はそんなに 価格差は感じませでしたが、今回は肉料理で大差が付きました。 残念ですね。見た感じは肉差しが有って食べれば不味過ぎます。一度検討の議題にあげてください。
